Great place for a father son trip! Host were super responsive and addressed all needs during our stay. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

We were extremely disappointed in this property, to the point where we cancelled after the first night. It is incredible small, and our family of 5 could not comfortably watch TV together because the family room had one 2 person couch and 2 individual chairs that were extremely uncomfortable. The rugs were stained. The pictures made it seem like the place was much bigger than it was. The dishwasher was filthy, with what looked like bacon grease caked on the racks. The dishwasher itself was not fully functional, and the gas fireplace did not work. To the host's credit, they were very responsive and provided a full refund for the remaining 3 nights we had on the reservation.

Great location. Perfect size for our family of 3 for us all to have our space during our stay. We found this place last minute after having to leave our first air bnb due to power going out. Host was very helpful. I just wish I had taken a closer look at the reviews. There needs to be a disclaimer that the condo is right next to a busy road in the description before booking. I’m a very light sleeper and even with the fans on there was way too much noise. I didn’t sleep our entire stay. I even had my own sound machine. Besides that the condo was lovely and the location great to all the places we were visiting.

We had a great stay! Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. In the summer with the windows open, yes you can hear cars passing, but we turned the fans on and had sleep music for my kids so it wasn’t really a problem! Great access to restaurants and the river … great stay!

I stayed here with with my 2 young kids and my parents in the summer. Pros: convenient location to everything in Silverthorne, well stocked, great value, easy communication with host. Cons: the unit is right on the main road, so a decent amount of traffic noise, no A/C, but did provide several well-functioning fans, the unit was tidy and had everything we needed, but it could use a deep clean.

Dealing with the townhouse hazards detracted from the pleasure of visiting our family Positive: It was near my family who live in Silverthorne Negative: On arrival the townhouse was full of gas from a leak so the fireplace department had to cover.

The townhouse is large and nicely furnished, with a good location next to Silverthorne amenities and ski resorts. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are patios and clean. The place could benefit from a few more amenities (stocking the kitchen and pantry with more dishes and basics, providing laundry detergent, more bath towels etc.) and attention to detail - the coffee maker was broken, and the washing machine and dishwasher were both in need of a deep clean and potentially some repairs. We ended up eating out/spending more time out of the condo than planned because of these conditions. Overall it was a comfortable place for the weekend. We appreciate the garage parking too!

Loved our time at this place! It was so pretty and extremely close to a Target, walkable great breakfast place, and we were able to get all our ski gear right down the road. Super close to multiple ski resorts. We came at a time where there was little to no snow in Colorado and it snowed here and was able to get our pick at the best mountain with the most snow at the time. Beautiful town and beautiful place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay! A beautiful home, just as it was pictured. Clean and conveniently located. The host was responsive and very friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The home was very clean and well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The host communicated clearly and responded quickly to any questions. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and we would recommend this place to others.

Patrick was amazing and he made our 5 night stay perfect. He made great recommendations for dining and things to see and do. He was extremely responsive and made our stay everything we had hoped it to be. Many, many thanks Patrick!

Left after one night because it’s impossible to sleep with the traffic noise and the unit is very poorly maintained over Positive: This is a very poor property. Not only is the traffic noise unbearable, but the home is not well maintained. Negative: THe glassware was dirty and some glasses were cracked. The large bowls were cracked. There were no small bowls or small plates. The floor was dirty. Two of the toilet seats were cracked. The throw blankets on the beds were very old, dirty and worn out. The second floor shower had mold in the grout. The grout in the third floor shower was cracked and moldy. The bath mats are not cleaned between guests. The hand soap dispensers were empty. The shower towels old and very rough. The traffic noise is so loud you can’t watch TV with the windows open. We couldn’t fall sleep because the traffic was so loud. We ended up leaving after one night and driving home because it was such an unpleasant stay. This is a very bad rental. The pics are smoke and mirrors.

Very new condo. Clean and cosy. Close to Tesla supercharger. Windows look onto the main road, so if you open them expect constant noise from cars. Would stay again.
