BASIC AND RESPONSIBLE CLEANING OF ACCOMMODATION IS FUNDAMENTAL, NOT OPTIONAL. Positive: “Nothing” Negative: I do not recommend this site or the company that manages it; I have been robbed. BASIC AND RESPONSIBLE CLEANING OF ACCOMMODATION IS FUNDAMENTAL, NOT OPTIONAL. 1. I made a reservation for four days and confirmed before booking that everything was working well, especially the kitchen. They told me it was perfect. 2. Upon arriving at 8:30 pm, I found the accommodation 100% dirty. 3. The sheets were dirty, stained, and full of hair. 4. Bathrooms and floors were full of hair; everything was disgusting. 5. The smoke detector was beeping every 30 seconds. 6. The kitchen was not working, despite the confirmation. I reported everything to the managers and to Booking, with evidence. We could not stay there, and I had to find another place that same night, especially with my 6-year-old daughter. The managers asked me to disconnect the alarm and wait for someone to come clean the next day. And meanwhile, I was supposed to spend the night like this; this is absurd and a complete lack of everything. Five days later, I have not been refunded my money, neither by them nor by Booking, nor the deposit. I paid for accommodation services; I have nothing to do with their providers. They did not care where I would spend the night. I only receive apologies and that they are coordinating with the cleaning company. This is absurd. I have been robbed; both the managers and Booking do not defend the guest.

Great place to stay as a family.

Things that were good about this place, located in good place, walkable to restaurants and markets, save place ps Right by the beach. We traveled with little ones and tried to cook pasta the induction oven doesn’t heat up. It is so slow, water wonot even warm up in highest setting. So donot bother cooking anything. Host was responsive and was able to communicate fast and easy. My another concern was We stayed for 3 nights and asked for cleaning services for mid day. We were told we needed to request it 48 hrs prior which I donot remember reading anywhere. Also 10am check out time was too early with our group of little ones, who wanted to go to the beach in morning.

Very new, clean & a bit "cozy" It's a new property so everything is shiny and new. There are enough beds in this to sleep 8 people, but I couldn't imagine having 8 people in this place. It's just not big enough, in opinion. The bottom bunk bed in the third bed room is VERY low. I would only recommend young kids as older kids or adults will definitely hit their head. Each room has their own AC system, which was nice since my 75-year-old father likes this much warmer than the rest of us. There are no screens on the windows if open them. We opened the one in the shower because there was no ventilation fan to help remove the moisture. There's a coffee shop and convenience store right outside the gate and several restaurants nearby. There's also a very small casino directly across the street, if that's your thing.

We stayed here one night on our way to Arenal. It was a great spot to land- plenty of space for five, right on the main street for easy access to restaurants, beautiful mountain & ocean views, and we enjoyed a swim in the pools. The bonus was the skatepark around the corner that my kids enjoyed. Would highly recommend for the Jacó area as a very comfortable AirBNB.

Phenomenal, my friends and I loved it. Would go back again, super comfortable, quieter location than downtown, short walk to the beach and a well equipped place. The pool in the complex is fantastic and great for relaxing and sun-time, with a working space and gym too.

We stayed here with four friends on a trip to Jacó and had an amazing time. The building has great amenities, including an on-site business center, gym, pool table, and three beautiful pools, which made the stay even better. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and spacious, and it comfortably fit all four of us. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful condo. We stayed one night. Know before going that there are no paper products such as towels, napkins or Kleenex. The pictures are exact- but the lens makes it seem 1000x bigger than it is. The living room couch needs to be bigger and the kitchen table WAY smaller. The beds are comfortable but so oversized for the rooms that we had no room for luggage or barely even to walk beside the beds. The restroom wasn’t super clean- which to me is Very important. There are no fans in the restrooms either. Great value- don’t get me wrong. I just would’ve done better with furniture and cleaning of restrooms. Lastly- literally- 1 towel per room but sleeps 6 people!! So that’s 1 towel for every 2 people. 🤯 Also, one restroom didn’t have a washcloth so that sucked.

Hay 1 espacio de estacionamiento. Rentamos el lugar para 9 personas por lo íbamos en dos Vehículos, habia que sacar uno y pagar estacionamiento. Al ingresar nos indicaron que solamente 7 personas como máximo pueden utilizar las áreas comunes como la piscina y el resto de amenidades el resto no puede. La administradora del condominio nos indico que ya se ha avisado en repetidas ocasiones al anfitrión. Por este inconvenientes tardamos más de 20 al ingresar. El comedor es para 6 personas. Al final uno debe resolver todo porque el administrador no resuelve, La cocina es muy lenta, 25 min para cocinar un huevo revuelto. Ante esto solicitamos reservar la parrilla de las zonas comunes y pese a confirmación llegamos y no estaba disponible. La alarma de incendio de la sala suena a cada rato, inclusive mientras dormíamos No había jabón de manos, el cual solicitamos y quedaron de enviar pero nunca llegó. Al salir, nos llegaron a tocar la puerta a las 10 am, muy temprano y el ingreso muy tarde.

