Mixed feelings about this stay. While the team was very responsive with our inquiries and also let us do a late checkout, we had small issues with the AC and Dryer -- that were fixed. I'd say the place needs some maintenance to avoid these small issues to happen.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely excellent! Everything was exactly as described, and the photos perfectly matched the property in person. The place was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and fully equipped. I especially appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, with all the utensils and essentials needed to make the stay convenient and enjoyable. The host was also very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the entire experience even better. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. Everything was great from start to finish, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and reliable place to stay. I would absolutely choose this property again without hesitation. A wonderful experience overall!

We had a great stay at Upstay’s place! The host was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. The check-in process was simple and hassle-free, which made everything even more convenient. The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of bedding for our group, and everyone had enough space to stay comfortably. The location worked well for us—it was about a 40-minute drive to Universal, which we expected and had no issues with. The only thing I would have liked was a hair dryer, but the host was very accommodating and even checked in to see if we needed anything else during our stay, so I’m sure I could have asked. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

me gustó mucho el alojamiento, además tenía piscina, zona de villar. perfecto para relajarte después de un día de shopping o de visitar los parques. eso si tener en cuenta que la mejor forma de moverte es con carro ya que la zona es más privada

Building was just okay, felt like a motel with weird odors and strange residents. Unit was fair size, large primary suite. Beds/mattresses need to be replaced, not comfortable and felt like springs are something was broken. 3 bedrooms was great, but not enough sitting options in living room and chairs, couch pretty old, stained and broken chair. 2nd bathroom was good size and easy to shower in, primary bath had no where to put your toiletries. A/C worked great just loud. Kitchen was good size for unit, had fair amount of dishes/silverware to use, but only offered 4 cup coffeemaker .. washer and dryer hard to use in limited space offered. Overall, quiet and couldn't hear neighbors too much. Patio dirty and seating old/dirty. If you're just looking for a place to crash after a long day at Disney, it works! If you want something to hang out, enjoy .. probably not the right fit.

Positive: Apartamento limpo, organizado, confortável e completo. Gostei muito, a ponto de querer me hospedar novamente nas próximas vezes que formos a Orlando. Fui com um bebê de 2 anos, e foi excelente!! Toda a tratativa via chat foi muito assertiva. Os responsáveis sempre dedicados, ágeis em responder os meus questionamentos, e preocupados com o nosso bem estar. Recomendo muito.
