Host was extremely responsive to our needs. Their spot was very clean and we felt very comfortable. Great spot for a family to stay — 3 separate rooms. Kitchen had items for us to be able to cook and prepare meals. Jacuzzi near the pool was soothing. Gym was OK for a quick workout. Sauna was clean. Would stay here again, and we thank our hosts.

I had an absolutely amazing stay. My family came down from NY. The rooms were clean and all the amenities were as described. We had a couple of issues with our schedule, but Luiz was so kind and quick to accommodate us. He made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. I can’t recommend him enough!

We really wanted to like this place. Positive: The location was very nice, close to everything. And the condo was cute - we liked the layout. Negative: They have very strong fragrances being pumped through both the condo itself and the main building hallways also which set my asthma off. On our first night my daughter found a huge roach crawling in her bed, so she would no longer sleep in her bed. The hot water must be turned down so the showers were all barely hot. The AC has issues and would not go lower than 78° and none of us could sleep because of it being so hot and humid in there (and not just hot from being in florida) On the final morning we called to ask to have it fixed because we couldnt handle another night without sleep, we went and bought some fans from walmart and a maintenance guy came out at 5 that night to fix but it definitely didn't get any better. We didnt use the pool because it was super dirty, and the hot tub wouldn't turn on the night we went down there to use. We wanted to like it but too many cons.

The stay was not comfortable for me and my family Positive: There never was anyone there to ask any questions or directions as to where the pool was , sauna no one Negative: The actual property it self was ok , I was highly disappointed with the unit !! The beds were terrible, the whole unit needs an update I’m completely disappointed I want some type of refund . This was totally unacceptable

Mooi appartement voor gezin van 5. Positive: de ruimte en de slaapkamer met twee badkamer voor een gezin van 5 ideaal. En het was maar 15 minuten van disney world en universal e.d. Ideaal voor een vakantie rondom Orlando/Kissimee/Winter Garden. Winter Garden is echt een mooie nieuwe plaats. Negative: Het appartement is toe aan vervangen van veel onderdelen. Vooral de sanitaire voorzieningen zoals kitnaden en douchegarnituur zijn aan vervanging toe. Verder wel alles super schoon.

They were very responsive and kind. The Airbnb was clean but definitely needs some tlc that you can’t tell from the photos. The bunkbed in the kids room was loose and wobbly and my husband had to go and tighten basically all of the screws that were very loose. We did see a few cockroaches during our stay which I understand that we are in FL but it was still not enjoyable discovering them. There was an issue after booking where the unit was double booked so they had to call us to move us to a different unit. I appreciate them offering a solution but we were a little disappointed. Overall it was okay but we will stay somewhere else next time.

Positive: The apartment was big and had enough room for everyone in our family, the pool and hot tub outside we're excellent and we really enjoyed spending time there. Beds are comfortable, big screened terrace for drying our clothes, kitchen had good appliances Negative: The management company had a problem charging security deposit two days before check in, I had to spend whole afternoon and the next morning on the phone with them. The issue was in their system but they refused to acknowledge that and blamed it on my bank but the bank never received or denied any charges. I had to escalate the issue to Booking support for it to get resolved. That part of the experience was very disappointing and I wasted a day of my vacation on the phone with them. The apartment didn't have any pool towels or cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar or tea and coffee

Good value… Positive: Large, clean, location, close to Disney theme parks, food, shopping… bonus: firework display from Disney Parks are visible from the balcony. Negative: AC froze with temps at 87 degrees. Silence on the Upstay end for an extended period of time.

Espacioso y comódo - Muy cerca de los parques de Disney. Positive: Apartamento de reciente data. Todo funcionando bien. Espacioso y cómodo. El check in y check out muy fácil y automatizado. Negative: Al principio tuve problemas con el link para hacer el deposito de 200$ que solicitan pero supongo que era un tema del sistema. Como dato sepan que deben tener una tarjeta de crédito para hacer esto ya que no aceptan efectivo.

Cozy and comfortable for traveling with your children. Positive: The building is very well maintained. The staff was very friendly whenever we approached them. The unit was nice and clean as well. Negative: Nothing to complain about.

Positive: The apartment is big enough, close the Disney World and good malls. You can see the Disney fireworks from the apartment balcony. Negative: Apartment is older than appeared in the photos. Cookware was terrible: teflon fron pans was peeling off. Items really old. Cups and glasses broken. Bath towels also terrible. Small, not smelling good, looking old and dirty. 2 days elevators were out of work Some days water from sink was blurry and colored.

Great place. Very spacious! It was perfect for my family of 6. Im in a wheelchair and it was great for being able to get around.

