Séjour parfait! L’endroit est à l’état neuf, sécuritaire, propre et très confortable. Nous avons été 100% satisfaits. De très bons souvenirs. Endroit magnifique avec grande piscine et portion indépendante moins profonde pour les enfants. Merci pour l’accueil ! Emplacement idéal, en plein cœur de Jacó. Je recommande fortement! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

we had a problem with an leak air conditioner, bet next day early was fix, even it was Costa Rica holiday, Diego respond quickly to any inquiry, security guard was really helpful, I believe Fernando is his name, on Sunday morning my son has red spots in one leg, he gave us information of private clinic and 24/7 farmacy. clinic Hillumed was two blocks away. this place was nicely decorated we felt at home.

beautiful, Yes!!! I would stay again. the host very kind and friendly. the guards treated us with kindnes. the pool is beautiful, my 9 yr old daughter enjoyed it without floties.

Recomendado para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia o amigos, el lugar es muy agradable, seguro y tranquilo, con todo cerca, a unos pocos minutos de la playa. El anfitrión responde a tiempo a las consultas y recomendaciones. Definitivamente lo recomendamos.

Positive: Our family loved the very modern apartment which included 2 very nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms even and a washer and dryer. Negative: Getting access to the gated property was tough. I had to message the contact person several times.

Horrible Positive: Nada, no pude ingresar nunca, después de más de 10 horas de vuelo desde Chile el propietario nunca me quiso entregar la clave para poder ingresar por lo que tuve que alquilar otra unidad para poder descansar con mi familia e hijas pequeñas Negative: Todo, propietario no tuvo nada de comprensión, no respondió a tiempo mis mensajes de que estaba en la calle esperando la clave para poder ingresar, con cansansio, sueño y hambre el mismo guardia nos recomendó otro departamento para poder descansar el dueño nunca nos quiso entregar clave ni Qr para poder ingresar

Super nice apartment but the swimming pool was not really family-friendly and located too close to the parking. The rest was super great!

Vacaciones Positive: El lugar está bien ubicado, es moderno, tiene dos cuartos con suficiente espacio, dos baños, sala comedor, cocina y escritorio; es cómodo en general y estaba bastante limpio. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto y el apartamento tiene todo lo que uno necesita: cocina, paños, ropa de cama, incluso lavadora y secadora. Los guardas muy amables. La piscina es larga y de buena profundidad para niños de 7 en adelante. Hay otra piscina pequeña para niños menores. Las instalaciones del condominio están limpias, bien cuidadas y son cómodas. Los dueños están atentos y disponibles. Negative: Tuvimos un inconveniente para ingresar porque yo no había leído el mensaje del dueño y no había enviado mis datos para el QR, y sin embargo nos mandaron un código con otros datos por lo que tuvimos que corregir esto. También nos dieron una clave incorrecta y la puerta no abría. Tras unos 30 minutos mientras contactamos al dueño y logramos ingresar. Podría mejorar varios aspectos : EN EL APARTAMENTO: la limpieza puede ser más profunda e incluir fumigación, un par de paredes están sucias por el mismo uso, nos salió una cucaracha en el clóset, sin embargo no vimos más. Las sillas del comedor son muy altas e incómodas. AFUERA EN LAS INSTALACIONES: las indicaciones de parqueo decían que podíamos usar cualquiera pero el último día llegó la dueña de otro apartamento a decirnos que teníamos que movernos. Las piscina podría limpiarse más seguido, porque si caen muchos bichos, hojas y al final del día se ve la capa de protector solar que queda, pero al día siguiente en la mañana estaba igual. Estuvimos tres días y no vimos que limpiaran la piscina. El área de descanso a la par de la piscina tiene escasa sombra. No hay basureros exteriores.

Great stay. Perfect for our group of three and could accommodate 4 easily. Clean, spacious and well laid out. Host was very responsive and checked in on us the day after check in. The gate security guards were great and super friendly. The pool on premises was nice for a quick dip. Jaco town feels a little run down and overly touristy. There is a lot to do within an hour or so drive. There is no shortage of places to eat. We tried to stick to the local spots, called Sodas. They serve traditional Costa Rican food. Inexpensive and no frills but very tasty.

