Such a thoughtfully designed property and everything was clean, kitchen had utensils to prepare meals with and friends and I had a splendid time here, our favourite stay in Austin so far 😁🖤

BOOK IT! My friends of 5 stayed here and the modern apartment was so amazing! Each room had its own tv and the rooms were tidy. I will definitely be staying here again.

We spent the holidays here and truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully designed, and has a very convenient location. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights here during our annual holiday trip to Austin. The host was incredibly communicative, and everything was just as we expected. The unit is spacious and it was probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The only downside is that we didn’t find the living room furniture to be very comfortable— but that’s ok. The kitchen is big and pristinely clean. The washer & dryer were so nice, and the host supplied a few detergent pods which was great. If you need coffee like I do, plan ahead and bring coffee grounds and filters! Thanks again for a great stay — we will be back!

This was a perfect mid road trip oasis allowing us to spread out and recharge. Positive: Comfortable, location, ease of access using check in instructions, spacious, pet friendly

While the unit was fine, albeit a bit generic, that unfortunately wasn't the case relative to our stay as a whole. Upstay sent three separate sets of instructions for where to park, along with a hodgepodge of wifi networks – each with generic names & passwords – with no clear indicator of which one belonged to the unit. (We were also later berated for not parking correctly.) We live locally, and just needed a place to stay while our house was being painted, but the area of town it's in is mostly generic suburbia, and isn't particularly convenient to places of interest to visitors. This is also one of the "boutique STR" outfits that thinks upcharges for early or late checkout are smart. (I'm currently on hiatus, but I've been an Airbnb host for nearly a decade, and I never charged anyone for requesting late checkout: it's a cheapskate move IMO.) I wouldn't recommend this unit for anyone who likes personality; it's functional, but about as milquetoast as a Residence Inn suite.

We stayed here for a couple of days while in town for ACL Fest! The place was the perfect size, very clean, felt extremely new. The beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms made it nice for getting ready each day! Hosts were also very responsive and helpful. The only thing that would have been useful is having a few wash cloths. The couch was also quite hard but we weren’t there much! Overall would definitely stay again!!

This space was exactly what we needed! Close enough to downtown to enjoy yummy eats but also cozy & inviting to stay in and cook. Private parking for us both was a bonus. The place was beautiful, quiet, comfortable and spacious — looks just like the photos and feels even better. We loved it! The hosts were so accommodating and responsive. I’m so thankful we found this gem. I’ll be back!

Clean, new, modern, large closets and bathrooms, nice kitchen, quiet safe neighborhood (other than construction next door which was loud early in the mornings, but that’s temporary) great communication, clear instructions. Could use more comfortable pillows, mattresses and couch are very firm/hard. Enjoyed our stay and host was extremely helpful.

We had a great stay for the weekend in Austin. It was clean, easy to check-in and communicate. Would definitely stay here again.

Upstay's AirBnB was great! Easy to get to and find! The links to unlock and lock doors were easy to use. Nothing confusing. The layout was clean. The checkout instructions were clear and minimal. They even checked in daily to see if they could do anything else to make our stay more comfortable. Great spot!

This place is a total gem! Close to all attractions, but still quiet and tucked away from noise. The place was also extremely neat and tidy. Everything you need for a comfortable stay has been considered! Highly recommend!

Great host and even better stay! Nice and quiet area but still close to the mix. Pictures don’t do it justice. Its actually a lot bigger than it looks. My first time in Austin and it didnt disappoint mainly because of the location. Just make sure use the handbook sent to you and bookmark it or keep it open on a tab so you can easily access the facility. Definitely take a look at this one.

We had a good time. Only flag is the location was not exactly in the south congress you expect it to be. The apartment was otherwise very clean and the hosts were very responsive so overall we were happy!

Great place, but if you could put all the arrival instructions and codes on one page/email and get rid of annoying AI generated texts, the stay would have been more enjoyable.

I loved the apartment we were in it was so cute and just so modern but gave very clean vibes and I loved it and the beds were so comfortable and not to mention loved sitting outside on the balcony it was so peaceful at night

We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb in Austin. The location was very convenient—just a short distance from downtown and Congress Avenue, which made exploring the city super easy. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. All the essentials were provided, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus—it made the stay even more convenient, especially for a longer trip. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. Overall, a solid stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Austin! I would definitely book this property again!

The atmosphere was perfect for a completely comfortable stay. We would definitely come back. Positive: We booked the apartment for 5 days. It's close to the city center and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was very large and well-equipped with dishes and utensils.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The A/C worked great to keep us cool, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean throughout the whole apartment. The place is nicely decorated and is free of clutter. The gated parking spots were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay again if available on our next trip.

This apartment is brand new, fully stocked with everything needed for long and short term stay. Consumables to last the entirety of the stay etc. Highly recommend.

The condo was nicely decorated, equipped with all kitchen needs, nice beds and bedding and spacious. Hosts were very responsive and place is new or well-maintained with nice furnishings. It was great having a TV in each room, large closets and nice bathroom mirrors. The only thing that was really uncomfortable and small was the living room couch. It was very hard and uncomfortable, but it does not take away from the overall lovely apartment. It’s also close enough to downtown and some other great spots in the city. Overall, it’s a nice place and definitely worth it. We’d stay again.