We were looking for a place close to Disney and this turned out to be a perfect location. Only 15 minutes driving with self-parking in the garage. Garage had security cameras and there was always ample parking. Elevator floor tiles were cracked but the waiting area is kept clean and felt safe. Apartment was really clean upon arrival and stocked with basic necessities; Bathrooms: towels in each bathroom, extra towels in the closet, small packs of shampoo and conditioner, soap Kitchen: Salt and pepper, utensils, dishes, cups, basic cooking supplies (pots and pans, colander). Small bottle of dishwashing soap, scrub pad, and two dishwasher soaps. We really enjoyed sitting in the balcony each morning to watch the sun rise. Balcony is huge and is accessible from every room. We could even see some fireworks at night. In all, lovely stay. The kids were excited to be at the parks but always looked forward to going "home".

Easy check-in with great communication! Balcony connects the master bedroom, living room, and the bedroom with the queen, but all 3 rooms have East-facing windows, making for a lovely sunrise. Master bedroom has a really nice tub for those of you who enjoy a glass of wine while soaking. East-facing windows meant we also had some amazing views of the full moon and a decent firework display most evenings at 8pm from Disney World. We had everything we needed and pretty much all we wanted. Each smart TV seemed to have its own perks/applications, but we had more than enough options to choose from. The kids had rooms on the opposite side of the unit from the master suite, so they felt like they had their own space. Kitchen was great and stocked. Bring additional personal items or hit up the nearby stores. The “towel shortage” thing people mention wasn’t a big deal since we already had our own to begin with- and the host is very responsive to needs! Location highlights: close to Disney, a 2min drive to the ER, Publix plaza, Wawa/convenience stores, about 5min drive from a Hospital/ urgent care clinic, about 5-8min from a Walmart, chik fil a/starbucks/quick eats, CVS/Walgreens Would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends and family.

This condo was nice and clean inside. I wouldn’t call it luxury as the unit was older, but decorated very nicely. The host communicated throughout the entire stay which was very helpful. We visited for the ESPN Sports Center tournament and it is close to the Disney area. The condo is very spacious and can accommodate a large family. The parking deck has cameras and lobby. The condo wasn’t crowded and there weren’t people hanging outside throughout the day/evening which was a plus for safety. Overall, I felt as I received the value for the money spent for this condo. Big plus that each room included a nice flat screen television with Netflix included!

Good value accommodation, had a few inconveniences, but overall alright. Positive: I like how we had a door code. Property had all the main amenities I wanted. Guest shower handle was not working, the property manager had it fixed that same day. Negative: I wish the option to check-in before 4pm existed. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes due to neighbors smoking. The sound insulation is terrible so you will hear your neighbors or people in the hallways if they are loud. If you drive a full sized truck or larger, it will be very tight to get into the sheltered parking and there are only a few parking spaces outside.

This airbnb is everything you need for a short stay. Had no issues except a shower drain clogging up during a shower but other than that it was decent. The apartment building itself is okay and isn’t too far from a few restaurants and a Target but very close to Disney World. I would recommend for the price point!

Positive: We enjoyed our stay here. The pool, fitness area, hot tub were great. Easy to check in/out. Negative: No green area for dogs to run around.

Was a very comfortable place to stay. The two dogs had plenty of space to lounge around and it was quiet for them. WiFi was great and had fast speed connection. Supplies that were supplied lasted and if I needed anything Upstay was ready to supply to any need of ours. Bathrooms were clean. The only thing I would say about the place is they say you can’t put the temperature below 72 degrees and it gets warm at nights. I just had the balcony door cracked open to keep it cool, but overall this place was a great homie Airbnb for my bf and his parents and I, with the two dogs.

Our family of 4 stayed here for almost 2 weeks while waiting to close in our new home in the area. It was spacious, clean and comfortable for all. Check in and check out were simple and efficient. The hosts were very quick to respond to all communication. Great stay, highly recommend!

Negative: Solamente la manija de la ducha del baño auxiliar estaba un poco dura, sin embargo no era muy grave, luego ya sabíamos cómo girarla. The kitchen was functional and had everything we needed. The beds were cozy, and we slept very well. The location was excellent — close to the Disney parks and many stores and restaurants. Communication through the chat was fast, friendly, and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was in a perfect location for all major attractions. Shopping and dining were also just a few minutes down the road. Luiz was a great host! He was very responsive.

Very convenient location! Positive: Very convenient location. The pool was very nice. The enclosed huge balcony area was nice to have. Negative: It was an older property and needed freshened up. The disclaimer about the road noise that’s given by the host is completely accurate. If you are sensitive to noise while sleeping, this is not the place for you.

