Upstay Spacious 3BR Home w/ Resort Clubhouse Pool — Guest Reviews

After traveling 17 hours with four kids my wife and I were unsatisfied by how dirty this place was. There were what appeared to be bodily fluids on all of the beds and furniture, hair was in the sheets as if they didn’t change or wash them. The carpets had pet hair on them and the host says no pets. One of the carpets appeared to have a stain as if a pet left droppings on it and it was a sad attempt to clean it. The host attempted to accommodate us by offering to hire someone to clean the property, but honestly, there aren’t enough cleaning supplies in the world to help. In my opinion, this property needs all its furniture, carpets and linen replaced. Also the jacuzzi was filled with dirty water and the headrest was moldy. The ceiling looked as if someone threw noodles on it and it was still stuck on the ceiling. It took five hours for me to find another place to take my family. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Good location, and complex seems nice. Master bathroom shower door was super hard to open and close. Power outage on the second day - nothing they could do about that. But when power came back on, the second floor and half of the bottom floor did not have power. When I contacted them, I was told there was nothing they could do until the next day (same day we were checking out). Wife and kids had to sleep upstairs in a powerless floor, using flashlight and phones to shower and get ready for bed, and I slept downstairs on the couch as I need medical equipment plugged in. The gave me partial refund, but wasn’t thrilled with how we weren’t able to be helped or give me access to the electrical panel to see if I could flip the breakers and get power back on for us.

GREAT stay! Good property. Clean, comfy and cozy. We were 5 girls and felt safe and right at home. Really enjoyed our time there (property is close to the parks). What stands out to me the most was the GREAT COMMUNICATION from our host. Flexible, accomodating, communicative. Would recommend :) 5/5

We had a great stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around and enjoy everything Florida has to offer. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. plenty of space

This stay was just fine for the trip I was on. Very basic townhome. They had quite a few appliances but coffee, tea, etc was not offered. I’m used to basic necessities being offered so I was a bit surprised. The host was responsive and I am thankful they let us extend our check out time.

The home was nice we loved how spacious it was the heat downstairs wasn’t as warm as we liked but up stairs was cozy and comfortable a few stains on cover but bed was comfortable overall I would definitely rent again the host was very nice also

Great place to stay! House is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and has everything you need. Kitchen is great if you are going to cook. Has everything you need and more!! Bedrooms were comfortable and the outdoor space is a nice addition. The community is wonderful and someplace you can really relax and enjoy. Will definitely be returning.

Orlando teip Positive: It was a nice area & pools were great. The hot tub at the condo did not work. Very close to many attractions & restaurants. Negative: The hot tub advertised did not work. Also no washcloths were provided.

Muito boa, hospedaria novamente. Positive: Organização, limpeza e localização. Condomínio muito bom, de fácil acesso, sistema de segurança e portaria 24 horas, em fim, excelente imóvel e anfitriã extremamente atenciosa. Negative: Penso que faltou instrução de como usar os equipamentos, como máquina de lavar louça, máquina de lavar roupa e secar, ajuste de temperatura da casa etc. Sugestão, precisa ter um manual em inglês, espanhol e português, no mínimo um em inglês.

Geweldige woning in ern gated area met alle voorzieningen welke je nodig hebt. Positive: Op beveiligd terrein met code een zeer Mooie woning op 10 min afstand van de grote pretparken, host is perfect bereikbaar en reageert erg snel ook bij defecten, woning is heel compleet met complete keuken incl acc. en laken inrichting incl genoeg handdoeken welke je zelf kunt wassen in de was/ droog machines. Negative: Geen normale TV zenders op de drie TV’s wat wij jammer vonden, matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe maar geen issue.

Our stay here was great! The owners were incredibly responsive and answered any questions within minutes. Location was also in a gated community which needed an access code to get in which made us feel very safe. The town house is very spacious and had everything you need! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing and perfect!! Positive: The property was perfect!! It’s a paradise within a paradise. The property was really clean and well taken care of. The hosts were absolutely amazing!! They were always concerned about our needs and their communication and customer service is simply the best. The property’s location is perfect especially for those who are visiting all of the Walt Disney World parks. The property is also located really close to grocery stores, convenience stores, a Disney discounted merchandise store, restaurants, Target, Walmart, etc. all within 6 miles of the property. The property is gated and very well maintained by awesome and friendly staff. There is 24 hour security. Not that the security is needed or anything like that. The property is located in a really upscale neighborhood. The hosts really go out of their way for you to ensure that you have a really pleasant stay and awesome vacation. They really make you feel comfortable, safe and make your vacation feel that much more enjoyable. Negative: N/A

Muy buena opción! Positive: Los alrededores son muy bonitos, tranquilos y seguros. La casa es muy espaciosa y está bien equipada. Los suministros no eran suficientes para toda la estadía pero respondieron muy rápido para ofrecerlos. Negative: No me fijé y creí que tenía 3 baños completos, pero son solamente 2, ya que el tercer baño no tiene ducha.

The unit itself was not bad — the drive to and from Universal was easy, there was plenty of room within the unit to sit back and relax, and we appreciated having access to the complex’s pool. That said, the cleanliness inside the unit really brought down the experience. There were copious hairs found in all the bedding across every room — on mattress toppers, duvets, pillows, and even the pull-out couch — which made it feel like the linens hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was also a dirty/dusty fan in the master bedroom and visible dirt lining the bottom of the hot tub. With a better cleaning routine, this place could be a solid stay! Overall not bad for the price point but definitely could’ve been cleaner!

I’ve been to the Kissimmee area a dozen times, and I always love the Encantada Resort. This place was gorgeous, and the furniture and paintings around the house made it even better! I had an amazing vacation, and I’ll definitely be looking for more UpStay listings.
