This was a huge home and very clean. We enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. The Movie theatre room was amazing and the kids really had a lot of fun in the game room as well. We recommend that big families rent out this house for a great experience. Thank you so much for the opportunity to enjoy our family vacation at this lovely home.❤️

Excellent vacation family home " We had a wonderful stay at your vacation rental home! The spacious home provided plenty of room for a family of 20, and there was something for every age group to enjoy. The open kitchen was fantastic—it had enough space for everyone to eat together, making our family gatherings even more special. The whole family enjoyed the pool and the amenities at the clubhouse, which added to our fun! Highly recommend for a memorable and comfortable getaway!"
Great Vacation house Overall, this was a great vacation home spacious and comfortable, with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 14. The kids especially loved the arcade room, swimming pool, and the home movie theater. A few things to note: the listing mentioned parking for four cars, but since the garage has been converted into an arcade, only two cars can actually fit in the driveway. We had three cars and were told that street parking isn’t allowed and could result in towing. Management recommended the “Parkopedia” app, but the nearest available parking was about two miles away, and we weren’t sure if overnight parking was allowed there. We ended up parking on the street and took our chances.We also had a bit of an issue at check-in. We were told we could check in at noon, but when we arrived, we were informed of a maintenance delay. The house wasn’t ready until around 2 PM, and we ended up waiting outside unnecessarily. Clearer communication would’ve been helpful so we can plan accordingly. We would have preferred an answer of no early check in, vice waiting there until we are allowed to go in. Lastly, basic supplies like toilet paper and trash bags were not stocked adequately. For 14 people staying 8 days, we had to go out and buy extras pretty quickly.Despite these issues, we still really enjoyed the house and the location, just 20–30 minutes from Disney. We would consider staying here again in the future with a few adjustments.

Spacious Vacation Home for large groups! Did a family trip to Disney with a total of 18 kids/adults. Primarily used for the basics (sleep/shower/breakfast) so it was perfect for that as everyone had their own space. Property manager was on top of their game and very responsive. Thanks for a great trip!

Words cannot express the Thanksgiving weekend we had in this great home. We had more than enough room for everyone and the response from Upstay was amazing. They answered any questions we had and so quickly. My family and I will definitely be back and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a home away from home. Thank you Upstay for a weekend we won't forget.
The Place was very nice, and Spacious. The Pictures Matched the house, and the house is was not far from the Entry Gate. Great Location, The Host were very quick to respond and assist. Me and family would definitely stay here again :)
I’ll start by saying the house was very clean and that is probably my number 1 priority when staying anywhere besides home. Check in was not at the exact location I was given and also didn’t even take a gate code I was given. You’d think they’d know thThe house is huge There was ample room to move around with 18 of us. That being said, there were a few things that need to be addr:The listing is inaccurate. In one section abut there being a room with two sets of bunk beds. We got there and the beds were separated, taking up an entire room where there was supposed to be a queen bed. It wouldn’t have been a big deal that they were separated if one of them had a queen bed like states. This caused an adult to have to sleep in a twin bed which I was unhappy with because I had told her she’d have a queen. First world problems, yes, but I ended up giving her money back because I felt bad she had to sleep in a twin bed along with another adult. The ice machine stopped working one night and we were sent a technician to repair it. It seemed to work for another day and then stopped working again. We didn’t bother getting it fixed again we just went out and bought our own ice. I don’t know what it is about housing in Florida but the lowest temperature setting is 68. We are from Maine and so on the hotter days it felt warm inside. I was told to shut my door to keep it cooler inside but that made my room even hotter. I was uncomfortable but the fans kept me OK for my stay.