El lugar es muy lindo, una vista increible desde un piso 14, sin embargo la administración del Airbnb es muy poco flexible. El espacio era para 10 personas, por lo que eramos 3 vehículos, sin embargo solo querían dejarnos parquear uno dentro de las instalaciones, aun habiendo muchos espacios disponibles (por suerte el guarda nos ayudó). El día del checkout, de alguna forma los aires acondicionados se desactivaron y dejaron de funcionar a partir de las 9 am. El check in es a las 4 y checkout a las 10 am, mucho más tarde, y temprano que en otros lugares. La cocina tiene todo lo que se necesita, sin embargo es muy lenta. El lugar si está muy limpio y nuevo, las camas muy cómodas, pero incluso la mesa es para 6 personas, no para 10.

El lugar es muy agradable, el apartamento muy cómodo, limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un buen tiempo, todo está como nuevo, espacios confortables, lo que es complicado es la comunicación con el adm, están fuera del país, tardan en solucionarte, te ofrece un posible acceso temprano, yo llegué todo estaba listo incluso la dueña autorizó acceso antes y el adm no me dio acceso, tampoco a la salida, ojo con el parqueo el administrador sólo ofrece un espacio para un apartamento de 10 personas, indica que la hora del check in es 10am yo bajé a la piscina y dejé algunos artículos en el apartamento, subí a recogerlos y de alguna forma me tenía vigilada y pensó que ya me había ido y me bloqueó el acceso, cuando regresé a retirar mis artículos a las 9.35 am respetando la regla ya me había bloqueado el código, reteniendo mis pertenencias que me urgían por alrededor de media hora, eso me parece inaceptable, y de muy mal gusto, yo tenía derecho hasta las 10am.

Very nice place, clean and friendly. The host very responsive and friendly. Very delicious restaurants around. I loved the fact that it’s a private area made me feel very safe. Will definitely book again in the future.

La ubicación del edificio está muy buena cerca de Jacob, y no necesariamente donde sea hacen los eventos masivos, por lo que el lugar es cómodo y silencioso. Las áreas de Piscinas y el rancho de actividades están muy bien. Ellos se pueden ayudar con la reserva del mismo. (Rancho )

The place is nice and modern the outdoor area by the pool is so nice and shaded. It’s close to shops and the beach. The views are also nice. The place was comfortable with clean with linens, pillow, towel and pool towels and a full kitchen and fully furnished to enjoy. Spacious apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Nuestra estancia estuvo sumamente bien; la ubicación del lugar, así como las amenidades corresponden tal cual son descritas en la aplicación. Cómo recomendación, es importante considerar que la administración es sumamente comunicativa y te da en la opción de entrar temprano para uso de piscinas mientras el apartamento está listo para entrar.

was such an amazing stay the place was very clean there was security at the front so we felt very safe we messaged the host with some questions and they answered us very quickly it was a great experience and i would 100% book with them again

We came here hoping for peace and relaxation, but got nothing close to that. The entire experience was a nightmare. Check-in was an absolute disaster—took forever. When the website failed, I messaged the host asking for a call to speed things up. Never got a call, and their responses were painfully slow.Finally, after what felt like an eternity, we got into the apartment only to find the AC wasn’t working. Had to make multiple calls just to get it turned on. Apparently, they control it remotely, and magically, the AC started working the moment we hung up.To make matters worse, the place wasn’t even properly stocked - barely enough glasses, not enough wine glasses, and there were only five of us. Completely unacceptable..STAY AWAY from this host.

Beautiful apartment overall and very cozy. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved the little window in the shower—such a nice touch. This was a last-minute booking for us after our plans changed and we needed to head to Jaco earlier than expected. I had requested an early check-in for 2:00 PM the day before, which the host confirmed. However, upon arrival at the gate, we were told a QR code was required, which we had not received. When I reached out to the host, I was told the code would be sent at 4:00 PM. After explaining that an early check-in had already been confirmed, the QR code was then sent. Unfortunately, once we got all of our bags up to the 14th floor, the door code provided did not work. We ended up waiting in the hallway for about 30 minutes in very hot conditions while trying to get assistance. Overall, the check-in process was quite confusing and stressful. Aside from that, the apartment itself is beautiful and the location was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. Brand new apartment, well maintained, and great amenities. The pool was great and the Amenities near the pool were also great. The apartment on the 14th floor has superb views. We will certainly come back again.

Me hicieron esperar mas de media hora para poder entrar, tratando de comunicarme y deberían de estar mas atentos a la hora de la entrada del huésped ya que si hay algun problema se pueda resolver rápido, aparte en el baño falto productos de aseo como shampoo.

It’s a beautiful oceanfront location with restaurants and ocean at a walking distance. Has great Mountain Views. Was quiet and private. Place was clean and pleasant, felt like home.

