Horrible, dirty. Not in tune with what they are selling. Positive: Nothing Negative: The place was nothing like the pictures and I truly wish I would have read the reviews before booking. I also see with all the comments and complaints, that the establishment does not care to fix anything as all my issues are the same from previous tenants. The a/c was broken upon arrival, after complaints it was freezing and would not go above 70. The water in the kitchen leaked, then entire sink had to be replaced. These two issues alone stole two days of our vacation waiting for maintenance. The bathrooms were dirty upon arrival, dried urine all over toilet seats. Rusty shower, no pressure in shower head, loose toilet paper holder poorly repaired. No toilet brushes. No vacuum. Dirty old broom. Really old dust on panels pf closets. Discusting stains on the carpeting. Broken chaise chairs in the living room(you could not lean backwards) , not the couch as pictured but a much smaller which barely sat 3 people, and disgusting stains. The kitchenware was unusable - pots and pans completely stripped of teflon making them a hazard to use. We had to buy our own pots and pans at a local Target. Out of the 4 wine glasses, one was broken. The only couch end table, broken. The dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and AC unit made extremely loud noise, making it impossible to have conversations when running. The apartment was entered without permission when my daughter was there alone, so I demanded a new key code. A glitch/crack in door so front door could not be sealed properly making outside noises prominent. Old clothes left in one of the dressers. Gross/stained linens and funky smells on beds. Quite sure we contracted bed bugs. We had to set roach traps all over. Ants in one half of apartment. Tv in living room broke last week we were there, which we said no to repair man because we didnt want to waste an entire day waiting for maintenance. We asked for late check out and instead were rushed out 1 1/2 hr early by cleaning staff.

Never again. Positive: What I liked was the scenery. Negative: The host was great. She responded when things needed to be fixed. But, we had to wash our bed sheets and clean the shower and toilets. The toilet handle was broken, so we all had to use one bathroom. The room was hot. The AC man came out and said the AC was working great. So why did me and my kids go to sleep sweating and wake up sweating. The room had an odor. We finally left early loosing our money because it was no refundable. I will never book a non refundable room again. There was also glass on the floor in the master bedroom and we had to clean that up. Thank God I looked down because my daughter almost stepped in the glass. I personally will never book this apartment again. It also doesn’t look like the pictures much at all. Old couch and dirty dishes. I had to go out and buy dishes so I could cook for my kids. Whomever cleaned that apartment did a horrible job. I have no pictures the host has them all so she knows everything I am saying is true. The host was wonderful and very sweet and kind to me and my family.

It was pleasant except for dealing with the bugs. Positive: I liked the room size for a large family. The pool and game room were nice for my grandkids. Negative: The air conditioning was poor. We had a bug problem in our room.

This was the worst stay I have ever experienced Positive: nothing Negative: Honestly everything could have been better. The parking garage is very small and tight. The room looked nothing like it does in the pictures. Everything was dark, creepy and depressing. None of the furniture was the same as in the picture. The room was pac man instead of minions. The furniture looked old and a few of the chairs were falling apart. After contacting booking and booking agreeing to refund us for the remaining days we had booked(which they didn't agree too, they got mad and hung up on booking) the worst part of all was the morning I woke up and saw the door was cracked open. Only thing that stopped it was the top lock we had put on the night before. When my daughter woke up that morning she told me she kept hearing a noise like someone was trying to come in around 5 or 6 in the morning and she was distraught. Im thinking the property manager must have been trying to scare us or do something. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book here.i reached out to them and after 4 days I still haven't heard anything about the situation. Only thing they keep saying is they are going to reached out to the maintenance and cleaning crew about it.

Muito bom, literalmente, nos sentimos em casa. Positive: Gostamos muito do espaço, da organização e da infraestrutura do local. Também gostamos muito das camas. As crianças adoraram o seu quarto. E apesar de termos usado pouco foi ótimo ter a piscina aquecida e a academia. Negative: Não é um ponto negativo em sí, mas foi confuso para conseguirmos acesso ao Wifi do local. Pois a rede informada não era de fato aquela que tinha um bom sinal. Mas depois do contato por mensagem o anfitrião respondeu rapidamente e nos esclareceu que era outra rede.

OK for the price Positive: Location is priced accordingly. It's located near Disney as well as lots of nearby stores and restaraunts. The apartment had plenty of room for a family of 6 but looked nothing like the photos. Negative: There was no spatula or pizza cutter, no basic seasonings like salt and pepper. Some of the furniture was in obvious need of repair. Beds were just ok, not very comfortable. Our AC broke, and maintenance fixed it after 3 hours of trying to reach Upstay. The listed number doesn't work, and their toll-free number was rarely answered. AC can't be set below 72, so it gets warm even when it's at that temp in Florida heat. We reached the mid-80s before it was fixed. The Pacman room had no AC vent and got very little airflow and was always warm and humid. The shower was huge, but the water pressure was like a broken sprinkler. The towels were frayed and super thin, and no wash clothes were provided at all. Parking is terrible. Plenty of spaces were available, but getting in and out is hazardous if your car is longer than 10 feet. It's a very small and curved entry/exit. Pool and hot top are decent, but it seems no one maintains them as the water was dirty and in need of chlorine. Overall, I would recommend that vacationers look elsewhere.

Positive: The apartment was very nice and there was plenty of space for my family of 5. Everything worked, and it was clean. Negative: We were disappointed in how the tenants and other vacationers left garbage laying around in the garage.

Great place to go with your family. Positive: Next time in Orlando we will definitely come back to The Palisades. The apartment exceeds our expectations. The location is easy to arrive. Seven minutes by car there is a nice shopping center where we went every morning for a walk and a coffee. The pool and hot tub are open until 9pm which is convenient when coming back from the parks. The apartment view and balcony were very relaxing.