I felt right at home so much I extended my stay for a couple extra nights and the area was perfect you could walk everywhere and the national parks were just a nice beautiful scenic drive away. The beach was a couple blocks and downtown was near but you weren’t in the hustle and bustle of it all. The hosts were very responsive and communicative. I enjoyed it and when I return to Jaco I will be staying here again.

My husband and I made a last minute reservation due to our flight being pushed back and this was a great little place. It had 24-hour security which we loved cause it allowed us to keep our car safe while we walked the area. The host was very responsive and the apartment was cute and cozy.

Not Happy We were very disappointed with the response or lack of, to issues. On arrival the oven did not work. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. We were there 3 weeks with no access to an oven. As well, the listing indicated dishwasher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. These items were not in the rental. Not having an oven had a significant impact on our vacation, changing our meal planning, grocery items and eating out far more that we had intended. Fried food for 3 weeks, to us was not only not appetizing, it was more costly. We will say the overall maintenance of the building and property were great. Very clean and very safe. The location was fantastic. We loved the pool and hot tub. The security personnel were very friendly and awesome to deal with. The location was great, easy access to the beaches, shopping, bakeries, restaurants and the freeways. Costa Rica is a beautiful and wonderful place to vacation. We loved Jaco, the people, the location, the weather, the access to everything. Beautiful! The lack of dealing with the issues, misrepresentation of the rental and lack of follow up, unfortunately does not bode well for a positive review. In 12 years of rentals, this is the first time we have had significant issues

Positive: Buena ubicación, cerca del centro de Jaco Negative: Apartamento ubicado en el tercer piso de una torre, no tiene elevador y complica el acceso a personas con movilidad reducida.

Incredible stay! Easy to get it with ID, but we also felt very safe! Security at the front gate was very friendly and the pool was the best especially with the heat of Jaco! We come to Jaco Often and will definitely stay again! Thank you guys for a wonderful stay ☺️👍🙏

Lo disfrutamos mucho, lo recomiendo. Positive: Lo accesible que es encontrar de todo cerca del lugar. Negative: Deberían enviar con anticipación la información requerida para ingresar al sitio, enviar tanto la información al huésped como a la seguridad del lugar, me refiero al código QR que lleva la información de ingreso con el nombre de la persona que reservo, enviar tanto documento PDF como imagen JPG para que no haya problemas de lectura, tal como me sucedio a mi.

The place was clean the host was responsive but it’s advertised on the beach when it’s 17 min walk away. Also there is no elevator which means you have to carry your belongings up 3 flights of stairs.

We love it there very quiet and peaceful… relaxing home near beach 10 mins

Positive: מיקום מרכזי, מרחק הליכה מהים ומבית החב״ד גדול, מרווח ונוח למקסימום ארבעה אנשים מתאים לשומרי שבת מבחינת המפתח והמטבח אחלה בריכה ואיך ממש שיש שמירה בכניסה וחניה מסודרת Negative: מכונת הכביסה והמייבש לא עבדו לא היו מים למים כדי לקבל מענה לתיקונים/ בעיות צריך לשלוח הודעה דרך הבוקינג ולא להתקשר למספר המצורף (לא קיבלנו מענה דרכם)- בסוף קיבלנו את המענה!

The place was very nice, I love the private community with security. It’s also very close to the beach, and lots of things to do close by.

Basic accommodations. Nothing fancy. Wish they had an elevator. Place is clean and the bed was comfortable.

The third party payment and online checkin and check out were time consuming and frustrating. Wiuld be heloful to have everything in one messsage.

