Thank the host for allowing my family occasion (Mom’s 100th Birthday) dinner, which was special. But it was very embarrassing to see the filthy carpet and rug in the living room. It was a sore in our sight and made the house felt unhygienic. We had to ask them to remove it. The table mats had food particles hardened in them, iron dirty, no dishwashing soap, some towels had stains, some pots were burned, the iron board was broken, white sofa needs cleaning or replacement. Host was friendly and responsive but the house lacked proper maintenance. Parking was a NIGHTMARE. I would stay away from that neighborhood for future rentals if you have a large group. If they make those corrections, the house would be perfect. Parking is beyond their control but it was a huge factor in our frustration and the tow trucks were just waiting to take your cars.

We had an amazing stay with Upstay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The services were outstanding, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything was absolutely worth the price. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service they were always within reach via text and responded promptly whenever we needed anything. We had lots of fun with our family and friends who came to support us during my wife’s graduation, and the place was perfect for hosting everyone comfortably. This stay made our time in Orlando even more special. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone traveling to Orlando, FL for vacation or special occasions. We would happily stay here again!

My family enjoyed everything about the house. Parking was crazy but we made it work but definitely needs to be worked on. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a large group…plenty of bathrooms and clean. My only negative is that they need to get rid of the carpet and just have tile everywhere!

This home was absolutely one of the best we have stayed in! It is just as its pictured. It was very clean! Many things were impressive to me being I rent homes often for family. There was many towels for the pool. This is the shortest time we stayed and the starter pack provided was more than any other home has provided. We stayed 2 nights and only had to purchase toilet paper. The host checked on us after check in and I had very minor issues (water in the kitchen wasn't hot enough to wash dishes, one of the shower doors off track, and one tub water running out slow). We were beyond impressed about the quick response and someone was at the home to fix every issue within the hour I replied. The ONLY downfall is the parking. For homes this big, the community should have more parking. We had family travel from different places. The home can only fit 5 vehicles and that is because the community allows the cars to be over the sidewalk, just not in the streets. The overflow parking near the gym was extremely limited as it being about 15-20 spaces for the entire community. Many cars were being towed (not ours) for not parking in the correct spaces, so be aware. We would stay again if we had less cars traveling to illiminate the headache of parking.

I was very disappointed with this stay. The house had bed bugs, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The A/C did not keep the house cool during the day, and it completely stopped working on our last night. The carpets were filthy, and the overall cleanliness of the house was well below expectations. The vacuum cleaner had a foul odor, making it unpleasant to use. The listing photos appear to be outdated and do not accurately represent the current condition of the property. The furniture both downstairs and upstairs is worn and in need of replacement. Unfortunately, the female host was not supportive or helpful when these issues were reported, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, the home was not clean or well maintained and did not match the quality we expected based on the listing. I hope these issues are addressed so future guests have a better experience.

The home was spacious and the amenities described were available. The home needs new carpet it had spots all over and the management said it was due to wear and tear. The couches are mo longer white as pictured. The table chairs were weak one even dangerous to sit in. One of the fridges was giving off a fowl odor we couldn’t even open it. The hot heater didn’t work they refunded half the charge cause they said the repair did come and fix it. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there. They even put in new router on our 4th day it only allowed one tv to connect. This property needs to be updated/cosmetic updates: walls painted and furniture replaced. The host was very responsive to our concerns just couldn’t do anything about it.

Renata made sure that our stay was flawless and communication was great. Preparation for our stay was finished early so we were able to check in early. When we got there the WiFi wasn’t working and a technician was there within what felt like seconds of communication. The house is very well prepared to comfortably accommodate the number of guests suggested. We ended up having 14 out of was supposed to be 21 guests but 21 would have still worked out. Would definitely book again.

Renata was a responsive and accommodating host throughout our stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the early check-in was greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent, and she was always quick to respond when we had questions. We experienced a few minor issues during our stay, but overall we had a wonderful time celebrating with family. Thank you for helping make our trip memorable!

We had a great stay at this VRBO. The rooms were clean and a super easy check in. We had great communication with the property managers and they took care of everything we needed. Overall great stay!