Perfect stay for a Disney Vacation Positive: We loved the arcade machine in the kids room. We all had a lot of fun playing Pac Man. The place was clean, well decorated, very bright and sunny. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our sta and we had a great time. We would definitely consider staying here again when traveling TO Orlando. Negative: There was nothing we didn't like about the property.

Great value for money, would stay again for sure. Positive: Great value for money, short drive to Disney and centrally located for other Orlando attractions. Great amount of space and well equipped. Made good use of the pool. Negative: Lift was very slow and some of the neighbours were noisy with kids running down hallways both early and late.

Positive: Good value. Friendly staff Negative: Air conditioning didn't cool could not get tempertbelow 80. Compressor froze up. Did not report it as we were not in the unit except at night.

Good value as a base for a Disney parks holiday. Positive: Good value for money with good sized rooms, easy parking, good gym and pool nice for a quick swim after the parks. Host was quick to answer any questions. Would use as a base again but not for spending full days at. Negative: A little more tired looking than the photos shows. The shower curtain rail was extremely rusty which makes the bathroom feel a bit grubby. The air conditioning unit was outside the main bedroom and was extremely loud to have running through the night.

Very convenient stay when having your furry friends with you!

I'm not sure we would stay here again. Positive: I like that it was pet friendly. Location was pretty good close to some key aspects however traffic could be terrible. Negative: Trying to maneuver the Parking garage was horrible. the garbage shoot & garbage out front, it is dog friendly but there is NOWHERE to walk the dogs really. There was no grill, it states there was a movie theater but did not see that either. The room wasn't really as clean as it could be. Previous tenants had smoked in the unit as we found a cigerette package under the bed. We went through 2 cans of lysol/ air freshener to try and get rid of the smoke smell. The backs of the 2 chairs in living room were broken if you tried to sit in them without being against a wall they would not support you. The ice maker did not work we had to buy ice.

The host had a wonderful home, I would definitely book his home again. I loved the master bedroom because it felt very luxurious. I also enjoyed the layout of the apartment. Every time my head hit the pillow I slept like a baby. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Positive: The location was great close to lots of stores and resturants. Negative: The walls were paper thin. The property said kids allowed, however recieved a nose complaint because of us traveling with a 3year old. Despite that heard dogs barking all night.

This is a very large apartment within a 7 minute drive to supermarkets (Walmart, Publix) and fairly close to Disney theme parks. There’s nothing much else around so nothing walkable. Plenty of parking spaces, never had an issue. The pool is big and its surroundings are clean but there is little shade apart from a few umbrellas. Bring pool towels. The building is surrounded by vegetation and pine trees; if you have allergies, beware during pollen season. On the downside, the images of the apartment (light and bright) are not an accurate representation of the unit we were assigned which was pretty dreary to be honest with dark walls and aged furniture. There is a disclaimer to this effect on the AirBnB listing so be prepared. The unit was superficially clean but kitchen units were sticky to touch and, although swept, the floors in the kitchen and sitting area could have done with a wash. Host was very responsive and helpful host when a few issues arose.

Very nice host was very attentive place was spotless and was very quiet. Short distance from Disney and other restaurants also gas station. We will be back very happy with my stay!! Thank you

Very responsive. Helped me with an early check in last minute and upgraded my room for me because I had an extra person and had difficulties with another Airbnb that cancelled last minute. Had an issue with WiFi not connecting during the stay but they were very responsive to the issue and helped me with the issue within 15 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

Great Stay! Would love to go back! Positive: Loved the communication and fast responses and how they genuinely wanted to give you the best experience (even though we didnt need anything extra). Great spot if you're going to Disney/Universal. Close, but not too close. Clean and comfy! Definitely would stay again! Negative: Nothing! It was a very comfortable place to say during our Disney/Universal vacation. Nothing happened that was in their control (silly kids in the hallway late at night, this was pretty rare through our week long stay though. maybe twice were we disturbed by teens or pets)

Nice stay, good location

Everything was amazing. The house is in the perfect location, everything is quiet and cozy. The beds were amazing and we took advantage of the soaking bath tub after long days at the parks! Great host and great Airbnb! Communication 10/10. We look forward to coming back soon!

Muy básico Positive: Buena ubicación si vas para Disney, y respuesta rápida del anfitrión. Negative: El aire acondicionado el primer día no funciono, aunque la respuesta del anfitrión fue inmediata y al otro día se arreglo, el aire sonaba demasiado duro. La piscina era como verde, parecía sucia y las instalaciones parecían descuidadas, no estaba mal pero creo que podrían haber mejores hospedajes. No hay jabón para la lavar los platos sucios, en los otros lugares siempre me ha tocado que dejan.

The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided all of the necessary information to easily enter the property. When we needed additional information for the wifi, they were prompt to respond. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. The location to Disney is ideal as you can get to the Disney parks without getting into the I-4 traffic.

Overall spacious unit but cleanliness was not good Positive: Location was great and very spacious Negative: Unit was not cleaned properly and once owner was notified the cleaners had stated they cleaned the unit while we were out and they did not .

The stay was spacious and cozy but not clean. Positive: I liked how spacious it was and the balcony and the pool. Negative: There was ants in the house and we also found roaches. Additionally the kitchen equipment were not properly good to cook with they were in poor conditions. The towels had stains in them. And the bed sheets and comforter had a weird smell. The place looked tidy but not clean.

It was adequate but I was expecting more. Positive: The bed was comfortable. The unit was large and nicely equipped. The unit was clean. The host was very nice and attentive. Negative: Water pressure in shower was terrible. The unit does not look bright and new like the photos. The corridor, elevator and front door leading to the unit need updating, so all in all, it gave me a creepy vibe.
