Negative: The parking garage entry and exit are is very narrow and small.
From check in to check out our stay was perfect.
We enjoyed our stay since the location offers both isolation from heavy traffic and a close proximity to theme parks. There are plenty of dining choices within minutes away. The commons area offers a great way to wind down, while the pool is great for families, having a shallow end on either side. The condo was quite spacious, which is great for those who might have family members desiring some privacy.
We enjoyed our stay. Check-in process was easy. Covered parking was a bonus since it was raining cats and dogs when we arrived.
Everything was Amazing! Only issue I had was water in the primary bedroom was not hot! It barely got warm. Other than that everything else was perfect. Photos shown was exactly how condo looked!

in the parking it appears that there are vehicles that are abandoned or have not being operated for a long time building entrance in disrepair commercial trash cans in front of building with fowl smell entrance door lock not secure, it wobbles main bathroom toilet door does not close due to poor repair job (door lock screws are too long and don't allow the door to close) table chair with broken leg fowl smell in corridor (maybe from trash cans in front of building) dryer needs maintenance internet network in apartment not working (they gave us access to building network though). I already told the building manager about this but have no idea if they will fix it or not
Luis was very clear and communicative the place was great and spacious. Cute view from the balcony too! Got a chance to chat with him and he seems like a great guy! Lobby area is nice with activities as well! Thank you!
Logement conforme a la description, lit confortable. Upstay et Luiz ont toujours été réactif et nous ont permis de rester quelques heures de plus à notre départ. Je recommande bien évidemment sans problème leurs services et le logement.
Very nice and super spacious. Had everything we needed to cook meals and do laundry. 10/10 will be coming back again.
Great condo super close to Disney parks. We have stayed at a lot of airbnbs, this was the closest one yet. We just needed a place to stay for a few nights visiting our daughter and this was perfect. Super clean. very spacious, and not a far drive to anything Disney.
Great communication I came in late but everything went smooth I would definitely book again that’s for the stay
The apartment had ample space, and everything was spotless.
