This place was the best!!! Easy check in, host communicated efficiently, the condo was absolutely beautiful had an excellent layout, perfect for my kids and I! Screened in porches were nice, having a washer with everything we needed just made it better I have unlimited GOOD things to say about this place!!! I stood at this listing for 10 days with my 2 kids ages 22 and 3. The patio was my favorite place it’s screened in and my son has autism so I felt very safe knowing he couldn’t escape but can sit out and enjoy the air and scenery. Kitchen was beautiful I cooked in it everyday. All the pots were non stick so it was easy to clean up after. We also enjoyed the pool on the nice days. I would definitely return here. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I love how’s it’s duck off very quiet here very nice guests as well I’ll like to visit here again and again I really enjoyed my stay here only wish that we had room service while staying we ran out of toiletries and dish washer soap and clean towels the two weeks we stayed here other wise it was beautiful this will be my vacation spots for now on thanks Air BnB for the hospitality that my family and I had while coping this home we enjoyed appreciated our stay.
Location was easy to find, apartment was big and check in was easy. Host was available to chat. On the negative side, gym was not as expected (half of the equipments were broken). Bathroom on the unit was dirty with stain in the shower and toilet. Hair was found on the pillow case and lastly the heater was not working and the apartment was cold. My family was freezing for 24 hours. Overall it was a ok experience. I expected it to be clean as the host charge for cleaning service (around 165.00).
Me and the family loved it here . It was very nice and beautiful and very spacious . I especially loved the patio area and the quiet .

Awesome area , very peaceful. There was no waste bags for dogs around the premises, all the trash cans were full. That explains why the grass was full of poop everywhere. Utensils at the property were dirty , dishwasher doesn’t work properly. The king bed has a huge dent in the middle and bottom part of it , it should be replaced! I’m glad we took our Dyson because there was stains , hairs and smells around the house .
Loved the place. So comfortable.the host was so helpful and friendly. The place was just beautiful. We did not want to leave. Definitely recommend. Also super pet friendly. We all felt right at home.
Positive: I liked all of the kitchen items being provided! And the 2 patios were a nice bonus that I wasn't expecting. The long couch and big ottoman were really nice to settle into after a long day of walking. Very pleased with the stay! Negative: I didn't like that I wasn't told about the specific costs per pet until after I had paid for the hotel - that should be detailed up front. It cost me an extra $200 which I would have liked to factor in when comparing to other choices.

I have so many great things to say about this AirBnB. I’m an Orlando resident so I’ll skip the part about “it’s close to all the theme parks and activities”, which is all true. The space was HUGE with a perfect layout. There were 3 balconies with amazing lake views. I was in a corner unit on the 4th floor. The place was very clean and the bed super comfy, plus a washer/dryer in unit…bonus!!! The amenities included a sauna, pool and jacuzzi. There are fancier places, but for all that you get, you just can’t beat the price! Christine was an exceptional host and always attentive during my stay. I originally planned to stay a week, but extended to 3 weeks, and still I was not ready to leave. I highly recommend and would stay again!
Fantastic location wonderful amenities and enjoyed this location immensely. We did hit a snag when we extended our stay by one day the hosts approved and then attempted to tell us they didn’t approve. Luckily the Air Bnb support team was able to sort it out and show them where we paid for the extension and we were able to stay. Other than this one minor snag it was fantastic.
this is such a great place to stay so close to the parks. very spacious and cozy Everything was clean and had the best couch and bed, me and my husband both slept SO good in that bed! the master shower was great ( not one of those horrible hotel showers) would definitely recommend staying here. there was road noise but it didn't bother us since we bring a fan for noise anyway. other than that it's a great place

Great value. Very close to the parks. A lot of restaurants around. The unit itself is huge. I was actually surprised it is only marketed for up to 4. I think more can fit comfortably with how large the unit is. Very clean, enough toiletries provided for our stay which was nice. No security detail in the garage so need to remove valuables from car but we didn’t have any issues.

Our stay with Upstay was quick. It was a little bit of a drive to the location we needed to visit but it was good for what we needed. About 25-30 min away from the Disney attractions and about 20-25 minutes to islands and universal area. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Upon arrival, our host was very understanding and accommodating, which made check-in quick and stress-free. The place was clean, fresh, and very homey, we honestly didn’t want to leave. Luiz was extremely responsive and helpful, and even though we didn’t have any issues during our stay, it was clear he would have been more than happy to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend, and we would definitely consider rebooking if we’re in the area again.
Luiz was very friendly and helpful. He communicated with us the whole stay and even before, checking up on us and ensuring everything went smoothly. I would definitely come back the next time I’m in Orlando. And highly recommend to those looking to stay in winter haven!

My stay with Upstay was wonderful. The interior was just as depicted. Luis really made our trip worthwhile, answering questions within minutes. He also helped us secure a late checkout so we could really enjoy our stay. My only concern was the exterior of the condo. The carpet leading to the unit is overdue for a change, and access to the amenities was locked on the final day of our trip. Besides these two things, the unit was spot on!
Good apartment if they take care of it and if they make an easy check in Positive: Big and the equipment Negative: The bed sheets and billows was dirty and very hard to contact the property , some time u need a contact number for emergency,but I think u have to call them because I tried by what’s up no one answered, they have w site for checking in and checking out and u will not have any information about until the last 10 min from the check in or from check out , so u need to check every 30 min maybe they open the system for u, the wife in the w site was wrong so we kept guessing until we find the correct one, any way the most important thing for any hotel or apartment to have a clean bed sheets but in this apartment I didn’t get it , and one of the mattress I used it’s not comfortable I don’t know about the ather room but it should be the same.

