Not great value for the money Positive: PROS: Clean, safe, close by to bus terminal, nice views, flexible check in, check in staff was nice, communication was responsive Negative: CONS: hidden costs, difficult check in, inadequate supplies, feeling like the owners didn't do the bare minimum I am a little sad because I wanted to like this place. It is clean and in a nice building, but unfortunately the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. First the price you are quoted on the website is not the price I paid. I understand, there are taxes and such. But it was over $100 more for 3 nights. On top of $100 secruity deposit (which is refundable). The QR code that I needed to access the building was not sent to me, making check in a real hastle. When you get to the apartment it is disappointing. One big thing is that the wifi is unusable in the large room. You can connect for a bit but it drops after a few moments. Then there are the little things. It feels like who ever is managing it doesn't really want to make it comfortable. There are no instructions anywhere like in normal places (even air bnbs) on connecting to the wifi, locking the door from the outside, or how to use the fancy stove top. There is a paper towel holder but no paper towels. There are towels but no wash cloths. There is nothing in the bathroom to absorb extra water that might get on the floor when you shower. There is a dishwasher but no detergent. The plates are pushed all the way back in the cabinet so they are really hard to see, so it lools empty at first. The utenzils were blocked by the garbage like they didn't want you to go in there.There is a stovetop and coffee maker but only salt. Not even tea or sugar packets. They don't give you anything to clean up after yourself with, but they do offer a cleaning service for a fee of course! All in all, for the price I paid I expected a better experience.

Stayed for one night with some friends. We enjoyed the place, it looked like the photos posted. Just a few amenities missing but nothing big. Host was very responsive and communicated well. The location was ideal as well and just a few minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants!

Good enough Positive: It’s near from restaurants and beach! Great locations Negative: The early check out and late check in we almost lost half a day by entering at 4pm and have to leave at 10 am. Need to adjust that details since it’s not fair for guests. For kitchen stuff it’s good to have salt and pepper at least

Beautiful views, great amenities, and completely overshadowed by a serious roach infestation and lack of basic functionality. Roaches were consistently present throughout the stay, and there was no hot water, which is the bare minimum for any listing. Despite raising these issues, the host failed to properly address them or issue a full refund. If you’re comfortable sharing your space with roaches and going without hot water, this might work for you. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The code provided was incorrect, then, we didn’t had coffee, no salt. We had the electric breaker of the chicken off, also, there was no conditioner to wash the hair.

From the moment we arrived, the property itself looked nice and had good potential. Unfortunately, our experience quickly went downhill. The door code provided didn’t work, and we had to wait in a very hot hallway while reaching out for assistance. When we finally got into the unit, it was extremely hot and didn’t feel welcoming. Within the first five minutes, we encountered several roaches. I immediately contacted the host, and while they offered to send maintenance, as someone who works in property management, I know this kind of issue requires proper pest treatment not just a quick visit. We also went grocery shopping, only to find out the stove wasn’t working properly, which caused the food we purchased to go to waste. On top of that, the towels were not cleaned properly and were extremely hard. Basic paper goods also ran out on the first day, which was another inconvenience we didn’t expect. The one positive was the location, which was great and very convenient.

Positive: La résidence est en face de la plage mais il faut contourner des hôtels avant de pouvoir y accéder donc pas pratique et long à pieds. La résidence est gardée et bien sécurisée. L'espace piscine est agréable. L'appartement est spacieux. Negative: Mal insonorisé, beaucoup de bruits Propreté moyenne, cafards Les codes d'entrée à la résidence non envoyés et code d'entrée à l'appartement faux...

Purchased two nights - they changed the lock code mid stay causing us to be locked out for 4-5 hours, missing our tour, and not compensating for the mishap (very small and unfair). I’ve never written a review before but am to warn others.

Las habitaciones lindas y vistas bellas desde los pisos altos, el check-in me pareció tarde más me permitieron entrar antes entonces súper bien Negative: La cocina aún en el máximo calienta demasiado lenta, uno de los cuartos no tenía televisión, un check-in muy largo pero un lugar muy lindo con esas pequeñas cositas por mejorar

The host was a very attentive and responded in a timely manner to all our enquiries and requests. The property is in excellent condition and shows as pictured. It was clean and well kept. The use of keycode entry was great (no having to worry about a key). The location is ideal as it is a quick walk to restaurants, shops, supermarkets or mini-markets and the beach. Ample free parking on site with multiple pools and 2BBQ areas. It’s always great when the Air BnB provides at least 2 towels per guest and that would be my only suggestion for the property. I would certainly stay there again.

Positive: Comfortable bed, swimming pool was nice, the gym was basic (dumbells, exercise bike and treadmill) but sufficient to get a work out, convenient location on the main Jaco strip. Negative: The check-in process was unbelievably complicated. Had I known how problematic this process would be, I would definitely have stayed somewhere else. I was in contact with the property owners via Booking.com messaging service, via the owner's website, and via email for 3 days prior to my arrival in order to complete the various steps required to check-in. Despite this, on the day of my arrival they still hadn't taken payment, nor provided check-in details. In addition, having requested a $100 deposit as one of the many, many check-in steps, they then proceeded to debit $200 from my account. The $200 has yet to be returned to me.

The apartment was exactly as pictured, New furnishings and appliances. The view of the sunrise over the mountains from the balcony was amazing. There were some minor issues with cleaning and some very noisy neighbors but overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

No guest to visit unless registered ahead of time this should be in bold letters and visible not in the long list contract that get lost also no sole in the shower kitchen cook top didn’t work!

Pésima experiencia con el administrador, me hizo entrar tarde y no me repusieron el tiempo. Positive: El condominio es bonito, la ubicación es perfecta y las facilidades del edificio son excepcionales. La seguridad es muy buena, pues un oficial de seguridad es quien te permite ingreso o salida del lugar. Negative: Me contactaron 11 minutos antes de mi hora de entrada (4:00 PM), para indicarme que habían tenido problemas con este apartamento y que me ofrecían otro. Al final el ofrecido lo acepté , porque prácticamente estaba en el lugar, sin embargo: 1. No me repusieron las 2 horas y 20 minutos que implicó tener que ingresar tarde porque el ofrecido por ellos no estaba listo. 2. No me permitieron salir tarde para recuperar esas horas. 3. No me ajustaron el precio del nuevo apartamento a pesar de ser más pequeño. 4. Cuando llegamos el apartamento tenía encendida la lavadora/ secadora por 10 horas con una cantidad exorbitante de paños y tuvimos que pasar esa cantidad de horas con el ruido de la misma. 5. El apartamento estaba sucio, polvo en los cuartos e implementos de limpieza mal ubicados. 6. La comunicación no fue clara respecto al tiempo extra solicitado, siempre dejaron abierta la posibilidad y que dependían del ama de llaves y sin contestar simplemente a la solicitud, al final mandaron el proceso de salida. Cuando consulté por este punto, simplemente me respondieron que ocupaban tiempo para la limpieza. 7. Implementos del baño ofrecidos como shampoo, inexistentes. 8. El baño no tiene dónde colocar las cosas. Nuestra propia percepción es que este apartamento lo usaba el ama de llaves como bodega, porque uno de los cuartos estaba lleno de ropa de cama, paños y papel higiénico también.

la salida debería ser más tarde ya uno se duerme tarde y al otro día hay acomodar todo y salir muy deprisa.
