Great stay for our family.

We had a lot of fun staying here! The host was great in responding to any questions we had. It is a great place to stay if you have kids. Would definitely book again!

This stay was only successful because we were together as a family and the children were happy. From the beginning Upstay and the host dropped the ball. We were granted an early check-in for 1pm because our planes came so early. We even got there later and we were unable to get in reminded that the door code would come to us closer to 4pm. Despite calling and messaging the host we sat in the car for over an hour. As we walked around you could tell that furniture is worn and stained. The walls going upstairs and upstairs were filthy. We requested a crib it wasn’t there. Messaged the host and after hours he tells us it’s locked in the host’s closet. We weren’t able to get until sometime the next day. We were forced to buy one and I requested a refund. He never provided it and kept saying he had to speak to the team. Then we found plenty of towels and no washcloths. The host said they don’t provide them. So we purchased both those and a pack- n-play ourselves.

The air bnb itself was wonderful. Getting in we ran into a problem. The address provided to get to the gate was plugged into two different phones and both directed us to a gate that we were not able to get into. It appeared many people were having the same issue.While we were waiting for further instruction, at least a dozen cars pulled up to the same gate that had booked an air bnb and their directions led them to that location as well. Once in however we had no issues. The home was clean and accurately depicted in photos. There was some wear and tear on the walls expected of any rental property. The chairs could use some cleaning as there were noticable stains on the kitchen chairs. Beds were comfortable and pool was wonderful. In all we really enjoyed our stay. We didnt get to check out all the resort amenities. Great location close to disney. My daughter loved the game room and all the cool lights. Having a dryer on site was great. The host was very responsive to messages.

Nice for families, beautiful property, and amenities are great and near. Grocery store is 7 min drive. 15-30 min from Disney depends on traffic. 30-40 min from airport.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning soon.

Very comfy home, with lots of space and fun for kids, felt a nice and a safe neighborhood. Prompt response from the host even during late hours. Extra towels was a helpful plus too. My boys enjoyed the surf riding session available few min away at the Solara Resort. Would definitely come back once visiting Orlando area.

We had a great stay at this house. We were in town for a Disney trip. The location was convenient and quiet for families, it felt like home. The house was very spacious and as pictured. The hosts were responsive and helpful prior to, and during our stay.

It was a great place to stay for our vacation. Our host was very responsive and quick to fix any problems that we had. He was also very flexible with early check in as well. Overall great bang for your buck. \n\nIt was also a quick drive to Disney parks. Would recommend this location as it is gated and very peaceful.

Christmas vacation Location was quite clean and nice. We utilized the heated pool option and enjoyed it.

Great place to stay and we had a fabulous holiday. Positive: We liked the accommodation, it was well equipped and had everything we needed. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The property was well located and the complex pool and bar area were great. Would definitely stay again Negative: Not as clean as it could have been! No privacy in pool as backed on to other houses. Felt there could have been some shielding and not so open. Also a lot of noise on first night from a neighbour having a very loud party! Only the first night it was quiet the rest of the holiday. Had a problem with door lock one day but soon fixed.

Excellent response time when requesting assistance and needing information. Location is great Resort amenities are great Did bring more garbage bags when requested. Loved the video game for kids Lots of sleeping spaces for large group Comfy mattresses. Space is well appointed. Would I stay again? Yes. But a few things to note: Walls dirty and very marked up in some places Wanted to charge for extra towels for 11 people for 10 days when I spefically asked twice prior to arrival for more towels No basics included such as salt and pepper, etc For a place that can host 11 people- there isn't much for cooking items for large groups. Not allowed to buy our own propane which feels like a cash grab. Bed frames and some furniture falling apart. Says we can control temp but can't set past 72- which makes the bedrooms very hot. Dryer has no digital image to know if it works. Just hoping a few of these things can be addressed for future renters to take it from a good experience to great.

The house is accurate with the photos. It was nice, clean and good for our group and the vacation we planned as it was close to the Disney parks. I’m not sure if this was stated on the original listing but after renting the house we were offered some amenities for an extra fee. They offered a heated pool at $25 per day, and then we learned the bbq was not included, it costs an extra $65 for our stay. The pool was more like ambiance temp at best so not worth the extra fee for our group at the end. We found supplies to be very rationalized. We were a group of 8, 7 night stay, we were out of toilet paper, soap, and trash bags by like day 3. We didn’t expect supplies for the entire stay but at least counting the trash bags felt too far lol. Even the AC didn’t go lower than 69 which wasn’t that comfortable on some rooms if you want to sleep cozy. Felt like things were a bit controlled to lower cost. Otherwise the house was great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it!

Home was beautiful matched the pics and everything went well definitely will book again in future everything was perfect host also was very responsive and kind this is definitely a good vacation home

Responsive host. We had a some very inconveniences, but the host did what he could to accommodate us.

A little disappointed that the townhouse pool and the resort pools were closed the entire week we were there. No power to the townhouse pool.

The host was very attentive and responsive to our concerns. The house looked exactly as the pictures. Very comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was our second stay at this property. We enjoyed it just as much as our first stay! It is clean, spacious and has everything we need. The communication with the host has always been great. Close to all theme parks, restaurants, and groceries. We will stay here again on our next trip!

Upstay vacation property was lovely great location. i wish the master room was downstairs. Need more kitchen appliances. The washer not working properly and need to update furniture.

We enjoyed our stay and found the home clean, well decorated and full of convenient amenities. It exceeded our expectations and adequately met our needs. We would love to stay there again.

Very satisfied with the visit and our host was very easy to reach. The house was clean and the pool was very nice.

House was exactly as it was described. Lots of rooms for everyone to spread out. Resort amenities were nice as well. The only downside was getting in the gate. We took Ubers around town and could never get them in since there’s no code. Otherwise, we had a nice little vacation

Overall great stay, beds were comfortable but rickety. Couch seemed like it had seen better days and dining room rug was not in good condition (rolling up and a trip hazard). Amenities were nice but when told they were in walking distance but not that you have to cross a four lane road.

Perfect place to stay for Disney! Orlando traffic will always be the worst but a great place to stay. I don’t have any complaints about the airbnb but there are some molds in the shower. Other wise everything was perfect! They have everything!
