Enjoyed it! Positive: Great location, and a great layout inside for our family group. The 2 story setup gave us tons of space to spread out. Loved having the pool private just for us, kids loved it. Easy parking right close by. Super convenient to have washer/dryer in the unit. Very nice, quite gated community - took plenty of walks around in the early morning with birds to watch on the lake. Negative: A little light on the kitchen stocking, need to add more plates & cups, etc to accommodate a full group.

This place was great for our family. Very close to the theme parks. They were great with communication, when we had an issue they send over a maintenance worker to come and check it out. Overall great stay, would recommend to add little things like hand soap downstairs at the kitchen sink and extra blankets but overall great.

We really like the property we stayed in even though we had problem with the dyer, the owner quickly respond and fixed t Positive: The property was close to everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Property was clean and has pool which the kids love it. Negative: Parking. Very small parking area and if all spots were filled i have to park far and pay for my car not to get towed.

Was perfect for my family and cats We joked of how we need our home back home to look like this The king bed is a little on the hard side I was fine with it but my husband said it was too hard for him so he slept in one of the other rooms The house is spacious There is a hidden pet fee idk if that’s normal but I didn’t know until after I booked Also I like my water scorching hot to take a shower and the water only would go to warm other than that everything was absolutely great

We had a wonderful stay!! We went to EPCOT for my birthday and this place was perfect for my crew of 4! The location was perfect and the house itself was beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures. The response time from the owners was incredible it was like texting a friend! I would definitely recommend it and I would stay again and again!

Fantastic Place and Responsive Host! Positive: This home is absolutely beautiful! It is big and very comfortable. It’s close to everything! I hope to come back for another stay sometime. The host was so helpful and kind. I got a response immediately every time I had a question. Negative: The rail for the stairs was broken and the faucet had a leak. If you have multiple people with mobility issues in your group then the stairs may be a problem because there are a lot of them!

The home looked just like the photos. Check in was very easy. The host was very responsive and polite. I loved the location because it was close to restaurants and shopping centers. The only thing I would change is that you can’t get the pool heated if you stay overnight. The pool was freezing but I’m sure I would have been able to enjoy it if it was heated. I would’ve like to have wash rags and at least a throw blanket in the home but everything else was very nice. I would definitely recommend this home. The layout is beautiful and the furniture is too. Staying here was very accommodating, located near everything. The location is beautiful and quiet, the host was responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. Looking forward to booking continuously in the near future .

The location was where we wanted based on our plans. The house was roomy enough for all the guests. Very clean. Neighborhood was nice for our daily walk/run. The only improvement would be to offer more kitchen cooking ware. Would stay again.

The place was exactly what we anticipated. It felt much bigger than we thought it was going to be and our party of six had plenty of room and privacy. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this home.!!!

Great House, Near International Drive Positive: Great location; convenient to Disney and International Drive. The house was nice and the splash pool was very relaxing. Negative: The community pool was a nice size, but the water temperature was warm. The lazy river temp was more comfortable. We were not allowed to bring water or soda to the community pool. They want guests to purchase from their little snack restaurant.

Host communicated very well! It made the whole experience seamless as possible!!

Fijne vakantie maar slechte communicatie met eigenaar Positive: De ruimte. Stilte rondom de woning. Negative: Erg weinig servies zelfs voor twee personen. Maar 1 bank dat is erg weinig voor zo’n groot huis. Problemen met borg verhuurder weigert elke vorm van medewerking.

The host was awesome. It was a very easy and straightforward process. Negative: We forgot our napkins and baking pan at home , so maybe having some available would be nice ,but it wasn't a necessity at all. The stores were close enough to go purchase those things. Softer mattresses as a suggestion also but overall I would definitely book again

The vacation home was very clean and nice. I enjoyed my stay Positive: Very nice vacation home Negative: The beds were not comfortable. The mattress was hard and the bed set was thin. The microwave had a shortage and went out on Saturday night, I reached out to ccs with no response.

Van alle gemakken voorzien in de buurt van de pretparken. Positive: Het is het adres van het appartement zoals op Booking beschreven staat en zo ook de foto's. Zeer compleet uitgeruste woning. Communicatie met beheerders via Booking chat ging makkelijk en snel, reageren snel. Schoon. Groot. Pretparken goed bereikbaar. Afval wordt opgehaald bij voordeur. Via mail / Booking chat kregen wij de instructies en toegangscodes en daardoor konden wij meteen door naar ons geboekte appartement (moet je wel internet hebben dus niet vergeten bij aankomst op de luchthaven te controleren). Negative: Gehorig, buren zijn duidelijk te horen. Maximaal een kwartier warm water voor de hele woning, wij hadden moeite om met drie personen te voorkomen dat 1 van ons koud water had tijdens douchen. Barcode scanner van het terreinhek werkt niet goed vanaf de smartphone, wij hebben uiteindelijk een afdruk van de toegangs-QR-code gemaakt en dat werkte wel goed.

