Thalita and Rob were amazing hosts! They even went out of their way to deliver coffee filters when we didn't have. The pool was amazing and my kids had the best time!
The house really worked well the large family gathering we had from across the country. The amenities were nicely placed and extremely useful.
Our experience Initially the check in was smooth and easy. The house it self was big enough to accommodate our family of 8 with room to spare. The first night i noticed the downstairs master bed was broken, and 2 of the tvs were not working. I notified maintance and they were quick to respond and come and fix the issues
Nice but not accurate Bed in master was not sturdy. Theatre room is another sitting area. Pool table is only suitable for very small children. Game room is for young children. Pool seems very small and only one dish washer works. Not nearly enough pots
This was a wonderful family stay which added ease to our packed vacation. Would highly recommend
Nosso estadia foi muito boa . A casa atende a 15 pessoas . Encontramos a casa limpa e a entrada no condomínio é fácil através de QR CODE . O único problema que achei foi com a questão do lixo pois o condomínio não estava retirando diariamente e tínhamos que levar o lixo até o depósito. Mas o problema é do condomínio. Algumas dúvidas durante a estadia foram resolvidas rapidamente .
The house is big and beautiful. it was close to many attractions and shops. it accommodated 13 of us with no problem. We had a wonderful time there.
Our group of 14 enjoyed our stay. The hosts were great to work with and assisted with any questions in a timely manner.
Property was clean and close to stores and restaurants. Clubhouse did not meet our expectations-no heated pool nor heated hot tub. Host was responsive to insect problem inside of property, but was not resolved before checkout. Cleaning crew showed up right at 10 am checkout we were caught off guard as we were still loading van. Upon checkin take lots of pictures of questionable damage to protect yourself as a guest. Host was very responsive when asked for additional toilet paper-there were 15 guests. We did have to buy additional trash bags and cleaning supplies for the property-we stayed for 8 days. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes were available for our cooking needs. There were two refrigerators and two dishwashers that helped tremendously with our needs. Overall out of 5 stars our rating is 3.5.
We had a great stay at this location. The house had everything that we need for our group. The home was clean and stocked with necessities. The location was easy to access and a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts did a great job communicating with us and answering any questions that we had about our stay. We will definitely consider this location again next year when we return for our annual service trip.
Ficamos bem encantados com a casa. Fomos em um grupo de 15 pessoas e a casa nos atendeu super bem. Thalita e Rob sempre nos responderam com rapidez e precisão, e sempre que precisamos eles atenderam nossas necessidades. Anfitrião muito cortês. O check-in é acesso às áreas externas do condomínio foram simples e funcionam super bem. Além da casa, o clube hoise é um charme. aproveitamos a piscina aquecida e o ofurô do clube! A casa tem eletrodomésticos excelentes na cozinha e a na lavanderia para uma casa desse porte. 2 geladeiras excelentes, aue fazem gelo e tem água filtrada para consumo, o que ajuda muito. Eu apenas manteria um pouco mais de utensílios como panelas e recipientes plasticos para armazenarmos comida na geladeira. Por vezes tínhamos que revezar pois éramos 15 pessoas. Local silencioso, fomos no inverno e o ar condicionado manteve a casa quentinha para nós. No mais, com certeza voltarei a me hospedar com Thalita e Rob se retornarmos à Orlando.
This was the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The property was filthy and poorly maintained. We found roaches in the rooms and kitchen cabinets, mold in the toilets and showers, and bathrooms that didn’t drain properly (one was taped up by the maintenance guy). Despite a $379 cleaning fee, the linens and towels were dirty, stained, and full of hair, and the tubs had piles of hair left in the drains. The pool heater we paid for wasn’t fixed until the last day, with no refund offered. The master bedroom bed was uncomfortable, the mold made my sister sick, and wobbly chairs nearly caused accidents. We were even locked out for 20 minutes at check-in because the host forgot to provide the door code. Don’t ever book this property. The host was unprofessional and unhelpful, and this completely ruined our Thanksgiving and my nephew’s birthday.

It was a very lovely home
The overall visit was nice I did have an AC issue that took most of the time I was there to correct I reported the issue on a Saturday and it wasn’t resolved until Tuesday, the house other than that was fine. I will say they did answer my texts very promptly the issue seemed to be with the AC company.
The pool was fine.
We come down here annually for the state wrestling tournament. It’s the best stay we’ve had!

This place is huge with plenty of room for everyone to spread out on those long vacations so you aren’t at each others throats. It does look just like the photos which we were so relieved to find when we arrived. Our hosts sent messages throughout our stay to check in and were responsive if we sent a message to them. What made our stay less than a 5 star stay was the lack of cleanliness in less than obvious places (under furniture), the living room furniture could use a replacement, a few essentials missing such as wash clothes, dish drying mat, and kitchen scissors would have made our stay better. We didn’t reach out about these items but they could make someone’s stay better. We also experienced some roaches in one of the dishwashers which we reached out about. The hosts were quick to respond and said they’d send maintenance out. We requested for no spraying as we were worried about them scattering. We never saw anyone so we just assumed their solution would have been to spray.
It was an overall great experience. The host was very attentive. Responsive and proactive in many cases! Truly recommend the place. It sits in the corner which makes it a bit private. Pool and deck was perfect. Truly enjoyed our stay.
The property was as described. Has two refrigerators and dishwashers which was nuce. The house does need mixing bowls and more glasses. The location is close to all parks and a Walmart just a short distance away. Also, the neighbors are friendly and helpful. The property management is excellent and very responsive.
We enjoyed staying here unfortunately the projector does not work and nobody came to fix it when asked. The kitchen was spacious but there is an issue with roaches being in the kitchen.
Dirty house The house furniture was too dirty to sit on. It’s infested with roaches. The dryer didn’t work. No face towels were available. There was also a two hour delay with checking in.

Average Positive: The house was very spacious. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Staff addressed our concerns regarding issues in the bathrooms and some housekeeping issues promptly. The amenities on property were nice. The neighborhood was quiet. The property was located close to shopping, restaurants, the outlet malls, and Disney, which was the reason for our trip. The pool was crystal clear. Negative: The grill in the description was not available. The condition of the property was fair (stains on the rugs, marks on many walls, cockroach on the counter, drain in the downstairs bathroom plugged, one upstairs bathroom sink plugged). Living room furniture was not very comfortable. Many of the bedroom TV remotes were mixed up, but we were able to get that figured out ourselves after some time. Many of the pictures in the listing were not what the property looked like when we arrived.
Thalita and Rob were very easy to communicate with. Very responsive and quickly rectified any issues we had. Minor inconveniences with a couple of things but again, responsive to help. Close enough to all theme parks, shops and food. We loved that everyone in our party had their own spacious beds and plenty of space to not feel crowded in the house. We would stay here again.
