We will definitely be staying here again as long as it’s available! The kids loved the pool and arcade and community pool. Heck even the adults loved the community pool. They do serve drinks and food at the community center so you can’t bring outside food/drinks. Beds were comfortable and enough towels were provided. The house is beautiful and big enough to not feel like it’s crowded. Thanks for hosting us!
Home was beautiful and very accommodating. Even if issues arise the host was very attentive and quick to answer and solve it. I loved the quick response to any and all questions I had. The family enjoyed the space and was excabout the arcade room. The pool was also utilized during day and evening hours. My daughter even visited the water park. We loved that there was plenty to do. Excellent vacation. Definitely a do over for us. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Nice clean house with plenty of room for everyone!! The heated pool was spectacular, the kids (and some adults) loved the game room, and communication with the host was always easy and always responsive!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this AIRBNB we were 23 people and 2 toddlers and we all have our own space in this house.Definetely will book again this was a very funny weekend and you also habe every amenities needed in this house.
Family vacation Great place to stay with a large family. Really enjoyed having a private pool and access to the clubhouse with the splash pad, lazy river, pool and tiki bar. Stayed for 7 days with an extended family ages 60 - 2 and never felt crowded. The only complaint was that we had to wait 30 min past check in time for the cleaners to finish.
HOME AWAY FROM HOME Our recent family gathering vacation week at this incredible home truly lived up to its 'Home Away From Home' moniker, providing an absolutely amazing backdrop for our getaway. The house itself was exceptionally comfortable and boasted an impressive array of amenities that kept everyone entertained: from the relaxing pool to the exciting arcade room, providing endless fun for all ages. The spacious kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and with comfortable rooms and a TV in every bedroom, there was ample space and privacy for our entire group. We particularly cherished our time together enjoying the pool, firing up the BBQ for delicious meals, and gathering for memorable game and movie nights. Beyond the house, the location was absolutely perfect; being just minutes away from the main theme parks was a huge convenience, and having a supermarket, various stores, restaurants, and gas stations so close by made daily errands effortless. The added bonus of other resort amenities further enhanced our stay, and finally, we cannot speak highly enough of the host, who was consistently available and incredibly responsive, ensuring any questions or needs were addressed promptly. This vacation rental comes highly recommended for any large family looking for comfort, entertainment, and convenience!

Great place and a beautiful home in a great area. I would recommend and would stay again. I was a little disappointed in the quality of mattresses— they were very very firm and you could literally feel the springs through the comforter by touching it. One spring was actually coming through the top of the mattress. The sofa was very very small and not comfortable to sit on it the downstairs area. I felt like I was going to break it if I sat on it. All in all, it was a nice place and the kids loved the game room and pool but for such a nice place, they could have spent the money on nicer sleeping arrangements/furnishings. This is not a bad review at all to be clear, just my opinion.
We stayed 4 nights at this home in Davenport, FL. The kids loved the game room, which was a highlight. However, the furniture was unbearable, and the beds were really uncomfortable. The dishwasher was broken—the detergent door wouldn’t open during the cycle, leaving everything unwashed. The host also tried to charge an extra $50 for early check-in, even if just 5 minutes early. The space was roomy, but overall, it was too uncomfortable to enjoy fully. The host was responsive via messaging, but there wasn't much they could do to make it better short of replacing a dishwasher and all of the furniture while we're trying to enjoy our vacation. I won't be re-booking this one.
Family vacation We had an amazing time at this property. Clean, accommodating, convenient, and with amenities that made everyone of all different ages enjoy their stay there. And property owners were always accessible to answer all of our questions anytime. Definitely will return again! Thank you!
Place was nice , open kitchen area plenty space for the family , enjoyed the game room great communication with the host, we had a good time .

