House was clean and stocked with all the things to make your stay memorable! We were pleasantly surprised to find a bag of ice in the freezer and a high chair for our baby (such a nice touch and a huge convenience for us). The game room and movie theater were a HUGE hit with our kids. All the beds were comfortable, the host was very responsive to our needs, and the location was perfect. Our favorite activity was the resort pool and lazy river. Such a nice amenity. We will definitely be booking again soon!

READ THIS!!! Perfect house for a large group — we’ll be back!This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 15. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked — we cooked multiple large family meals without ever feeling like we were missing anything.The theater room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay, along with the arcade, which was a huge hit with both kids and adults. We also loved how easy check-in and check-out were (note that a third-party app is required, but it was straightforward).A few things worth noting for future guests:The hot tub never fully heated, so if that’s something important to you (especially since it’s an add-on cost), you may want to confirm ahead of time.Several remotes throughout the house didn’t work, specifically the one in the outdoor patio area.A couple of the arcade games weren’t functional — the stand-alone machine and the single-screen console in particular.That said, none of these issues took away from how much we loved the house overall.Yazmin was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is about a 30-minute drive to Disney and roughly the same to Universal.We also took advantage of the Oasis catering and ordered wings and pizza, which were very reasonably priced and super convenient for a large group.Overall, this was a fantastic home, and we all agreed we want to rent it again in the future!

Our stay was amazing. Host was excellent, though we didn’t need anything because everything was up to par. They did start our stay off with a very nice gift annd we anre very grateful for that. Each room looked and felt exactly like the photos. Most importantly the kiddos had an unforgettable time.

Great stay. The resort property has everything and there isn’t a reason to leave for anything. The house is ideal for little ones to explore

This house was amazing! So much room! Each family member had their own room and they were thrilled. The heated pool and hot tub were one of the favorites. The hosts were so nice and very fast with responses. Loved the unique touches to the Rooms. Felt safe and cozy

had the most incredible experience staying at Dave’s place. Dave was truly an amazing host attentive, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. This trip was especially important to us because it was my autistic son’s 10th birthday, and Dave went above and beyond to make it special. He even surprised us with free barbecue, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house itself was perfect for my son. He usually struggles to feel comfortable anywhere away from home, but he absolutely loved this place. It was incredibly autism-friendly—from the dimmable lighting to the slides and the perfectly sized chairs in the movie theater room. Every detail made him feel safe and happy, and that means the world to us. We couldn’t ask for a better host or a better stay. Thank you, Dave, for everything you did to make my son’s birthday unforgettable. We truly appreciate your kindness, and we look forward to staying here again. You and your home are absolutely perfect!

Brilliant Villa, Brilliant Host, Brilliant clubhouse/ facilities. Would recommend to anyone, we stayed as a family of 7. Few minor issues reference tvs and WiFi etc and they were fixed within 30 mins, nothing was ever too much. Would absolutely recommend, to the point we are looking to rebook for next year!!! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I truly enjoyed this amazing home! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The photos honestly don’t do the place justice — it’s perfect: spacious, clean, and very family-friendly. We felt right at home for the entire vacation. I would definitely love to return. Overall the trip was amazing. The place was absolutely stunning. Getting into the community was terrible especially after an 18 hour drive from Ny. We were not listed as guests and security had other guest listed staying in the house. Turns out their system wasn’t updated. Upstay sent us a QR code that did not work at the gate at all. Security gave us orange passes to access the community. After that we had no issues. Our guest list was updated and we had a blast. I would highly recommend this place and I will be returning with my family. Also my sister left her AirPods and the cleaning crew notified the host and they are shipping them to Ny for a small fee. We really appreciate that. Only thing I recommend is to bring your own toiletries and extra towels for the community pool since they don’t provide free towels at the community pool. Also call ahead and make sure you and your guest are on the list. My family and I stayed for a week and we were overall so happy with our stay.

