Place was very nice. Large enough for 12 adults and kids. Pool, game room, and slide kept kids busy. Had a few hiccups but the host took care of us immediately. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay in the Davenport Area. Champions Gate was amazing and the pool/lazy river/slides were a blast for the kids and “kids at heart”. Will hope to stay here again next year!
8 days & 7 nights! This home was our favorite of all vacation homes! 8 adults, 3 Toddlers and a infant...4 birthdays! Plenty of room...I highly recommend a stay... the rooms were incredible, beds soooo comfy, super clean, the design brought Disney to life right in the home! Quick host response... It's all right there! Stores in this community, a ER close by, restaurants... loved the home more than the parks! Something for everyone! From Paris to Toy Story and Hello Kitty and family fun in the game room! Would highly recommend this property and would stay again!

This property was everything it seemed to be!! The pictures were exactly as the house was!! It was spacious enough for our entire family. The kids had a ball and enjoyed the pool from sun up to sun down thanks to the added pool heating! I would recommend this property to anyone and will also add to my return list if I need a house this size again! The host was amazing and always responded in a timely manner! Not for the price ! The house is ok but the rooms are not as nice to me the master is girl room for wife and wife I thin Positive: They were rice on the carpet on first day we check in means the living room was clean The sink faucet broke as soon as we tried to open the waiter we stiff all day and night without a sink Then the next day was the poll level and temperature maintenance guy had to come out ! Then the last night it was freezing with 39F we didn’t have heat all day because the internet shut off on us no tv nothing I couldn’t work !! The kids were bored all day and freezing complaining about the cold ! Innaveptable for this put r I could of stood at villatll resort and be happy Negative: The slide kids room was the only room the master looked too girly with flowers I honestly didn’t know was master until I looked bathroom the tv on the hello kitty room and captain American don’t work !!
House was great. 12 adults and infant. Plenty of room, private. Home extremely clean and as described. 30-45 minute drive to all parks. Clear instructions for check in and check out! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Every space in the house was perfect for our family to enjoy and feel at home. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole experience brought so much joy to our family. The house looks exactly like the pictures, clean, spacious, and beautifully set up. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This property was nice. Just as pictured & described. Communication with the owners was great. They were very prompt in responding & attempting to resolve all issues. The house itself is in need of a few repairs/upgrades & and a deep cleaning. Master bed fell in a couple times from sitting on the left, end of bed. There is also a stain on carpet near right side of bed.Many things are damaged from refrigerator to stove to table in living room to the decor but did not affect our stay(we just wanted to ensure we don't get charged for any damage we didn't create). Basketball ball game in game room doesn't work (but still playable if you keep your own score). TV remotes & cable boxes were mixed up but Carlos came & fixed every tv/remote/box except in the upstairs loft area. He could not get that one to work.Bathrooms: Mold in upstairs bathroom near Captain America room. Bath tub near theater has a dirt ring inside. Washer & dryer outdated but works. Pool & hot tub were great. The additional pool toys were awesome. The light bulbs above the pool didn't work but nonetheless the kids enjoyed the pool & the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Sliding door to pool wouldn't lock but Carlos fixed that as well. This location is a nice. I just hope the owners take into consideration the feedback & make some necessary maintenance upgrades.. deep cleaning, repairs, paint, etc. Our family would stay again.
Nice but if you can find a different property do so Positive: The house was nice. Our children loved the game room and pool. The bedrooms had comfortable beds (except the master bed in the main room downstairs are awful). The kitchen and included utensils were good. The movie room was also nice. Negative: The management company was not good. Their communication, although prompt, is highly ineffective. Additionally, they did a poor job of resolving matters. There are two upstairs bathrooms that smell really bad and need to be evaluated by a plumber. The neighborhood is being to lose its exclusivity and tranquility. There were a LOT of other people walking the streets cursing, yelling, acting a fool, etc. and this went on until the wee hours of the morning. A group staying in a house next door to us was smoking marijuana whose odor was strong that we all decided to go inside.
Everything about the stay was great! We traveled as a party of 16 with adults and kids. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. The house was clean, beautiful, and spacious. We cooked the entire time we stayed during our 4 night stay and the kitchen had everything except for a rubber spatula which would've been helpful when making a fried egg, but otherwise had everything we needed. We hope to be able to return next year for another family trip. Thank you for a great stay!
Beautiful home was super easy to get in and simple. Me and my family stayed for my sons 7th birthday and we all had a blast it accommodated us perfectly. I would be staying here again i hope real soon.

Absolutely beautiful house! My family and I got together with all the kids to help bring in their spring break and we couldn’t have been happier with the house! Not only was there PLENTY of things to do but the house was beautifully equipped for the kids to be entertained all weekend. We will absolutely be renting here again! The house had everything we needed, theatre room, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen supplies & a cool arcade room.
Very accommodating to our family, even with a child with special needs the place was very secure and safe. Highly recommended😀

The house was equipped with what we needed. Any question I had was answered quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house for large groups!
The stay was amazing, me and my boyfriend paid for our family to come to Florida for family time. The home was beautiful and located in a beautiful neighborhood with extra security. The pool/hot tub was really big and nice, the home had a full kitchen equip to where we didn’t have to purchase anything but food and aluminum pans because we used the grill which was convenient because the propane was free. We had over 18 guest and the home fit us all. The theatre was so nice and overall 100/100, money well spent ❤️
The home was decorated very nice and well decorated. There were a few minor issues that I reported and the host Yasmin responded rather quickly and sent someone out. The hot tub was a hit on the cool nights. The neighborhood was quiet also. I would book again.

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. Security gate access was very easy, which made check-in smooth. The host was super quick to respond to every message and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. The arcade, pool and theater made it so much fun to stay home and enjoy the space.
We had some issues with the water heater during our stay, but the host was always very helpful and communicated with us right away. Just keep in mind that if several people take showers around the same time, the hot water may run out and it can be difficult to take a comfortable bath.