The location was great but we could have used few more towels, Toilet items and some basic food items like salt and pepper etc. There was not enough bath items like soaps and shampoos and conditioners for large group of people.
Ideal Work Retreat for a small team. With ample bedrooms and bathrooms and convenient group work space and break-out space, this property suited our needs perfectly. The arcade room was great for brain breaks and camaraderie. The hosts were so accomodating with our questions and quick replies, and it was obvious they cared about our experience.
Our weekend at Upstay Our weekend at Upstay was amazing. The house was beautiful, in a great location, and had everything that we needed for our celebration weekend. The hosts were fantastic. They helped us get all of our guests checked in, even late at night and over the weekend. We will definitely stay again in the future.
The price for us was great. We had booked it just a couple days in advance and the price had been reduced. The place was spacious and had a great game room, and movie room area. It was extremely clean. As others stated some furniture needs to be replaced. The sofa and love seat downstairs was little and uncomfortable. We only used 3 bedrooms, so not sure how all beds were. The king bed in the downstairs room was uncomfortable with springs coming through. The same for the one bunkbed in the Mickey room, and was a little wobbly. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. It was stated there was S&P for the kitchen, but we couldn’t find them. Can openers did not work and need to be replaced. Pool area was great and roomy. I would say because of the furniture we would not book this house again, and because of the Oasis club tiki and pool area. We will never book in Champions Gate again because they do not allow any snacks or food, your own water bottles, or even a coffee into the area.

Kitchen had no oven mitt. Only had 2 garbage bags. I rent airbab every year never stayed at one with no wash cloths or extra toilet paper,no starter coffee or at least salt and pepper shakers.
We had a great stay in a superb community. We were able to use the gym and pools. Good access to restaurants and groceries. Had a slight hiccup getting access to the community initially but the issue was resolved in 10 minutes. Overall, the house and location were perfect for our trip.

NO WATER IN THE KITCHEN FOR FIVE DAYS. COULDN'T GET INTO THE PLACE FOR 2 HRS AFTER I ARRIVED WITH GROCERIES. ALLOT OF WEAR AND TEAR THAT WASNT FIXED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. WAITED OVER TWO WEEKS FOR DEPOSIT BACK.
No geral nossa estadia foi muito boa. Tivemos uma intercorrencia com o codigo da porta no inicio, mas a equipe da Upstey resolveu o problema de forma imediata. A casa é exatamente igual ao anuncio. O unico ponto de atençao que destaco é o acesso à propriedade, a casa esta localizada em um complexo de condominios e algumas entradas sao apenas para moradores.

Great amenities. Lots of space in the home. Comfortable beds. Loved the arcade and movie room. Oasis club was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood. Yasmin was awesome and responded very quickly. She was very helpful.
Beautiful home, needs some maintenance on furniture and beds. Had one bed that was missing a leg. Also had issue with gasoline left in an unauthorized container and left the game room and house with fumes. took owner almost 24 hours to resolve the issue which ledt the gameroom unable to.use. Fridge Ice maker was not working... some other small issues. Wish they would take care of issues as an urgent matter, not just say it.
House was as described. Living room furniture was a little sparse and water pressure was a bit low in multiple showers.
The place was exactly as described. Easy check in and check out. The place was had everything we needed and more. I would stay here again and will be recommending it to my friends.
Great! Amazing property!!! A couple things I think need an upgrade:-living room and patio furniture is too small. I was scared to sit on it that it would break-TVs are small in the bedrooms-upstairs master shower has terrible water pressureHowever, this is me being picky. Overall the stay was amazing
Great time and great host
The hosts are all responsive and extremely helpful. The house has a great layout but needs a bit of work. We had some inconveniences which we spoke to the hosts about and they told us that they are working to get everything done. The beds were alright. The good part of the house is the arcade. The place is worth maybe 3/4 of what I paid but with the proper fixing and small maintenance it will be worth it. Hopefully we can give them another shot once the house is improved.
I enjoyed the stay there was a LOT to do! It would’ve had a 5 star review but the house wasn’t clean thoroughly enough. Besides that everything was great! I definitely recommend!
Vacationers beware, there is a German roach infestation as soon as you turn off the lights they come out and play. German roaches inside stove inside the refrigerator. Weird gas smell coming from a locked room. Furniture is all beat up. Sofa in living room broken in half. Bed box springs broken, fire alarm missing from some rooms. If you don’t like creepy crawlers stay away. Be prepared to wait at least 30-40 minutes to try to get in the resort due to only one gate available to guest. I do not recommend this place.
