Positive: Parking is a little bit hard to park but I like it, the smell in the apartment it was good and in side the building too. And was so clean everything Negative: Some scratches on the wall, the tv in the kids room wasn’t working and the ladder for the bunk bed it was loose, the mattress for the king and the queen bed needs to be updated.

Positive: La habitación super cómoda, amplia, con todo lo necesario para una estadía familiar. Nos encantó. Negative: La hora de check out según las indicaciones era a la 11am. Pero me sacaron a las 10 no entendí porque me quitaron esa hora.???

Positive: I like the quietness. I barely ran into anyone on the property which was fine. I also like how I was checked up on via email to make sure me and family was comfortable. Negative: There’s nothing I didn’t like.

Great stay beside tenants below us Positive: Everything was great! Love the swimming areas. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was a plus, along with a washer and dryer. Negative: If you have kids, don't book. Tenents below would bang against the wall due to my kids running around. It's 5 pm and we're on vacation, not going to be quiet for what we paid, especially at 5pm. Otherwise perfect vacation!¡

Positive: Huge balcony,Minions room,separate suites for privacy,laundry-all great. Pool,sauna and game room,great location for Disney and every restaurant you can think of nearby. Negative: Hot tub wasn't working.

We stayed in the three bedroom unit. We were hesitant at first when going through lobby area and elevator as the building is a little older and the wear is showing, but we were pleased with our unit once inside. They had security which made us comfortable leaving our daughter’s things in her car we towed down as she couldn’t move in for the Disney program until the following day. Parking entrance and exit was TIGHT for a full-size SUV but doable. The unit was quiet, with little noise from other tenants. But the best part of our stay was the easy of communication and response of our host. We recommend due to affordability, closeness to Disney and the housing for the college program, and proximity to the parks.

Nice 3 bedroom Positive: Nice size place. 3 large bedrooms. Free parking. Decent price. Good communication with owner/manager. Near my daughters apartment and close to WDW. Newish decor/remodel. Has washer/dryer and full kitchen. Screened in porch is nice, just loud. Negative: Street noise, I thought our room would be on back side of building. It was too loud to keep porch doors open. Bed was a bit springy and needs to be replaced soon. Living room tv would not play correctly, kept rebuffering. Bedroom tvs worked fine. Towels were small and scratchy.

Host was awesome, the house was very clean and relaxing it made ne feel like i was at home.

Absolutely loved this place! Luis and the rest of the workers at Upstay went above and beyond! Even the guests were friendly! Would 100% recommend again.

Eveything felt really great. The place is amazing, really close to WDW and for an amazing price. Would recommend!

Overall, we had a great stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host team was excellent from start to finish — always responsive and helpful. On our first day, there was a bathroom door that got stuck, and the co-host, Luiz, resolved it within minutes, which we really appreciated. There was also an unexpected building-related issue during the night when the fire alarms went off. While this situation was completely out of the host’s control, the team responded immediately, even in the early hours of the morning, kept us informed, and followed up with building management. Their professionalism in handling the situation stood out. Despite this isolated incident, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this host. We would be happy to stay again.

Great place to stay cannot say enough. Felt right at home, had lots to do, beautiful, spacious, etc. I would absolutely stay again.

It’s a very practical place. Positive: What I liked: I really loved the location — very convenient and close to everything. The place is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The kitchen was fully equipped, the balcony had a lovely view, and the whole space felt cozy. I also liked that they provided soaps and basic toiletries, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great stay. Negative: What I didn’t like: One of the beds had a very uncomfortable mattress — you could feel all the springs, so the person who was supposed to sleep there had to sleep on the couch instead. Also, one of the bathrooms got clogged and made quite a mess that I had to clean up myself. Other than that, everything else was great.

Bonne résidence mais apparemment trop bruyant Positive: La localisation de la résidence par rapport à Disney World était bien, avec une belle piscine. L'appartement était très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Negative: Le bruit, l'appartement donne côté route et c'est beaucoup trop bruyant dès 5:00am Aucune isolation avec l'appartement du dessous, on a été réveillé en pleine nuit par les locataires du dessus. Malgré notre demande de marcher plus doucement, la nuit suivante à été encore pire : courir, des rires forts, parler fort. Bref, un mauvais voisinage

Worst than hell this place Positive: Cockroaches all over this place. Unbelievable that booking.com has this accommodation on the website. And unbelievable that they are working with a landlord like this. This is criminal and not okay what they are doing. Please be aware they are big scammers. Never ever do rent this bad accommodation. Negative: Nothing, scammers first class. Together with booking.com. Booking.com should protect customers for this. But they rather make a profit

This has been our worst experience. Pool lights, tv’s not working, no cable so why do you have tv,s, toilets leaking and Positive: This has been our worst experience. Also we had to wash the dishes that were left on the bed because they fumigated for roaches Negative: Location

Perfeita Negative: Somente da localização, que embora muito perto dos parques (de carro), fica em um local mais "deserto"... Todo o restante foi perfeito

A comfortable, well-equipped stay with quick and efficient support for any issues! Positive: The place is very well-equipped! The fully stocked kitchen was excellent, and having a washer and dryer made the stay much more convenient and comfortable. We had a minor issue with the door code resetting on its own, but the staff was very efficient and resolved it within 30 minutes. Negative: There’s nothing major to complain about. I did notice some cockroaches, which might suggest a need for pest control, but I’m not sure how much of that is the property’s responsibility. Also, the lock could use an adjustment to avoid similar issues in the future, though the team handled it promptly.

Negative: Infelizmente haviam várias baratas no apto. Quando chegamos a descarga de um dos banheiros estava quebrada, porém quando comunicado, logo foi mandado um técnico para consertar.

Agradable Positive: Lo que más me gusto futón las habitaciones y la piscina. Negative: En la propiedad hay cucarachas, algunas cosas con viejas o están dañadas, la propiedad es muy linda pero le falta una buena limpieza en la secadora, sistema de ventilación y ventiladores.

Positive: They stay was amazing, the host was perfect, responses were in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend and book again when I'm back in town. Pool was great. It was clean and spacious.
