Upstay Spacious Home w Private Pool & Hot Tub — Guest Reviews

This place was excellent for a golf trip. Every golfer had their own bedroom and shower. Everything was great. The only reason I gave a 4 rating is, I had a problem connecting internet to my tv. I was told maintenance would come fix it. They never did. Everything else was outstanding.

Overall we had an excellent stay would definitely revisit. Positive: How many bedrooms there were each with their own bathroom. Also the beds were very comfortable plus the location of the property. Negative: Nothing really about the property but you do need more sunbeds as there was only 2 and 2 chairs and there was 8 in total.

housekeeping needs to do better Positive: location Negative: The home wasn't clean... my family and i traveled 7 hrs only to have to clean the downstairs bathroom.. we also had to find a walmart ... to buy sheets and comforters... the homeowner did give the money bk for the things that was purchased... also gave a fee for our inconvenience...i don't know if we would return.. they definitely need to hire a different cleaning company

Faltó más información acerca de cosas importantes como lo es el parking, ya que si hay espacio y no es solo para 2 como se brindó la información, pienso que debe de haber más mantenimiento en algunas áreas de la casa como son , juegos, piscina( más luz). Pero de resto de otras cosas todo estuvo muy bien la pasamos increíble

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The house was exceptionally clean, very well organized, and maintained with great attention to detail. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was exactly as described, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

We booked this property super last minute due to a safety issue at our other AirBnb. The hose was super responsive and very accommodating and let us check in early. Upon entry, the house is beautiful boasting an open floor plan on the main level and even has the master suite with a huge master bathroom as well. The furniture and decor were very chic and modern. The second level had another 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! Each room has very comfortable beds and decor. The pool and hot tub were a nice feature and we used it daily while there. Overall, the house is well designed, well done home. The only concerns I have were some of the shelfs being loose(especially the one above the half bathroom on the main level and one in the master closet. I had rented a highchair that came very dirty and had to take it completely apart to wash and sanitize. And some of the shower liners in the upstairs bathrooms had mold on them and some of the electric outlets weren't working and broken.

This was an amazing property, that accommodated us last minute, extremely responsive hosts that are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. We encountered no issues during our trip, it was phenomenal. The pool and hot tub was definitely the highlight of the home for us, but the dining room and open floor concept made it amazing to cook and eat and talk to everybody so seamlessly. I’m extremely happy with how our stay turned out! Thank you very much Upstay.

Very nice home

Positive: Nice region. Negative: The forniture was falling appart and old Ikea products. I found hairs in the towels. Part of the house was locked with no access and there was ants in the whole kitchen, witch is very old aswell The place was a non smokin one, but it smells like smoke... awfull

the stay was uncomfortable because of bad plumbing and cold air. The heating system wasn't that good. But I am thankful for a partial refund.

We had a lovely time here. We had a couple of issues but these were sorted immediately. Very efficient service. The house is modern and was fully equipped. Some areas could do with a bit more detail cleaning ie the fan in the downstairs bedroom but was otherwise good. Thank you
