Our family of six had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The host was extremely quick and responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Check in and out was very efficient and easy. Our suggestions for improvement would be to invest in a Keurig coffeemaker. Guests don’t want to buy filters and cans of coffee. Also a little upgrade in the quality and quantity of bath towels and washcloths would be nice but we would definitely stay here again.
I was very disappointed with this place. When you enter the lobby and get up to the hallways for the rooms, it smells so bad. Like a very very strong wet musty smell. Once we got inside it looked nice, kids bedroom was nice. Living room was nice. But the bathrooms. They need updated and cleaning. They are not up to standaards to be paying this much. I felt extremely uncomfortable staying there with my family. We ended up contacting the host after arriving and they quickly got back to us and gave us a refund so we could find somewhere else to stay. The hosts were nice, but this spot needs major updating and cleaning to the bathrooms.
This was great for our group of three adults, a teenager and a little one. The whole condo was extremely clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and access and close enough to anything we needed without having to travel too far. We all slept well in the beds and had plenty of hot water for showers. The themed kids room was cute and the kids enjoyed having their own space. Our host was quick to answer any questions we had and made us feel like family. Very personable. If we come back next year for our band competition, we would most definitely come back!
Very unprofessional start to a great stay Positive: Goods size and well stocked Negative: We were given check in details to “our room” to find another persons luggage in there! Very difficult to contact the owners. When we did we were told that should not be there and not to worry nobody else would be able to come into the room!! To place a child in the bed … then we were told that in fact there was a problem and somebody was in that room! We were promptly given another room but owners thought it was okay to laugh and say it was a computer error and not his fault - it certainly wasn’t ours and after 15 hours travelling we were very concerned about safety!! All was okay from there onwards and have a great stay
For starters I will like to express how convenient the location of this property was. This Airbnb was near all restaurants, shops and theme parks the commute was very easy and smooth. Secondly, I was amazed at the upkeep of the common areas of the property such as the gaming room, pool and gym. However, we came across a few issues within the airbnb which I communicated to the co-host Luiz and I must say Luiz was an outstanding co-host he wasted no time correcting any errors I experienced during my stay. Luiz accommodated my family and I with the upmost respect and he was very responsive every second of the day. I will definitely rate Luiz customer service a 10000% he even granted us a late check out. Although my family and I encountered a few issues on the first night of our stay I will definitely return back to this property for a future stay.

The place was very nice and big for a condo. Would be really great for a family that is going to Disney or Universal. Dog friendly and the owner was very responsive. The only complaint is that the upstairs neighbor was loud but that wasn’t the BnB’s fault. Overall really great stay
I liked the accommodation, there are small details to be adjusted. Positive: The size of the apartment is excellent, my family is 7 people and we were very well accommodated. The bed sheets were very fragrant and clean, well arranged. I really appreciated that. Negative: The apartment was very poorly cleaned, the floor was vacuumed well, but not mopped, and the house smelled of grease from the previous guest, the bathroom was very dirty, the bathtubs were grimy. Another negative point is that the neighbor upstairs makes a lot of noise, they walk around the apartment all night long, which prevents us from having a good rest. 😔
Positive: It was enough room for My family and I. It was close enough to the attractions but not too close. Negative: The ceiling is very thin and the people above us had very heavy feet. And they were running around at all times of the day and night.
This condo was great for our family. Plenty of space to spread out after long days out at nearby Disney. Even without lights, the kids loved access to the pool and hot tub. The only complaint, even from my children, was that the upstairs neighbors were noisy at all hours.

This place was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, quiet, and safe. One of the best parts was that the host allowed pets, which made traveling with our furry friend so much easier and more enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Communication was fast and clear, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, pet-friendly stay!

This is more like an old apartment building and the unit has a profound smell of marijuana that comes and goes in the intensity of the smell; it never goes away. The tenants above are extremely noisy from 5am-10pm. Throw rug carpet is completely worn down to the backing. Kitchen is sparsely appointed; not enough for 6-8 people or extensive cooking. Main bath grout is quite dirty and floors throughout are sticky. Although the Upstay staff were kind and responsive via messaging, we cannot recommend staying in this unit or the building.
Never Again Positive: Large space Negative: The room smelled like cigar smoke. It was unbearable. I was with a 1-year-old baby and my parents. My father was not able to sleep through the night with the strong Clorox and cigar smell. The bathtub in the master had significant yellow stains. The marijuana smell from the underground parking was strong around 8 pm on Saturday. I called to cancel but they wanted to move me to another unit. I did not want another unit i wanted to get refunded. This was the worse experience I have had in a while going to Disney. Parking entry is very uncomfortable with SUV's and/or trucks.
The stay was amazing, very cozy and felt like a home away from home. I loved how spacious the place was, and the balcony views were beautiful. Everything was spotless, and I really appreciated the clear, detailed instructions before arrival, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The hosts were also very responsive and provided accurate information whenever I had questions. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Winter Garden!

The place was a 10/10. We had a great time. It was spacious and clean just like the photos. The host was extremely helpful and nice. Helped us with an early check in request and communicated properly. Definitely recommend to stay here.
Upstay Home was as described. Very nice, clean space. The rooms were Beautifully decorated with updated Decor. Everything you need was at hand. The Checkin process was easy. And The Host was very Communicative and Friendly. We will definitely stay with Upstay again.

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the home. It was very clean and I could see the vacuum marks on the couch (which I always appreciate). The host was amazing and responded within 15-20min each time. They were very try accommodating and the staff did an amazing job with laying out expectations. Overall, would stay again.