Pool was always warm, almost had it to ourselves the whole time. The view out our apartment in the 4th floor was amazing Positive: Everything Negative: The entrance to the parking are a little too narrow but other than that everything was fine.

Great place keeping the temp at 72 was a struggle it felt to warm at times and it could use more kitchen items it was very very minimal. But the condo was beautiful and spacious. The location was perfect so close to everything. Definitely will book again

There was constant pungent smell of Marijuana in the hallways and elevators. There were two different fights between the neighbors in the public areas. There was trash downstairs sitting there for days no one pick it up. The crowd was sketchy at best. Apartment stayed on the hit side. Asked for fans and didn’t get them had to go buy 3 fans. Not what we expected. The apartment other than the problem with the air was good.

They robbed me and wasted my time Positive: I really enjoyed watching all the rooms from the ground floor as a paced around calling my bank and the hotels customer service trying to get access to my room. It was DEFINITELY worth the long drive only to get my time wasted and them charging me for a no show when I couldn't get access to my room. I also enjoyed that they called me 5 hours later at 1 in the morning so follow up with me about my security deposit issues. They may not resolve issues right away, but they eventually get back to you once you already went to another hotel. Negative: They took my card for the for the hotel room. So I had no issues booking the room. Then I needed to add a security deposit on top of that. I tried to use my card but it wouldn't accept the transaction. I called my bank and they never received a request for the deposit. I couldn't get further instructions until my deposit was approved but there was no way to approve it. I ended up getting another hotel that accommodated me without all the hassle. Now I'm getting charged for a hotel room I couldn't use and they don't want to give me a refund since they said there are no refunds when you accept. I wasn't given a fair chance to get into the hotel. I waited on the ground floor with terrible data and calling signal only to waste 2 and a half hours trying to get my keys which I never saw. Terrible experience.

The stay was poor and dirty and made me feel uncomfortable. Positive: Good location Negative: Very dirty. bring your own cleaning supplies. condos express “luxury” but there is nothing luxury about the condo building and the room. basic room and pictures do not justify the stay itself.

Wonderful host and an awesome place. You will fall in love with the place when you step in the door. This is definitely a spot I would love to stay on my next visit.

Took a late call and was very helpful making sure we got in ok. Right down the road from Disney and local stores like Target and Starbucks!

Condo was nice inside. However there were some issues. The place is on the 4th floor, walking around Disney parks all day and then finding the elevator doesn't work most of the time was an issue. There is construction happening across the street and starts nice and early with the lovely sounds of heavy equipment and dump trucks. The street is dark until you are directly inform of the building. Its is a 50MPH zone so you can hear traffic all night. The hot water did not work the first night we stayed. The hosts communicated very well but unfortunately these things are out of there control. It did appear the host was a bit more concerned with there rules then the stay. Having to keep the air above 72 may not be an issue for some but should be told prior to booking.

This Airbnb be stay was great no complaints in a good area not to far from parks price was good aswell parking is easy check in was good and communication was on point would recommend.

Positive: I like the pictures on line actually depicted The apartment. Negative: As constructive criticism, the apartment need a better cleaning. Most of the dogs are not even wiped down

There was a lot of good things about this place. From the location to waking up in the morning and watching the sun rise. Any negative would just be nitpicking.

Overall, we had a great stay!!! We did have an issue with the towels not being completely clean, but it was addressed easily/quickly. We enjoyed the space!

If you are looking for a location near the Disney theme parks this is a great place. The condo is comfortable but I would not describe it is luxurious. You overlook a some trees past a very busy road, which does result in road noise at night. Entering the condo you take an elevator and hallway that smell old and must. When you enter the condo you are met with a strong smell of air freshener which is better than what you were smelling as you were getting into the condo. The bedrooms are well equipped but I would not classify the linens and towel as luxurious. The bathrooms have everything you need and have been updated but not remodeled. The water pressure in the master shower is not much. The master tub is a nice big size but the water pressure from the faucet here is also not good and took forever to fill. The water also went cold prior to it being 3/4 filled without anyone else using hot water. You will want to bring your own soap, hair conditioner and shampoo. What they leave you is really only enough for 6 people, 1-2 days and the quality is just average. The kitchen seemed well stocked with things needed to cook. The living and dining area are very well decorated/staged and have access to a screened balcony, which is very nice. The communication from the owner was very good! Overall, I gave our stay 4 stars. The reason for it not being 5 stars was because it was advertised as luxury. If it had been advertised as well equipped, comfortably updated then I would have given it 5 stars.
