My family and I made a last-minute reservation just before Christmas and had a great overall stay.The Not So Good:The pool didn't work properly. It took several attempts to resolve. The “game room” reeked of pot. We bought deodorizers and kept the door open. One fridge reeked and was unusable for food. A fresh deodorizer suggested management was aware. Kitchen utensils were very worn. Knives were too dull to cut food, and the can opener didn’t work. The pool table was visibly unlevel, and the air hockey table was broken. I fixed both. The first-floor master bathroom had no power due to a tripped GFI outlet in another bathroom. Broken glass from a prior renter was left inside the vacuum cleaner and missed by the cleaning team.The Really Bad:The fire suppression/alarm system was unplugged and nonfunctional for the entire stay. I texted daily and never received guidance. The house sits under a very bright streetlight, and there are no blackout curtains. Front bedrooms were extremely bright at night, so we used trash bags to block the light.The Really Good:Management was otherwise very responsive.Once running, the pool and hot tub were excellent. The house is huge, with great separation for kids and adults.The kitchen easily seats 12–14, with plenty of dishes. There is ample bedding and towels. The area was quiet.We would return and do recommend this as a rental.
Positive: A casa é ótima e muito confortável! Espaço de sobra para a familia toda e a localização do condomínio é excelente! O host sempre foi muito solicito! Negative: Na cozinha havia duas geladeiras, uma delas nem usamos porque estava com um cheiro muito forte de camarão estragado. Avisamos o host da casa, mas o problema não foi resolvido até o final da nossa estadia. Não impactou na experiencia porque conseguimos utilizar apenas uma geladeira.
House was clean and offered everything 3 families needed! Our only complaint was the fighting at the house next door late into the night.
House was very nice ,lot of room for everyone only problem was we had two vans in driveway had to back one up a little to unload was in sidewalk about a foot as we were taking are thing in tow truck came and towed it ,back door was not even closed right sen sat across the street dropping a nneighbors vehicle driver was lucky one of the kids were still not in the van
My stay was amazing! Everything was smooth from the check-in to check out. The pictures in the description were very accurate and the cleanliness was top notch. My family and I was very satisfied with our stay while on vacation and already looking to come back and stay at this same location .
We were so happy to have chosen this house for our family weekend vacation it was more than enough space for our group of 13. The house was spacious nicely set up . Our host was amazing. She communicated with us constantly very attentive and helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze. The complementary barbecue was great we were able to enjoy the outside and pool area. We will definitely be saving this house for future vacations.
My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described regarding the house. The home was in close proximity to several grocery stores and it was also close to turnpike and I-4 for getting to attractions.

Avaliação da Casa Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia! A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, tudo muito novo e bem equipado, atendendo perfeitamente às necessidades da nossa família. Além disso, o time responsável foi extremamente atencioso, sempre respondendo rapidamente às nossas dúvidas e solicitações. No entanto, tivemos um contratempo desde o primeiro dia: um dos quartos tinha um alarme de incêndio que disparava várias vezes ao dia. Isso acabou sendo bastante inconveniente. Além disso, em um dos dias apareceu um Piscineiro lá e não fomos avisados previamente sobre a presença dele, achamos bem estranho. Apesar desse detalhe, a experiência geral foi excelente, e recomendamos o espaço para quem procura conforto e um ótimo atendimento.

Do not rent! The house is spacious. However, the air conditioner upstairs did not cool. The temperature ranged from 81 degrees during the day and early night. It only reached 72 degrees after the sun went down around 2 am. The property manager made promises but did not keep them. The technician said the unit was working properly, but that was a lie. We never saw a technician. The pictures of the thermostat that the technician provided at 72 degrees was for the downstairs unit. My family suffered the heat upstairs for 5 days straight. They did not offer to relocate us or provide fans. We had to purchase fans as we waited for a resolution to the problem. We never received compensation. We are seeking legal counseling.
Family Vacation 2024 For the most part the stay was good. I love the space we had. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The communication was really great with the property manager, Gabby was really just a text away, very quick with answers to any questions or concerns I had. My only issues were, the sofa was full of I guess that was dog hair. I pulled out the vacuum and used one of the attachments to get all the hair off. I thought no pets were allowed. I wish the cleaning people had done that. And the game room was in the garage. It has no air circulation. There was no AC or fans, so we weren't able to even go in there. It was extremely hot. Maybe that needs to be disclosed. Outside of that, the house was in good condition.
Perfect home and location My family was so impressed with this home!!! So many rooms and so much space. We were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the game room and pool. What a great home for Thanksgiving weekend