The pictures does not do justice. I rent homes at least twice a year, and this home is one of the top 5. The movie room was REMARKABLE!!!! I even played the games in the game room and I have NEVER played any games in any of the homes. This home was spacious for 12 adult women. My only complaint is the dining table needs replaced, as the chairs came apart, and you can tell they have been glued before, but we made the best of it…… I WOULD RENT AGAIN
We had an amazing stay! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how spacious, fun, and beautifully designed everything was. The home has enough sleep space! Super comfortable beds more than perfect for our big group of 12. The kitchen is well-equipped and roomy, with plenty of seating to enjoy family meals. The game room is a definite highlight so fun and well set up! It kept us entertained, and there's even space to add more games if they ever want to expand. The TV setup in the game room is awesome, bring the game console! The movie room was cozy with super comfy chairs for everyone to relax and enjoy without feeling left out. The private pool is a good size which is important for large groups. The resort area is nice, though the Lazy River and slides felt a bit smaller than advertised. Still very fun, and adults can fit on the slide. Host communication was top tier they were very accommodating at all times. I’d definitely stay again. Everyone enjoyed the stay so much.
This home was beautiful and was the perfect amount of space for my extended family. The kids enjoyed the game room, movie theater, and the pool/spa. To be honest, so did the adults! I was able to prepare meals just like I was at home. We brought most of our food, but the local grocery store (Publix) was only 5 minutes away. The kitchen was equipped with every kitchen gadget you could imagine. I eat a mostly Keto diet, and I enjoy easily prepared meals. The provided air fryer was a plus, thank you! Each room and bathroom were both neat and clean; there were also bath linens and extra towels for the pool. The host was responsive and also checked on us during our stay. This was our first getaway as an extended family, and we truly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for making it a memorable one.
It wasn’t good but wasn’t completely bad either… after spending the day after ironing everything out that shouldn’t be a Positive: It’s big, a lot of rooms to accommodate a big family Negative: Have to constantly reach out to support because security wouldn’t let me through or my group that was staying there even after check in hours. After going back and forth for over an hour they finally let us through. Also having to reach out over 4-5 times to get clarity on parking from customer support to reach out to property manager but never receive an accurate answer. Also said it was fine to park 4 cars in the drive way but ended up getting warning slips from security and them also threatening to tow the vehicle. Had to reach out again because remote was missing for the theater system and was told to do it manually so I had to stand on the seats and just keep clicking buttons til I get to where/what I want to watch…had to reach out again because lock on propane was still on and never received the pin to unlock it. Spent pretty much of this on the first and part of the second day. Also got blame for loud noises even though the neighbor was the one shooting off fireworks which is prohibited and got a warning from security…no accountability
Our family of 18 absolutely loved this Airbnb! The home is incredibly spacious, beautiful, and had more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. We actually loved it so much that we decided to skip going to the beach and spent our two days before our cruise just hanging out at the house. It was the perfect place to make memories with our family. The hosts were outstanding—helpful, accommodating, and very reasonable. They truly go above and beyond and provide a level of service that stands out from many other hosts. They genuinely care about their guests and do everything they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Every member of our family said they would happily stay here again. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and welcoming place to stay. Thank you for helping make the start of our family vacation so special!
The TV was cracked so my kids couldn’t enjoy the the gaming system that was there. Also I had candy wrappers left by guess prior. Also there were no wash cloths available had to purchase those. The propane tank ran out gas after the first use. Don’t believe it was full when I paid for it. But overall my kids had a nice stay and I would choose to stay again. Pool was great but I paid for hot tub heating and it heated the pool also so it was uncomfortable to enjoy it.
A week family vacation. It was great to get together and everyone had a great time. Positive: Good location to grocery and restaurants. Not too far from the parks. Beautiful home. Kids loved it. Negative: Having to walk across the street for the water park. We had some maintenance issues that were not resolved.
We had an amazing time!! We were happy with the accommodations and very pleased with the location and the resort. Although, the dryer went out which was a necessity because of the kids changing clothes and swimming. Upstay did a fabulous job taking care of it and no plans were interrupted! We were able to leave from our vacation with clean wash and dried clothes. I will definitely stay with them again! Thanks so much!!
