I booked this house for a large group to celebrate a birthday and the stay was a 10/10. Our host, Oriana, went above and beyond to make this stay memorable. She honored every request I made and always responded quickly. The house was in perfect condition and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Florida!

Beautiful house for large groups. We were a multigenerational family of 16. 4 Kings on the first floor for convenience and room for everyone else upstairs. Teenagers loved having their own space and ample bathrooms. Kitchen was amazing and house was pleasantly decorated with simple theming. There was not a lot of clutter about and we had everything we needed. Nice resort and host was super communicative and responded promptly to any questions I had. Would definitely stay again if we need a large house.

Absolutely loved our time at the house! It was perfect for my team retreat with a beautiful table to both work and dine, a pool to relax around, and a theater to enjoy movie nights! The themed rooms were so fun with something for everyone! The Upstay team was so kind and responsive with any and all communication! I would highly recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a large, spacious home to host friends, families, or colleagues!

Our stay with Upstay was truly wonderful. We were celebrating three birthdays during our trip, and they went the extra mile by decorating the space before we arrived. That thoughtful surprise meant so much to my family and made the celebration even more special from the moment we walked in. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was already there, and the space made it easy for us to relax and enjoy time together. Communication was everything—clear, responsive, and helpful—which made the entire experience smooth from beginning to end. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the whole stay felt stress-free. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the attention to detail. It helped create a memorable trip for my family, and I would definitely stay with Upstay again. I’m deeply grateful for the warm welcome extended to my family and me as we celebrated my daughter's birthday. We had an excellent time; there was great communication with us throughout—addressing any questions we had—and the hosts were attentive to our needs during our stay. The house was cozy and in perfect order, situated in a very peaceful location. We will undoubtedly be back again. Thanks all for the support.

My husband and I hosted a marriage retreat and our stay was excellent. The rooms were nice and spacious. The entire place was very clean and the pool and Jacuzzi was relaxing. Every couple had their own personal bathroom which was very accommodating. The game room and movie theater was great for our couples. Overall, the home was beautiful and met our needs. I would love to come back for a family vacation, it’s the perfect place.

I will start with the communication with the host was 5 stars and that that was the only "nice" thing. Communication was very quick, always responsive before checking in and while at the stay ensuring everything was fixed or addressed that we brought up. Not everything on my behalf was requested because at the end of they day, it was livable and we didn't stay in the home other than late afternoons and nights... I however and my family would never recommend nor stay at this home again. The communication was about the only good thing about the home. This home is beyond its glory days. The tile floors turned feet and socks black, the carpets have never been shampooed or scrubbed (absolutely disgusting), the sheets although appeared to be "clean" they all had disgusting stains (we went out and bought our own for the week). The microwave was broke and someone before us stuck screws in the door, a major electrical hazard to burn a house down (yes they brought us a temp one to use), the wash machine had a cable inside the tumbler that had wires showing inside the drum... (we ended up not using, again to not burn the house down). We did kill 2 cockroaches and 3 centipedes (but what house i guess doesn't have bugs?) There were nails / staples from the carpet between doors, two of them we brough up and a temp fix was addressed.The front door had gaps even when closed / locked and to top off the trip, the last night the house was attempted to be broken into, thankfully unsuccessful.

We booked this for my aunts 60th birthday. There were 15 of us in total. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy each others company but also plenty of space for when we wanted to relax. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!!

The house was in a great location, very spacious and the host were great and quick to respond to any questions we had.