This house was perfect for our large group- plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked, pool/game room was nice. The area was safe and close to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. We would definitely recommend for large groups.
Great house Great house large enough for 12 of us. Hot tub stopped working within hours of us getting to house . Person that services pools at house next door. Asked if he could come over and check it. He said we need to call and report that it had issue. We did and received nasty message that we had broken it turning valves. Told person we had just arrived and had not touched anything response was if it happened again we would be responsible for paying for damages. Hot tub was not functioning for our whole stay we were there nine days. Check in was very confusing they would send out different messages asking for different information day before we arrived they asked for name of all adults in our party because you had to go thru gate upon entering property. At this time he didn’t mention we needed a QR code to enter community so upon arriving at 12:30 am we couldn’t get in because we had never been given QR code . Took a while to be issued code just seemed like should have been better organized check in. Day of check out we are packing up couple next door out side smoking pot for whole time we are packing up to point I was afraid of small children to be outside cause smoke was so thick and smell so strong. House was clean and very nice but service could have been better
Amazing Stay for a Large Group! We had a fantastic experience at this 10-bedroom house! The space was perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly responsive when we had a few minor issues with a chair and the pool table. Everything was addressed promptly, and I appreciated that. The layout of the house worked perfectly for our family. The downstairs guest bedrooms were ideal for our elder relatives, allowing them to avoid stairs, while the younger adults enjoyed the spacious accommodations upstairs. The kitchen was a highlight – well-appointed, spotless, and truly a chef's dream. One note: the sectional and dining room chairs sit quite low, so keep that in mind if you are traveling with older family members. Other than that, the house was wonderful and made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay.
With 18 people, staying at this home was great! Everyone found the bathrooms and bedrooms to be clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and game room were great amenities to have. Plus, Upstay was very responsive before and during our stay. I would recommend this home for large groups interested in staying in Kissimmee (plus Orlando is a short drive away)!
This was a great stay for 10 of us. The house was perfect as were the pool and hot tub. Upstay's communication was very good and made for a smooth pre, during, and post visit experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group really enjoyed the stay. The host was very active sending us information about our stay. and helping answer questions, check in/out was very seamless and we had no issues while there. Our group was there for a work conference, and it was nice for everyone to have their own space including a bathroom, but to also have plenty of common areas to hangout in. Plenty of space for a large family/group. Would 100% book again.
DO NOT RENT!!!! This neighborhood was horrible. We were traveling as a sports team. We were unloading our team van and left it out front for 9 minutes. While we were unloading our van was towed and the host would not work with us to work with the tow company. The neighborhood clearly must be so unsafe that they tow any vehicle not in a driveway. There were groups of teens out on some corners of the neighborhood late at night. We traveled from 9 hours away and I communicated the type of vehicle we had and they said it would be fine. We even found another place to park overnight to comply with the rules. Besides this the house was dirty, they charge extra to heat the hot tub which is only discovered after, the bathroom was dirty, there was hair in the master bed and hair ties on the floor near the bed. On top of all that the fire alarm system randomly goes off for no reason and I had to manually reset the box each time. I would strongly recommend you find another rental!!
Very nice place was a little pricey the wifi wasn’t to our liking but i am a streamer that came with friends who also stream so the wifi was a little slow for us other than that nice house and the host were great

Work Team Opportunity The property was ok - nothing special. Paid to get into the property an hour early and then didn't gain access until 30 minutes before due to entry code not being activated. A Phone contact is very difficult to find so limited a quick response time. Fire alarm was chirping the first night there due to a smoke alarm battery failing and was given a phone call to problem solve turning off the alarm. Never could get hot water in the kitchen sink and the only response was to let it run for 10-15 minutes, which only made it lukewarm.
The level of communication was outstanding. Responses were always fast. The house was exquisite, offering everything required with minimal fuss. Oriana and the team showed remarkable dedication to guest satisfaction, as evidenced by the special birthday gesture for my sister's 50th, complete with balloons, sweets, and a card. I strongly advise others to choose this home.
Exactly what we needed (and more!); perfect for our group I stayed here for a girls trip with 9 friends, and we were all so impressed with this place. This house was HUGE, even bigger than it looked in pictures, and we had the best time. We loved the lounge areas (couches are super comfy and big enough for everyone),

Beautiful home . Great communication from host, however upstairs air didn’t work our entire stay, then suddenly our last night we felt air in the middle of the night. Minus that issue everything else was great.

Overall nice but parking wasn’t clear The HOA will tow your car if any part of it is on the sidewalk. There is a way to fit 4 cars but it has to be done in a certain configuration (which was never relayed to us). The property is big and nice overall. Carpet and floors are not very clean. Air conditioning wasn’t working well on second floor and had a leak that they were going to fix. That could be why it was hot upstairs. Main floor stayed cold. There are 2 refrigerators which is a bonus and plenty of dishes and cooking equipment.

Quick getaway, loved the house… Positive: Very clean, lots of amenities. Negative: The garage game room had a slight musty smell… the hot tub/pool wasn’t heated when it was supposed to be… but our fee was prorated to correct the mistake…
Perfect Location This house was perfect. It was close enough to all the attractions and yet had plenty to do right at the home itself. Loved the clubhouse and all the activities it offered. Will definitely come again!

The customer service for this place needs much improvement. The information given to me changed a few times by different people messaging me. From the very beginning I was told only two cars were allowed to park at the house. I had to push to get permission to get the other cars to park at the clubhouse. when I checked in, the Wi-Fi password was incorrect and I could access the internet, so I didn't have any signal. I had to stand on the street to get some type of signal and call customer service which was not very user-friendly.