It was amazing and we had a great time! The negative was that there were only 2 garbage bags, 2 rolls of paper towel, 2 very small shampoos per room & 2 dishwasher packets, when I asked for more they said it would be a 25.00 delivery charge. Wish I would have known beforehand so we could have been more prepared. With 10 adults and 6 children that obviously wasn't enough. One other negative was none of us could get internet service. But we loved the private pool, the hot tub and the outdoor space. The house was spacious and perfect for our family.

Roomy house, plenty of space for 11 and close to attractions

House was perfect for our 4 families. Lots of fun things to do. The pool and game room were in nearly constant use when we were there and the theater room was great too. Had some maintenance issues, but Upstay personnel were always polite and helpful, especially Roderigo, who cheerfully came out 3 times!

Our group of 6 enjoyed the home! The directions to the hot tub are confusing as messaging directions indicate to not touch any sensors for the hot tub, but to turn on the jets/heat you have to use the dial. The group was only left with 1 trash bag but specific instructions were left to use a certain size trash bag and no other bags could be used to dispose of garbage. Our group stayed for a week so I reached out requesting extra trash bags and paper towels. We did get 1 extra trash bag and some other supplies that were not requested. We never did get the paper towels. The 1 extra trash bag was not enough so we had to use grocery bags and pile up the bags in the entry way since these were not appropriate bags to put in the garbage outside. In one of the bathrooms the toilet paper holder was coming it of the wall. A dead mosquito and bug was stuck to the wall. A dead lizard stuck in an outside pillar was also really gross. Once these are fixed it should be great place.

What a great home to rent for our sons birthday weekend! The host was great with communication and offering suggestions for the area. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a spacious home to stay.

The property was stunning and exceptionally well-presented. The check-in process was seamless, with prompt and professional communication from the owner. However, it appears that, due to the management of multiple properties, some minor maintenance issues at this location may not have received the attention they require. While the house is spacious and undeniably beautiful, there are noticeable signs of wear and tear throughout the unit. With a few minor repairs and touch-ups, the property could be restored to its original splendor, further enhancing its already impressive appeal.

Positive: Space. Theater room, pool Negative: Some TV remote need batteries missing a remote.the Keurig didn't work.

I would definitely stay again!

Great weekend Amazing

Host were very helpful, responsive and high proactive to ensure our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable! Home was decorated beautifully, plenty of amenities and space!

It was ok! Positive: There were several things wrong. Dirty dishes(I had to wash the dishes), broken toilet, non working ice maker, non working TV, non working ceiling fan, no face towels or tissue had to chase the trash people they didn’t pick up the trash, paid for hot tub service for multiple days it was heated-1 day. Staff didn’t respond it was more than I wanted to deal with. The home has some nice amenities but you have to get passed the other stuff first.

Everything great except the hot tub takes a long time to warm up

Awesome house lots of space, great neighborhood, always felt safe and at home. Host at Upstay was responsive, gave clear instructions and very helpful. Top knotch experience. Definitely renting again soon!!!

Overall it was good Positive: The layout of the home was really nice Negative: My door code didn’t work upon arrival I had to call several times to get a new code. In a few of the bathrooms the floors were covered in hair and I found medicine in one of the bathrooms .

Make sure to take photos and etc. I was blamed for damages. I know nothing about. 10 days later after checking out

A experiência negativa com a Upstay começou quando dois dias antes de começar minhas férias, eles me ligaram comunicando que deveria mudar de casa pois a original tinha um problema de manutenção. Me ofereceram uma casa nos mesmos padrões, mas 10km mais distante dos principais pontos de interesse na região. Depois disso, quando cheguei no condomínio que estava a nova casa, meu nome não estava cadastrado na portaria, mesmo eu fazendo todo o processo solicitado para cadastro, fiquei duas horas esperando uma solução, que foi bem estranha, pois cadastraram meu nome em uma terceira casa no mesmo condomínio. Por fim, depois de 4 dias na casa, a senha para entrada na casa foi alterada sem nenhum aviso. Isso tudo gerou um desgaste muito grande para todos os hóspedes, sendo assim, apesar da casa ser muito boa, não recomendo a experiência com o anfitrião.
