Wonderful location. Very close to Disney Property. Excellent food choices. Easy to find, good parking. Nice building with amazing amenities. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place near Disney property with condo feel instead of “resort” crowds.
Positive: We were looking for more than just a hotel room and instead we got a home. A very spacious and clean two bedroom condo. The condo was equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay with family. Will definitely book again.

Our stay was great. It was a last minute mini trip for me and my family! My kids loved it. Nice big space, smart tv so my kids were happy! Lots of things to do, places to eat. Would highly recommend.
DISGUSTING & UNACCEPTABLE! AVIOD THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS! Me and my families arrived at late night. Upon check in, noticed the property WAS FILTHY, WITH HUMAN HAIRS including PRIVATE AREA HAIRS AND DIRT all over the beds. Pillows on sofa was DIRTY with STAINS. It was UNINHABITABLE and a COMPLETED HEALTH HAZARD. This property FAILS even the MOST BASIC HYGIENE STANDARDS. We sent the host clear photos of the disgusting conditions right a way to seek for a solution. The HOST DIDN’T FIX THE ISSUES or send someone to clean it so we had to LEFT IMMEDIATELY past midnight and only to scramble for a hotel. The host REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITIES, DISMISSED THE EVIDENCES, and claimed the property was cleaned. This response was appalling and showed zero regard for our wellbeing. This host is UNPROFESSIONAL, DISMISSIVE and NEGLECTFUL. They LACK RESPECT for their guests and bnb’s standards. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOU VALUE CLEANLINESS , SAFETY, or BASIC HUMAN DECENCY! WROST BNB EVER!
It was great to be able to relax there and go to all the places we wanted to in short travel times. Positive: So much space for vacation. Happy to have Netflix for the kids. Negative: Grasshopper season. Tight entrance and exit for parking.

The location was great and the condo was clean. However we had a number of maintenance issues ie: towel rack fell off the wall as did the toilet paper hanger, the condo was in bad need of painting and the cabinets were cracked and damaged, the internet was weak and spotty meaning delays in streaming. We were in unit 202. I saw a couple of other units that were in better shape. In my opinion this unit should have a major refresh.

This place is OK. Be warned that you will not get the unit most likely that is shown on the photos the unit that we had was very damaged and dirty almost every single spot of the unit had some sort of damage and very outdated. Suspicious colouring on the wall that I hope is not mould very slow to respond and this is not their fault but the fire alarm was also going off for seven hours at night. Booker be warned.

Perfect for what we needed! We would have extended if Luis had not been expecting other guests! We had one issue the morning after check in with hot water and contacted Luis. He responded almost immediately and sent someone out within 1-2 hours. By the time we returned, the issue was corrected. Luis was always available and proactive! Great host and great property. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! The place was very spacious and clean. We appreciated the quick response by the host whenever we had any questions. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here, it was fabulous!! We will book again. It was a home away from home ❤️ .
Wish we could’ve enjoyed the amenities but we slammed out Disney instead. Easy check in, all contactless which made it easy when we arrived at 3 am to the place.

Had Great a stay , place was clean and spacious!
Hosts were very responsive and helpful, they were quick to resolve a minor issue we had. The pool was great as well, not too cold & very big. My only downside was that there are no carts to take in bags and it was quite a walk from the elevators to our room, but this didn’t take away from the experience at all. Overall a great place to stay and I recommend 100%.

Great stay, perfect for what we needed and will stay here again if it’s available. Positive: The property was nice and in a good location. The parking situation for larger vehicles was a little sketchy but we ended up finding a few spots outside of the garage that ended up working better. The picture of the condo on the listing site was not the one that we stayed in but it was still true to the listing. Negative: We had a few issues during our stay BUT the team was great at communicating and getting all issues taken cared of as quickly as possible. It was strange that there were employees available on the main floor. We had found something at the pool and there was no one to turn it into so we had to leave it there.

Awful Positive: Nothing Negative: The hallway to the room was musty and smelled like mildew. The bed linen was either dirty or so stained they should have been replaced not laundered. Also finding hairs in the bed is never okay. The main shower needs a deep cleaning or mildew stained tiles replaced. The thermostat was unable to be adjusted so we were uncomfortable all night. The entire apartment was crummy and needs to be upgraded. I see why they used a filter on the pictures. I am asking for a refund for having to sleep in my clothes. I would have slept in my car if it was a safe option.

Muy mala experiencia Positive: Nada Negative: Nada es a cómo te muestran en las fotos yo tuve una muy mala experiencia con esta reservación que la verdad no sé los aconsejó. Pero si les doy un concejo es que le pienses dos veces antes de reservar con ellos todo esta en muy mal estado tanto como la limpieza como todo lo demás los baños tenían Moho pero para ellos eso no lo era Umm… Y para que tengan en cuenta una ves pagando, No te dejan cancelar ni te devuelven tu dinero aunque ellos tenga la culpa.
Decent stay Positive: The apartment was spacious, had the immediate needs like towels, coffee maker, dish soap, toilet paper. Negative: Cleaning fee is really high, had a roach walking around the moment we came in, the carpet in the hallway has a particular smell, the building it self is a little run down, plus entry to get in or out with your vehicle is really tight.

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed to feel at home. The host was very responsive and so polite. They gave us all the information we needed throughout our stay.

Overall we enjoyed the unit #202. It was comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home. We would stay here ag Positive: The space, amenities and location is why we chose this property. Negative: The exterior and common places needed better up keep. Trash and halls needed more attention. The office, gym and games were not used but looked well kept and clean.
I’ll rebook it again. Positive: Love the location, and the style of it nice and spacious.

Great place to stay - quiet and out of the busyness of town and theme parks. Highly recommend. Positive: We had an issue with the bed, but the host was very happy to get it fixed for us. Communication was great too.
