Great Property & Location Super location. Lovely pool, mostly quiet as most people are at Disney.Good price compared to others in the area.*had a couple of small issues and the owner dealt with them easily and quickly :)

This was a perfect location for the Disney parks. We did have an issue with the air going out but the host did his best to get it back up and running asap. Overall the stay was just as advertised, and as expected for the price!

This unit was adequate; spacious and functional. We had what we needed for our trip to Florida and the location was convenient. We were disappointed that the pool was not usable (we had some beautiful weather!) and although the unit was fine, the building was noisy and smelled of smoke. Overall it was a good value.

THE BEST! First of all, the host(s) they were all super helpful with our concerns about the property. They were great with communicating within the hour. Second, this is place is super easy to find and its super peaceful in the mornings. If you're waking up in the morning to head to the parks the sun shines so nicely through the living room. All of the rooms were well kept and cleaned. Is super worth the price you're paying. With the helpfulness of the hosts (the lights did go out in the kitchen at night and they were able to get their maintenance team to fix it at the earliest convenience which was the next day). Parking at the property was also super easy. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Good for what you pay Positive: Big apartment that was clean for the most part and furnished well. Negative: Sheets were not changed after the last guests and the rest of the building- not the apartment- was not upkept well. The elevator button stopped working on our floor and the hallways were heavily sprayed with air freshener instead of being properly cleaned.

We had a great time in the three nights of our stay. The condo complex is located in a peaceful area near Disney. There's a Wawa, an Aldi and a Walmart within 7 minutes radios. It has a nice size pool with games for the kids, plenty of outdoor sitting areas for relaxing. There is a pool and a tennis table. The gym has all the equipment needed for exercising. I loved the natural lighting and watching the sunrise from my room's balcony during my morning coffee. The place was clean and spacious, the kitchen had everything needed to prepare simple meals. Luiz was an amazing host! I appreciated that he answered my questions promptly and effectively. We're looking forward to visit again soon.

It was Amazing Positive: I love the clean and spacious apartment. My kids loved the room set up, the beds were so comfortable omg I wish I could have took it home with me🤣. Me and my family will be returning back Negative: Parking was my least favorite only because he have a truck and most parking spaces was for compact and full Sized cars

The place is impeccable. Great rooms, all clean, you can live there for months if you want, all equipped. I recommend.

The condo was nice and spacious, the hosts responded promptly and the pool was lovely. Positive: The pool area was lovely, and immaculately maintained. Easy to access the unit when we arrived, and hosts were very responsive. The unit itself was very spacious and the exercise room was good. Negative: The hallways were in desperate need of renovation. Carpets were stained and worn, and new paint would go a long way. In our unit, the living room furniture was quite uncomfortable, there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms and no hangers in any of the closets. Where is one supposed to put all their clothes for an entire month? The kitchen was not well equipped. There were plenty of dishes, plenty of glasses and enough silverware. No baking dishes, no serving bowls or platters, very few serving/cooking utensils. There was a broom, but no dustpan? Ceiling fan in the living room did not work, nor did the vacuum cleaner. Shower/tub combination in the main bath were hopelessly clogged with almost no water pressure. I did make management aware of these things, but we just managed without using that shower or that ceiling fan, were not able to vacuum while we were there, and bought some inexpensive things for the kitchen.

Overall, our stay was okay, but cleanliness needs more attention. When we arrived, there was a strong bleach smell. We found the remote under the bedsheet and chips under the couch and in the pull-out couch. Please make sure to check all coffee cups before use — I made my wife a cup of coffee and noticed lipstick on one of the cups that was in the drawer. With better attention to detail, this could be a much better experience for future guests.

The place was really homey and beautiful and we didn’t really need to get anything cause it was equipped and fully stocked. The only thing is we weren’t able to use the amenities like the pool and the game room most of the time because there’s no employee in sight and the doors are always closed. My boyfriend knocked on the “staff only” door and he saw someone hide so we wouldn’t see them. There’s a piece of paper with management phone numbers but they just rang no one ever answered. Aside from that it was all really smooth and easy going and the condo was super comfortable.

June 2025 The home layout is perfect to give some personal space for everyone in our group. Bedrooms are spacious. The pool area is set up for family fun.

The location of this Airbnb was great — very close to Disney and other major attractions, and parking in the garage was always available and convenient. However, the stay itself had some issues. It was difficult to access the unit at check-in because the unit number wasn’t provided, which made getting in confusing. Once inside, the space was unfortunately not clean. The unit was covered in pet hair — on the floors, the coffee table, and even the bed frames and headboards. The floors were dirty enough that I ended up vacuuming the place myself. The location is definitely a highlight, but the cleanliness needs serious improvement before I would consider staying here again.

Great place

Positive: Size of bedrooms was great. In-unit laundry was very convenient. Location was good for us. Negative: Toilet seat in main bathroom was broken. Towels and linens were low quality. Shower had absolutely no shelving to put toiletries, so shampoo and soap had to be put on the shower floor. Not a single hook to hang a towel. Terrible water pressure.

Choose another place to stay! Positive: Location was very far from idrive restaurants and activities, bed sheets were not clean and had to wash and reset beds, beds were terrible definitely new mattresses needed. Facilities were not kept and dirty. I would not be staying here again.

Nice place and great location for what we needed. Quiet area. Nice balcony. Since this location is so close to our son's home would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet, the staff was quick to help us when we needed them. We were very comfortable and had a great time in Florida.

Upon my arrival and throughout my stay, the property was well maintained, quiet, and tidy. Luiz was one of the most help Positive: I like that the property has amenities and the units are very nice, clean, and spacious exactly as displayed. Negative: I really don’t have any dislikes everything is just as expected.

A great apartment! Clean, super spacious and super well located in the Winter Garden neighborhood.

We arrived to the condo with the AC being broken. It was marking at 85 degrees. We contacted Gabriel and they had to transfer us to another unit for the night. In that other unit, some of the water from the sinks would not even come out and we heard the neighbors having a domestic dispute all night. He wanted us to go back to the original unit the following day with the AC still being broken. The maintenance did not pass by until 2pm. Gabriel made it difficult to obtain a refund as he stopped responding to us and was not truthful with the AC not being able to be fixed that day. We had to cancel our trip early and had to involve AirBnb to receive a partial refund and even then, we still believe we should have received a full refund due to their inconsiderateness and their lack of communication. Poor hosts. Do not care nor make it simple for their guests. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