Beautiful condo. 4th floor corner great. King bed had worst mattress I ever tried to sleep on. Mattress had high edges and a valley in the middle. I slept on the couch, kind of. Game room worthless. No ping pong balls. Pool table slanted. No ball for foosball. Air hockey removed and couch put in. Pool good size and warm. I would not stay there again. I need to sleep on vacation. A shame. Condo could be 5 star with decent mattress
Great location! Right in the middle of all the attraction and right near town. Great view from the balcony, and was also able to watch the fireworks from Magic Kingdom.

Gorgeous and spacious 2 bedroom with lots of light. Loved the wrap around balconies and breakfast nook. Beds are comfortable and the bathub was so relaxing after long days in the theme parks. Super close to Disney!

Beautiful spotless with all the necessities included. Conveniently located near Disney parks - we even watched the fireworks from our balcony - and all of the spots we wanted to go! We'll stay again when we return to Florida.

Not worth the $900 we paid. The king bed was broken & unusable upon our arrival & although I let the host know the very first morning, it was not repaired until 3 nights later. We had to sleep on the couch for more than half of our stay because of this & we were then only offered a $60 refund by the host. The worst part is that after I booked & paid for our stay (almost a month before our arrival), I noticed a new review where someone complained about the bed being unusable so I reached out to the host. I asked if the bed would be repaired by the time we arrived & I was assured it was taken care of. Obviously it was not. Also, the “queen bed” in the second bedroom is not a queen - it’s a full size. The unit itself is large & beautiful, but it could’ve been more clean. The dining room was full of spiderwebs, the showers needed to be deep cleaned & had very little water pressure. Overall it was not a good experience & because of this we will never be using Airbnb again.
If I could live there I would and I will definitely be staying there again when I’m back in town

The main issue that we had was the king bed... It was totally sunken in the middle and not usable. When staying at an Airbnb the beds are very important and that ruined this stay for us. There are pros and cons to this property, the pros are, it was clean and spacious with nice views, but the cons were of course the king bed, the street noise of constant cars going by, long way to take luggage since it was at the end of a long hallway, in Florida it is humid and sometimes you need to put the thermostat below 72 to feel comfortable. The review posted after I booked this property mentioned the king bed issue, but by that time it was too late for me to cancel. Then after I told the host the bed was terrible and needed to be replaced, he acted as if it was the first time he had heard anything about it. I requested a partial refund due to the bed issue, but it was ignored.

While the building is relatively newer, no one is inspecting this unit. Wifi did not work. Bathroom shower needs a major sandblasting and cleaning, yet cleaning fee is high. Master bed is old and bowl-shaped.
Daniel is a wonderful host who is quick to respond. This place is beautiful -- just like the pictures show.
Overall this was a nice place we really enjoy out time there only reason ai didn’t give 5 stars was because of the master bedroom bed, it was sunk in in the middle, other then that i would definitely go back.

Beautiful unit and very clean! Responsive host. Close by to restaurants, grocery stores and Target/Walmart. Quiet pool area. The hot tub by the pool was broken, however.

It's a beautiful apartment and it looks just like the pictures. Hotel amenities in bathroom. Plenty of towels however no washcloths, so we had to buy our own. Comfortable bed. TV was streaming only and WIFI was not stable. The unit is on the 4th floor and on a busy road. The road noise did not disturb our stay, however the noise made utilizing the decks for a quiet conversation very difficult. The kitchen had enough utensils for 2 people, however there was no salt, pepper or any other basic condiments. We would recommend this unit for stays near Disney. Overall we enjoyed the apartment.

Exactly as pictured. Beautiful, spacious, outside balconies. Could even see Magic Kingdom fireworks on clear nights! Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel like bathroom amenities. Very responsive host. He will get you what you need in a timely manner.

Beautiful condo. Easy to check in with door lock code. Looked exactly as pictured. Very responsive host. Only negatives were road construction and heavy traffic outside which could be heard inside, and cable tv which did not have ABC, NBC, or CBS programs. It only offered streaming and for us, that was difficult. But all in all, this condo was priced low enough to compensate for the negatives. I recommend!

My stay started off good; we arrived to the condo on Sunday evening & got in easily. About 10 minutes after arriving we noticed we were having some wifi issues. This was communicated to Daniel. He took a little while to respond but gave us another option. That was also unsuccessful. Because of this we only had 1 tv (out of 3) working & little to no wifi connectivity for devices. The next day Daniel asked me to restart the router; I couldn’t locate it. I communicated this to Daniel & I went unanswered for hours. Didn’t receive any sort of communication until I reached out again for the 2nd or 3rd time that day. This was day 2 without wifi/working tvs. Tuesday morning Daniel finally says that he’s awaiting response from the tech but he would keep us posted, soon as he heard from them. Today was the first time hearing from Daniel since. The techs came Tuesday unannounced. We weren’t given a heads up & an inappropriate time. Daniel never once checked to make sure everything worked out