The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect, it is close to everything. The host was very responsive, I never had to wait longer than a few minutes to hear back from them. The amenities of the apartment complex are amazing, pools are clean and large. They have a grill area, which we used a couple of times (not the patio cause this has to be reversed in advance) but I think it works just as good. Security guards are always on top of who is leaving and coming in which can get a a little annoying sometimes, but it is also understandable; they are just doing their job and making sure the place is safe which I appreciated. We were very very happy with choosing this as our home in Jaco! Thank you!

Negative: El ingreso es por un QR que te brinda el anfitrión una vez que se hace el pago de la estadía y luego el pago del depósito LA verdad que pase tan mal momento esperando a que solucionen mi acceso al departamento que opaco todo lo bueno que puede tener el apartamento , el acceso autónomo debe ser algo que facilite al anfitrión el manejo de su propiedad, pero jamás complicar a los huéspedes.

Me facilitó lo que necesitaba. Mi estadía fue muy corta. Positive: Está súper bien ubicado, es un lugar cómodo, limpio y con mucha luz. Negative: El sensor de alarma contra incendios ubicado en la sala del apartamento le faltaban pilas y hacía un ruido terrible. Lo reporté desde que llegué, pero nadie llegó a repararlo.

Positive: No pude procesar el pago inicial con 2 tarjetas y no pude hacer uso de las instalaciones Negative: No hay orden con las reservas , el dueño fuera del país no pudo solucionar el tema de mi reserva. El resto no puedo opinar pues no pude ingresar , tuve que irme a otro hotel

Positive: El lugar es agradable para pasar el rato. Todo está bien equipado. Negative: La comunicación con el propietario no fue la más óptima, ya que algunas reglas del condominio no se comunican y se ignoran en la descripción del lugar, y la información del check-in como la contraseña de la puerta y el wifi no me llegaron. Además, tuvimos inconvenientes con algunos artefactos, como por ejemplo la cocina calentaba demasiado lento.

El apartamento es muy lindo, el lugar excelente. El Anfitrión fue la peor experiencia que pude tener. Su falta de empatia y su rigidez fueron extremadamente difíciles.

This is a great place to stay, beautiful view, close to everything, including the beach, very clean and very safe. The only knock is the internet. In the master bedroom, the tv often could not connect and wireless devices had the same problem. We didn't spend much time watching tv or using the internet so not too much of an issue. All in all great place, wonderful communication, great location.

Bien pero con detalles Positive: Las instalaciones están bastante bien, las piscinas y la ubicación con excelente seguridad. Negative: El aire acondicionado no enfría bien y por eso se pasa mucho calor, la cocina es demasiado lenta para calentar, y tuvimos algunas cuestiones con la limpieza, el piso estaba húmedo al ingresar, la lavadora estaba llena de ropa anterior, y desorden en closets.

Positive: Ingreso cómodo al edificio, pero al intentar ingresar al apartamento, el código enviado no funcionó, por lo que hubo que solicitar al administrador una nuevo código. Negative: 1. Las increíbles vistas que se promocionan, son hacia el área de estacionamiento del propio edificio, y hacia el edificio colindante, que, por cierto, ese otro edificio tiene una muy agradable piscina. Debería especificarse que las "increíbles vistas" son hacia la parte trasera y no hacia la zona de playa, aunque sí debe reconocerse que desde una habitación, se tiene una pequeña vista hacia el mar. 2. Es claro que los horarios de check-in y check out son fijados por los propietarios, pero los aplicados en este caso se encuentran fuera de los parámetros habituales, pues el ingreso es a partir de las 4 pm, y la salida máximo a las 10 am, con escaso o nulo margen de breves ampliaciones para el check out. Es un punto a valorar por parte de quienes administran este apartamento. 3. El edificio está aún con áreas no habilitadas. lo que genera una incómoda sensación de obra inconclusa. Por ejemplo, los elevadores están cubiertos con cartón, rayados y con recubrimientos a medio quitar. El área de ingreso al edificio adolece de la debida protección para evitar que la lluvia ingrese, dando lugar a incómodos empozamientos en el propio vestíbulo del edificio. 4. Durante la estancia, se encontró a otra persona intentando ingresar al mismo apartamento que ya estaba ocupado por nosotros. Presuntamente tenía otra reservación a su nombre, pero fue enviado por la administración al apartamento en el que nos encontramos, y estaba digitando la clave de acceso para ingresar. Esto genera una gran inseguridad y desasosiego.

El lugar estaba muy bonito, limpio, contaba con todo lo necesario. La cocina un poco lenta y no calentaba lo suficientemente. Quizás sería lo único a mejorar que podría decir. Por lo demás las piscinas estaban muy limpias y los ranchos con las parrillas muy bien. La ubicación del lugar muy buena y bien cerca de todo pero no tanto como para tener algo de comodidad. La verdad si lo recomiendo
