Very responsive and helpful accommodated me and my family! We would love to stay here again.

This condo was very nice and roomy, it was bigger then we expected, the wholewas beautifully decorated.Had no trouble checking in or finding the place. Only Down side is the projector in the movie room did not work that was the selling point for my booking with my family. I was informed that it was broken by previous guests.But the owner had very good communication, and was quick to get back with with response regarding any and all needs.This condo is located with in walking distance to A chick-fila, Walgreens, smallcakes, and local cafe. Its a nice area, never felt unsafe once walking around.If you are looking to go to Universal, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay walk to one of the hotels(Stella Nova or Terra Nova) to hop on one of the busses, free of charge. My family and I enjoyed staying here. We will definitely be back.

Great location, clean, welcoming and stress free Positive: Clean, organised and amazing amount of space. Themed bedrooms great for the kids and location is unreal to get to all our favourite places; Vineland outlets, Florida mall, mall at millennia, Universal etc Negative: Three bedrooms but only one bathroom situated in the master bedroom. Not a problem for our family but for larger parties or those less acquainted, could be slightly awkward

Very nice but microwave was out the entire time we stayed I wasted a lot of money on food not knowing that. But our flights got pushed back so we ended up booking and extra day and when we came in it was two men replacing the microwave so we (two women with kids) sat there for a hour or two while they did that not wanting to leave our stuff unattended obviously but it is very beautiful nice themed rooms and fulled stocked kitchen with supplies also a great location nice pools the host was also responsive sadly they did not have a early check in for me but minus the microwave issue this would’ve been a 10/10 for me but a little pricey for broken appliances.

Great for families too large for onsite hotels at Universal. Very convenient location to the parks and the resort style pool was very nice.

Place was very nice but hosting needs improvement. Even though the room was available they wouldn’t let me in any earlier than 4pm and then you have to be out right at 10am or get a $150 fee. No laundry detergent or dryer sheets. No coffee or tea provided. 2 of the beds had fitted sheets that were too small and didn’t fit the bed. So the price for only 18 hours access plus no extras to make the stay more comfortable was a bit much. Just felt very corporate and not personal at all but a nice space.

Our stay had several challenges. We weren’t given a unit number for the 32-condo complex and had to contact the co-host, who responded quickly, though the door code also didn’t work at first. Inside, we found the condo didn’t match the listing, two of the three bedrooms had bunk beds and kids’ décor, which was not mentioned anywhere in the description or photos, and was not suitable for six adults on a work trip. The location was excellent for walking to the Convention Center, but the sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable. We asked to move to a different condo, the one we actually booked, but there were no comparable units available without being 50 minutes away. On day five, we discovered ants in one of the kids’ rooms due to candy/crumbs being left by the previous family and mopped the floors to get through the final night. Despite everything, we left the condo in good condition. Upstay issued a partial refund for the inaccurate description, but it required persistent follow-up.

Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again on a future tr Positive: After my flight was unexpectedly canceled, and it turned out to be a great last-minute find. The place was very clean, well-decorated, and comfortable, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Would stay here again. Easy to get to. Great space. Very clean. Easy access to Universal Epic Universe and major highways. Community had a Walgreens in it which was very convenient.

Acceptable but much to improve Positive: location Negative: The bathrooms were dirty, especially the showers, there was never access to Wi-Fi, and although I sent several messages, there was never a response with a solution and throughout this stay this service was not provided.

Positive: Frisch renoviert Negative: Matratzen durchgelegen. Kein WLAN. Böden schmutzig. Kein Klopapier

It was good but could been better for price Positive: The bathroom in main room and kitchen and few Negative: The door for balcony was not working right.

Really enjoyed our stay. One thing I would suggest is a broom and dust ban so that we could have swept up.

Was a nice place very spacious , well located to attractions. Was given the wrong door code and took 45 minutes to get ahold of someone to talk to, that was taken care of and then the WiFi was not working and again no response for hrs from upstay. When you text or email them it says could be a 4 hr wait for response, unacceptable when you are renting your place.