Family vacation Positive: Everything was great more than enough room for me and my family. Close to many attractions. The cleanliness of the house was good. Everything we needed was there. The kids loved the pool. Low noise and traffic was not an issue. We had a good time. Good price for the size of the house
The Villa was lovely. Very clean and beds comfortable. We had a fantastic games room downstairs with 2 motorbikes games, ball games & a 9 x small tvs Screen on wall with handheld games machines. Fridge for drinks. Upstairs we had our own Cinema room with 70inch screen , Snooker table & Table Football. Lovely Kitchen with dishwasher, The pool &hot Tub was great with sun loungers Table & Chairs. We did have a query throughout the booking when we had first booked last year the bedrooms were a different layout had 2 rooms upstairs with 2 x 2 Queen beds in & 1 bunk bed room downstairs. We found out few days before arriving was no 2 x 2 Queen Bedrooms just 1 downstairs instead was 2 Double Bunk bedrooms didn't really suit our situation but too late so made best of it. But was still ok just meant an Adult had to sleep in a Bunk bed for 15 nights. The Host was very good , we had a couple of small problems, but when we contacted Alfredo he always replied straight away or within a couple of hours & sorted things out nothing big. He provided Trash bags just had to contact him & he sent them or even turned up himself on a Sunday with some. As they were really expensive in shops. There was 10 of us including 3 children from different families. We had a great holiday. Not too far from shops & Restaurants. And Disney but we didn't go this year. Would Definitely stay here again. . The Resort had a pool & Waterslides,& A Gym which family used everyday. Quiet area so all good.
Our family stayed the weekend but we wish we would of booked a longer stay! The house was what we thought it would be. The kids really enjoyed the arcade room and pool! Our host Alfredo was very nice and responsive! The drive with traffic going to the Universal theme parks was long, but just think because of the holiday weekend. We have stayed in this community before and we really enjoyed this stay! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay and especially the game room. Lots of fun and close to attractions. The lazy river was good too. The host was quick to respond to questions.
The first issue is that the address is wrong and it took me 45 minutes of driving around, trying to contact host, speaking to security and going to clubhouse for them to tell me it was 8828 and not 8228 like it’s written on this website. The lack of communication with parking was a big deal. They told me to park in clubhouse and security said that was not an option. Everyone parks in the side of the street and I was told not to. Obviously we had more than two cars. The house was nice and comfortable but needs to be updated with basic stuff that makes it look very bad. I cannot fathom how a bathroom has a shower curtain lining with major mold and a hole when that’s only 2.00 for a loner and can be quickly fixed. It’s disgusting to take a shower and see mold on it. That’s in the connecting M&M room bathroom. Dining room chairs were falling apart. The ocean bedroom on first floor had a broken bed. I had to contact host. We had to put stuff under to hold bed. We pad 7 to heat pool and it was only hot at certain times. There is no light for the pool area only a small light where the table is. So the pool was totally dark at night. No broom anywhere around so if you want to pick up something you can’t. There’s little foxes that would make noise and stay more pleasant. Theatre was great so was the play room. There’s plenty of places for people to hang out.
Alfredo was an amazing host very responsive. The house was absolutely beautiful every aspect of the home was beautiful we all enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return.
Although recently renovated, the dining room chairs were were in very poor condition, you had to add pillow not to sink in, bedroom drawers were not clean, closet door in bedroom 2 kept falling off, dryer timer does not work - once you turn it on it will not turn off until you turn it off which is a fire hazard. Ice machine in refrigerator leaks water had to add a towel underneath. Master bedroom bed makes a lot of noise with slightest movement. Seems an attempt was made to reinforce with braces that may be loose? Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the game room was fun and a few bedrooms had cool renovated themes.

The place is wonderful and nice location but I had to wait over a hour and half to check into my room while the cleaning crew was there still cleaning but they made things good for the wait! The other problem was that the ice maker don’t work and I paid for pool heater for 2 nights it worked wonderful the 1st night but the 2nd day when we got back to house it didn’t work the water was cold until next morning when it was time to check it was warm but a nice place j
