Lovely space that worked very well for our family of three and our Goldendoodle. The location is a big plus—very close to Magic Kingdom and the other parks, which made getting around easy. The only downsides were some noise from cars on Avalon Rd throughout the night, and at times, noise from the upstairs tenants past quiet hours, which we could hear in the master bedroom. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for families visiting the parks.

Great stay. The Host was very quick to respond with all my inquiries. The place was very homely and in a peaceful location. Very beautiful surroundings and overall and very pleasant stay. Would love to come back again.

The place was beautiful and clean. The only thing was there was no coffee filters for the coffee maker. Most guests don’t bring those things with them, and the parking was a little tight to get into the structure, but I do have a larger pick up truck. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. It was really welcoming, and very clean. We will most definitely be coming back again. Our host provided quick and clear instructions and responded to my questions quickly. We were truly valued and we can’t wait to come back again.

Would recommend 1 thousand times, place was clean and in a great neighborhood. Host was amazing and rapid responding! Would definitely stay again and again. Location was literally minutes away from EVERYTHING

Nice bedrooms and a great place to relax

The original Condo I booked had maintenance issues so I was given the opportunity to take the new place or get my money back. The host was very communicative and we decided to go with the available substitution. It worked out great.

The apartment setup was nice , however, this was one of worst Airbnb stays we’ve had. We had to call them in order to fix the air conditioner, so we were without air for 2 days. There were roaches in the spare room and throughout the kitchen which even the maintenance man saw one as he came to the house for the second time. The kitchen drain also needed to be repaired. Both showers needed to be fixed, other things are wrong but I think we covered the basics. All in all a terrible stay, I hope that the next guests have a better experience.

Não voltaria Positive: Localização da região é boa, mas o apartamento está de frente para uma rodovia relativamente movimentada. Negative: O apartamento precisa de manutenção, misturador do chuveiro da suíte principal quebrou, enviaram uma pessoa para consertar, mas no dia seguinte quebrou novamente e passamos a todos usarmos somente o do outro banheiro ( ralo entupido), máquina de lavar louças não tinha a hélice inferior, cesto de lixo quebrado (foi substituído), triturador da pia quebrado e muitas baratas pequenas que apareciam na cozinha. No entanto, a nossa maior frustração foi em relação a limpeza do local que apresentava muita poeira. Entramos em contato com a administradora do local e enviaram uma pessoa para limpar. Foram solicitos e simpáticos, mas como a nossa viagem foi muito corrida, não disponibilizávamos de tempo para administrar todas estas questões junto à administradora.

Overpaid for this stay while it was spacious it was not furnished properly - kitchen didn’t have basic things like coffee filters and salt and pepper. Barely enough paper goods and towels for a one week stay. Had to request xtra trash bags they only gave us 1. And we found at least 3 Roaches in the kitchen and main living area. Beds were uncomfortable and bedding did not fit the beds it looked like motel sheets - needs a lot of work and cleanliness

Negative: Encontramos algumas baratas no local, fora isso, gostamos muito.

Excellent but it lacks maintenance. Positive: The apartment is excellent. Spacious, with lots of sunlight, comfortable beds and good appliances. Negative: We had a few problems during our stay. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose, held in place only by screws. We called maintenance twice and no one showed up. The blinds in the kitchen fell on one of the guests' feet for no reason. Luckily, she wasn't hurt. The sink disposal wasn't working. It is clear that the apartment requires frequent maintenance.

Positive: O tamanho do apto, os utensílios e a localização são ótimas. Negative: Limpeza. Quando chegamos os lençóis da cama estavam com cabelo o que indica que não tinha sido trocados. Entrei em contato com o administrador que mandou um jogo de lençóis limpos para trocar. O vaso sanitário também estava sujo quando chegamos.

I loved it. It was very clean and very modern. Only downfall was we couldn’t figure out the heat / ac didn’t seem to work and everything we asked for like an early check in or late check out was an up charge. I’ve had multiple people do it without an up charge if they have no guests coming in after (which they did not). Other than that the place is beautiful. We loved the jacuzzi and pool.

This airbnb was so amazing it was peaceful and clean and also in a very good location i will be booking again.

Overall, the stay went well. The condo looked as expected. We really enjoyed the multiple balconies. Easy and short drive to Disney! The neighbors above were a bit noisy throughout the night and the stairwell is right outside the door. Also, would have been nice to know that washcloths are not provided prior to check in.

Gabriel and Ana were very responsive in communicating with us, the home is just as pictured in the photos, and within close proximity to everything. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The space was perfect for a weekend getaway. The game room downstairs was also fun.

This is about as far away from Winter Garden as you can get without leaving the city line. You have no benefits of Winter Garden and there is not much there. The building is either old or poorly cared for or both. The carpet is so dirty in the hallways in the building that it is crunchy. The stairway, unfortunately right next to this unit, creates a lot of noise of people in and out. Also, there is a nasty smell in the hallway and the stairway not only smells but had standing water (almost smelled like urine?). While there were issues inside the unit that were extremely inconvenient, they were fixed within 14 hours. It was not even acknowledged that I helped them out by sopping up the flooded area, turning off the water valve, etc. My second person had to make other arrangements that were too far away to come back. I was not offered any compensation. The pool area is not something I would find a bit relaxing. Skip this place.

Nice clean place. Good easy entrance being it is on the end by the exit.