Positive: Title: Clean Unit, But Noise Issues Ruined Our Stay We recently stayed in a unit that was impressively clean and neat, which we truly appreciated. However, our experience was significantly marred by the excessive noise coming from the unit above us. The constant stomping, moving of furniture, and running around made it nearly impossible to relax and enjoy our vacation. It was disappointing to notice that despite the disturbance, the unit owners seemed aware of the situation, yet no action was taken to resolve the issue. This lack of attention to guest comfort really detracted from our overall experience. While I would recommend this property for its cleanliness, I would advise potential guests to consider booking a top-level unit if they want to avoid the noise issues we encountered. For a peaceful vacation, it’s essential to ensure you’re not beneath a noisy neighbor.
Palisades Positive: Nice size, comfortable apartment. We enjoyed the pool and the gym as well as the game area. Was very close to Walmart and other stores Negative: The location was a bit out of the way, the refrigerator was leaking the entire time. The apartment was very thin. You could hear everything going on outside and upstairs.

Worst Positive: Cockroach everywhere kitchen,bathroom BED,They didn't want to give me my money back so they sent someone to fumigate as if the cockroaches would go away at any moment. I called every hour and no one wanted to resolve the issue. They said they were going to call and they didn't until 6 in the afternoon when they finally moved me to another unit. Negative: COCKROACH everywhere
Horrible I won't be coming back! Positive: Location was good Negative: The first room I checked in was full of roaches and not so clean. I called them for a refund and they wanted pictures of the roaches. Which I sent them, then they wanted to move me to a different floor. That room was very clean and no roaches. Checked out and still haven't received my deposit back and it's been 2 months now 😡
It looked exactly like the pictures and was an easy drive to the amusement parks. Very nice

A Casa é excelente, mas NÃO fique nessa casa se tiver problem para dormir com barulho. Positive: Casa com tudo. Cama principal confortável, máquina de lavar louças, máquinas de lavar e secar, liquidificador, torradeira, estacionamento coberto. Muito bom pra voltar dos parques e ficar em Casa. A piscina do condomínio é boa. Tem vista para uma floresta bonita. Negative: O forro entre as casas deve ser de madeira e se ouvi as pisadas e arrastos de móveis na casa acima. Acho que na casa acima da casa que ficamos tinham cachorros, pois andavam muito a noite. Incomoda a noite pra dormir. Como quase sempre estávamos exaustos dos dias de parques não incomodava, mas nos dias que não fomos pros parque eu ouvia demais a noite e colocava o fone de ouvido com música para não me incomodar. É bem perto dos parque da Disney, mas é longe dos parques da Universal, SeaWorld e lojas mais conceituadas.
Vecinos terriblemente ruidosos que no dejaban descansar y anfitriones indolentes (mal servicio) Negative: Fue una estancia super incómoda, los vecinos del departamento de arriba golpeaban gritaban y generaban ruidos molestos a cualquier hora, no dejando dormir y descansar. Los anfitriones solo dan respuestas políticamente correctas, pero sin ninguna solución. Reportamos que el TV del master room no servía y no hicieron nada.
The unit was clean, comfortable and nice with a spacious layout! A Positive: I enjoyed my stay, this particular unit was my favorite! Negative: The only downside of the stay was the noise from the above unit. Even in the middle of the night the noise continued, followed by loud music speakers starting 8am in the morning.
Positive: Good space, but could be more soaps, towels. Negative: The upstairs neighbor makes a lot of noise. There were situations of extreme discomfort.
Muy acogedor, lindo y limpio apartamento.
The host was super responsive and very clear. The home was clean, comfortable, and easy to find. Just like every house, a little change is needed to make it fit everyone’s needs such as more hooks in the bathroom so it’s easier to move around and comfortably shower and get ready but we managed. Our biggest complaint which has nothing to do with the host is the upstairs neighbors. They were incredibly disruptive the entire day and night. Seems like they had kids and they ran and jumped all day, they consistently banged the balcony door and it was frustrating. That would be the only reason we wouldn’t stay here again but that has nothing to do with the host of property themselves.
The place is neat and spotless. It looked just like the pictures. My favorite part about it is the amount of privacy you get. The hosts are very friendly and helpful!

The location was perfect. It was close enough to Disney and Universal, which was a plus for us. However, the unit directly above was very loud-so it made it hard to relax from coming in from a long day at the parks. This noise would be on and off through out the night. There was an issue with bugs as well, but management responded quickly and had someone come and spray (it’s Florida, so I am sure this is common?). I will say there is ample space-the unit is very roomy. And I enjoyed being able to watch some TV in my bedroom as I tried to unwind for the night. You will need to purchase your own coffee filters, salt and pepper-things to make a breakfast/meal. But there is plenty of pots/pans utensils to cook. Washer and dryer in unit is a plus!
This place is just as described. It is clean, private and quiet. Loved sitting on the outside porches looking out through the trees. We didn’t have any additional needs but the hosts checked in frequently and were responsive quickly. Highly recommend! I would definitely stay here again.
La mejor decisión que tomamos al hospedarnos en Orlando, un lugar hermoso y súper limpio, el anfitrión es muy amable y siempre responde muy rápidamente, queda muy cerca a Disney y si tienes auto también es muy fácil llegar a Orlando; volvería sin duda!

Very friendly and responsive hosts! Their place was very clean, cozy, nice, quiet and well worth the price. Perfect location to visit LEGOLAND, Universal, and super close to Disney!