El apartamento es adecuado para 3 a 4 personas, con dos habitaciones y dos baños. En general, se encuentra en buen estado y cumple con lo descrito. Las áreas sociales como la sala y el comedor son espaciosas y cómodas, y se cuenta con los utensilios básicos necesarios para una estadía funcional. Todas las áreas están equipadas con aire acondicionado, lo cual es ideal considerando el clima cálido de la zona. El acceso al condominio es sencillo, la seguridad es excelente, y se dispone de una piscina de aproximadamente 25 metros, perfecta para quienes disfrutan nadar. Como oportunidad de mejora, sería recomendable revisar el baño secundario, ya que presentaba signos de humedad en el cielo raso y un olor persistente debido a la limitada ventilación. Asimismo, el servicio de internet fue algo intermitente, especialmente al usar el televisor, aunque es importante destacar que el administrador respondió de forma muy ágil y eficiente ante esta situación.

The place was not as described. AC was not working properly (it was 16 C and could not be adjusted or turned off). Upstay Management promised to send someone next day to take a look at it, no one showed up. No warm shower. Mold in bathroom closets. The place was otherwise clean. Host responded usually within 30 minutes. Check out was at 11 am, at 10:10 am we had the cleaner walk in and started to clean. This was solved by the management after the incident. Un apartamento que no tenía papel higiénico ni suplementos de baño como shampoo, acondicionador ni jabón de manos. Pésim Positive: Buena ubicación Negative: El apartamento no contaba con papel higiénico, ni productos de baño como shampoo, acondicionador ni jabón de baños. A pesar de que se notificó de la ausencia de estos productos dijeron que ya habían enviado a entregar papel higiénico pero este nunca llegó y que los productos de baño no eran parte de la renta, lo cual me parece no solo antihigiénico sino también absurdo.. Además hacen un cargo de reservación a través de una plataforma externa aun cuando las condiciones de tu reserva te dan oportunidad de cancelar la reserva luego sin penalidad además el TV principal nunca sirvió, no se pudo conectar al wifi y no tenía servicio de cable

Terrible Positive: Un apartamento con todas las comodidades Negative: El sistema de entrada es terrible xq no es algo ágil, llegue 5:30 y estaba las muchachas de limpieza y me dijeron que no podía entrar todavía dejé mis cosas y me fui, al regreso fue terrible el olor a cloro y la puerta principal no cerraba xq está dañada. Al día siguiente consulté al dueño por salir una más tarde y no dejó a pesar de que me solicitaron entrar más tarde, la comunicación con el dueño poco lenta y en inglés. No volvería

Bien, leyendo y teniendo en cuenta esos 2 puntos q puse Positive: El apartamento es nuevo y amplio . Tiene todo lo necesario para quedarte unos días Negative: Me descontaron usd 100 de depósito ( que no sabía, tal vez está escrito en algún lado, que me lo acreditaron a las 96 hs y no al otro día de retirarme del apartamento) . Es complicado llegar si no tenés internet y lees,antes de ir ,el mail que te envían con las instrucciones

Ingreso complicado Negative: El ingreso al apartamento es complicado, no pude generar el QR solicitado, a pesar de que ingrese los datos que fueron solicitados, escribí al anfitrión y tardo en contestar, además de que no obtuve el código o pin de la puerta hasta que ingrese. La hora de ingreso es muy tarde a las 4:00 de la tarde y pese a eso se sale a las 11:00 de la mañana. Si desea ingresar antes realizan un cobro extra

Had a wonderful time during our stay. Responsive and wonderful hosts, very attentive to all of our messages during our stay. Great location, walkable to nearby restaurants, beach, stores, and of course Soda Garabito. Felt so safe, had no issues at all. The security guards were great, super friendly and were so helpful with all the questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Lo que me parece muy mal es poder entrar hasta las 4 pm y tener que salir a las 11 am, ni siquiera 24 horas casi solo es Positive: Las instalaciones son bonitas Negative: En cuanto a la limpieza el coffee maker estaba sucio, un cuarto también, y pude observar que secan los paños de las personas junto con los trapos de limpiar el piso, adjunto que la pieza donde se pone el papel higiénico está incompleta.