Positive: # of bedrooms /bathrooms and pool Negative: Internet was not working most of time. This made no tv and with hurricane Milton coming it was dangerous to not know what was happening. We left property 1 1/2 days early to flee the hurricane. How do I request a partial refund ?

I Positive: Location was very good, near to Theme Parks Villa was clean and spacious. Negative: Bed in master bedroom was uncomfortable due to very firm mattresses and lumpy pillows and it lacks a little bit of attention to detail- such as only the downstairs bedroom had a mirror, the other three did not. There are no ceiling lights in the bedrooms, only lamps. No hooks on the bathroom doors for towels. 4 tubes of hair conditioner- but no shampoo! There is no safe for valuables. Also considering there is a fairly large cleaning fee, it is a bit cheeky to find an envelope on the dining table from the cleaner asking for a tip!

Positive: Muy comodo la verdad y limpio la piscina no necesita climatización cuando el clima esta caliente todo estaba casi perfecto hasta el 3 dia Negative: La secadora estaba dañada nunca fueron a arreglarla despues que dijeron que iban a ir a arreglarla, extendi un dia mas y me cambiaron el codigo de seguridad sin precio aviso y llegamos muy cansados de Miami un viaje super largo y no podiamos entrar tubimos que llamar que la verdad tardan en contestar! Queria dejar un 10 pero la verdad la secadora es super escencial para cuando viajas por carro

This condo is in need of significant maintenance. The carpet on the second floor is old, dirty, and dingy. I recommend wearing shoes. The couch in the living room is trashed. The master bed is as hard as the floor. The air vents are coated in filth. Caulk and paint hide as much as they can. They provide very little instruction and only provide check-in information 3 hours before your actual check-in time which makes me very uncomfortable when I'm traveling from so far. The QR code they provided for the gate never worked and they never tried to correct it. Thankfully, the gate staff never cared who was arriving. On arrival, the Wi-Fi was not functional resulting in no television or Internet. Their 24-hour answering service was unable to provide any assistance until the next day and insisted on communication outside of Airbnb. This appears to be what you get when you book a rental through a major corporation versus individual owners. I suggest looking elsewhere.

The most uncomfortable beds and couch I have had in an air b n b or any hotel I've stayed at. The master bed was actual broken, in the middle and caused a "V" in the middle, Host did offer to have it looked at but I felt that we just sleep in one of the other 3 bed rooms. The beds were all uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good nights rest. The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The only area of the house that was nice was the private pool. The access the the gated community was a struggle as well, the main gate with the guard was always backed up and once you had a QR access code the scanner/reader wouldn't read the codes, looked like a common issue for everyone in the community without a permit pass. Lastly we found several dirty/used dishes, silverware, and pans in the kitchen. I would not stay here again or recommend

. Check in process was a complete roller coaster. The sofa in the living room had stains on it, the master bedroom bed was broken, and the pool heater also did not work. The house is nice and the location is nice just wish it was a little nicer

Great Home, Perfect location. Positive: Location was great, house was very nice. Negative: They want to charge you for propane to use the grill after you pay for the amenities of the house that should be included, it might be different if it wasn’t 70 dollars, when the cost of a refillable tank is like 30 bucks even if I used the whole tank.

Upstay (Host) was in constant communication almost every day since we booked with emails, requests for phone calls to review detains, and options for paid add ons. We stayed for one night, less than 12 hours. The house is as listed and plenty of space, good bathroom accommodations with plenty of privacy for the 5 of us. The pool area was very nice and we would have enjoyed it if staying longer. The resort amenities looked fantastic. However, we wouldn’t book this property again (especially for a longer trip) due to the lack of comfortable seating (one small couch for a house that sleeps 8) very uncomfortable beds (the king size mattress you can feel every single spring in it), and the noise from the highway out the back of the house.

This place is not a bad distance to all of the attractions you need to go to! Everything was within 20 minutes. It was clean and easy to get into with a keypad. It had most of what would be needed for a stay and a ton of space in it. They were very good at communicating with me. We loved the daily trash pick up on the front porch and appreciate them reaching out to make sure things were going well.

Problem with parking , no instruction about parking yello pass and my car would have been toed if I wouldn't change parking lot. No security guard on the outside gate because construction was going on and back gate has no needed gate pass or there wasn't security guard at all

Gabriel and Ana were great hosts. Had to book their home last minute, I was inside within 30 minutes. The house was very clean and very spacious. The pool was also very clean and such a fun addition to the house! Would definitely keep in my mind for my next Orlando visit!
