They were so responsive and helpful on everything. Even took the time out to bring more blankets out and we're on it for 2 issues we had. I definitely would stay again. My kids loved the backyard and the pool.

The host was very responsive to an issue I had with the keypad. The experience overall was a really great experience for myself and my family and would definitely book again.

Great place for a group. Clubhouse has great amenities. The Airbnb it self was spacious and nice.

loved every bit of my stay here , it was very clean . looked just like the pictures and i will definitely be staying here more often ! oh yesss and the host was amazing! any questions she answered with a joyful reply ! i loved this place and im glad i found it and booked through you ! me and my family will definitely be booking every time we come and visit.

Very nice comfortable property. Close to many stores and attractions. Less than 20 mins from Disney which that was super convenient.

Townhome needs updates Positive: We like the location of the resort and how private the resort. Negative: We did not like the Disney theme townhouse there was too much of Disney all over the place. We did not like that the patio sliding door locked once you're outside the patio and in order for you to get back into the town home you have to go out the back gate and walk all the way around the building and come back in through the front door so I did not like that the patio sliding door locked as soon as you close it and we were outside enjoying the nice weather and got locked out of the house. We also did not like that the outlets on the outside on the patio did not work. We did not like the hand towels instead of bathing cloths. We also didn't like that internet Wi-Fi services was not offered with the rental also the shower heads in the bathrooms need to be replaced the water did not come out well at all when taking a shower. Other than those small issues we enjoyed the stay and this was our second time back in the Terra Verde Resorts.

We had a great stay! Would definitely recommend. Host communicated throughout entire stay & the home had everything you would need. All amenities offered were available & home was clean and in good condition.

First time using airbnb and the host made it a breeze! Gated community with a great villa clubhouse. Had some small issues with entry and they were fixed super quickly and professionally!

The house was exactly as described, had enough linens and any questions I had were answered right away beds were also comfortable, only problem we had the neighbors to the right of us were super rude. Would stay again for sure would just avoid neighbors. Everyone else was super helpful and nice. Could’ve just been a bad week for them.

was given wrong address for check-in gate, house was not clean(very noticeable mold in shower, floors were stained and not cleaned well), hair dryer plug in was splitting in 2, beds sound like they are falling apart every time you move, no extra blankets(it dropped to 20 overnight 3 nights we were there), shower heads need cleaned or replaced as water was spraying everywhere which made it hard to wash and rinse hair. location was nice and close to where we needed to be, host was very responsive and nice. loved the flexible check in/out.
