I love my stay here as our family booked this last minute but the price is reasonable, the apartment is beautiful and so spacious for our family of 5. Parking was easy and check-in was super flexible.

Overall a very clean and spacious apartment with all the necessities. Perfect for a family holiday. Positive: We loved this accommodation. It was clean, tidy, spacious and had all the little things to make a weeks stay comfortable such as kitchen and laundry facilities. Negative: No complaints.

My family and I just recently staying with Upstay. What first stood out to me, was the very fast response from our Host Luiz. Every concerns and questions we had, he was always ready to help and pointed us to the right direction. He made sure our stay was worth our time and money. We definitely recommend Luiz as anyone's host because he will be there when needed and will promptly take care of any issues you may have. Everything is within minutes from the area. Definitely would stay here again! :) Positive: The property was clean and looked like the pictures. Kitchen was equipped with all tools necessary to cook and clean the dishes. Very spacious and lots of windows! The beds were comfortable, the couch is comfy too. The pool area was a clean and well kept area, with toys and games suitable for children and the jacuzzi felt amazing. Short drive to Disney & very responsive host! Negative: There was a roku stick without the corresponding wires and the tv itself was very limited with the shows you could watch during your down time. The WiFi also did not work which wasn’t all that big an issue for us but could be for others.

Fantastic! Positive: The apartment was lovely - the rooms were very spacious, the communal areas were perfect for a family of 4. The building was clean and tidy and quiet. The pool area was fantastic. The only thing worth noting is that there are no shops or facilities locally. If you need anything then it’s a 10min drive. As we had a hire car this wasn’t a problem, however it’s worth considering.

Mental Health Break Amazing! Perfect for our family getaway!

The place was sketchy from the moment I pulled up to the airbnb apartment. I was afraid for my child and I. As if that wasn’t bad enough I had to go up to the fourth floor! And the elevator was out of service! Getting into the apartment was another struggle. The hostess response was 30 mins later. When I finally get to walk the apartment. It looked like someone had just moved out. It was not clean in any area of the apartment. The bathroom was so discussing I almost went to purchase stuff to clean and buy sheet which where dirty as well. Walls were dirty. Broads were missing. This apartment is definitely not airbnb ready what so ever.

Disappointing Positive: A lot of room Negative: No luggage carts, outdated , old coffee maker, not enough towels, washcloths, toilet paper, trashbags, shower in master is rough looking, ceiling in bedroom terrible.Decor was pitiful. Carpet outdated, no extra blankets. We were disappointed. The hot tub didn’t get hot, the garage is tight with a truck. All that said the price was fair but don’t add days because it’s jacked up🙃

The place is not like the pictures, you think it is a new modern space and it is not. This is located in an old building, the apartment is big tho and partially remodelated. Big kitchen We booked the place because we wanted to go with our pets, the initial fee was 49 per pet. Unexpectedly, two days before our arrival they tried to charge us 99 per pet, I contacted Airbnb and it was fixed. Also the WiFi did not work.

Unfortunately, our stay at this Airbnb was disappointing due to cleanliness issues. When we arrived, the toilet in the master bathroom was still dirty inside, there was dog hair along the baseboards in the kitchen, and the bed sheets had multiple stains. It didn’t seem like the place had been properly cleaned before our stay. I contacted the host right away to ask if the sheets had been changed and mentioned the other issues. The response I received was “thanks for cleaning the toilet,” and I was asked to send pictures. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs before and never experienced anything like this. When you’re paying almost $500+, you expect a clean place. The cleanliness made it feel more like a motel. I was also told not to leave a review, which I found concerning, but I think future guests should be aware.

Host was responsive and clear on communication. Place was spacious and easy to access. Perfect location for my purpose of travel to the area. Luis was clear on communication.

Excellent stay

The house was clean and very spacious. We had a few issues on arrival but Luiz was quick to respond and handle everything very promptly and professionally. I did not utilize the condos outside amenities so I’m not sure how they were. Inside the home had everything that was needed but you should definitely bring your own cleaning supplies. The beds were clean and comfortable. I am happy to report no bugs! That is really important to me. The bathtubs and the shower floor needs to be replaced or glazed not sure the correct term. Other than that everything was good. Luiz was definitely a super host and I appreciated his attentiveness.

Relaxing , clean, comfortable Positive: Clean , not noisy, relaxing, neighbors were polite and did not disturb. Negative: Parking is tight - be careful with large vehicles. Tv is not a smart tv. Missing a spatula for flipping eggs or pancakes.

This place was great, spacious and clean. We had a relaxing time at the pool, the amenities are good and just as described. We had an amazing host, super attentive to all our needs with perfect response time. Good location to stay at for your next Orlando vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless, cozy, and had all the essentials for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal, just minutes from parks and great dining spots. We felt completely at ease, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout.

It was a great stay for what we needed which was a sleeping space for Disney World. The location was great and convenient! The beds were comfortable and the entire place was clean and spacious!

I would stay here again mainly because convince of location, basic necessities, full sized kitchen , close to Disney& Universal and other shopping locations. I would recommend better kitchen supplies but just bring your own if able to. Parking garage is useful. The hot tub and pool is amazing. I’m a little disappointed about the movie theatre room not being available for a second year in a row. Hopefully by next year it’ll be ready lol Other than that our stay was wonderful !!! I would recommend!!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with UPSTAY host. The property itself was decent, but what happened after my stay left a terrible taste in my mouth. A few days after checking out, I received a message from the host claiming there were damages to the property, along with an outrageous bill for repairs. To my surprise, they also attached photos as “proof” of the damage. However, it was immediately clear that the images were either staged or taken from another time entirely. The damage shown did not reflect anything from my stay, and the supposed repairs they claimed were necessary were completely baseless. It felt like a blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of me after the fact. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and have always respected the properties, so this accusation was both insulting and unjust. Thankfully, Airbnb’s customer support team was very understanding and helpful. After reviewing my case, they agreed that the claims were unfounded and dropped it.

Super easy check in! Host was always responsive and checking in with me! The place was clean and even smelled cleaned when you walked in. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back!

Excelente alojamiento y comunicación con el anfitrión.

Muito bom custo benefício, prático, boa localização, limpo, bom prédio. Positive: A acomodação em si foi muito boa, os quartos são excelentes, a cozinha muito bem equipada com tudo que a gente precisou, salas e varandas espaçosas. Além das instalações uma vantagem também foi o estacionamento coberto. Negative: O banheiro social tinha um vazamento na pia ocorrendo que ficava sempre com o chão molhado.

I do not recommend. Negative: I didn't like that I was accused of breaking the railing off a bed. The railing was stored in the closet when I arrived. I do not recommend staying with them. Even after showing proof they still refuse to return security deposit. Very unprofessional and bad customer service

Great location and nice unit. Close to parks and many restaurants. It's definitely worth it to stay here.
