The hosts are incredible; Super responsive and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The house matched the photos. It's a very large place perfect for a large guess list. The kitchen was also stocked with everything needed to host a dinner party. That may sound like an expectation but as a frequent renter.... it's not. I give this place 5 stars..🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Beautiful place
The house is wonderful for large groups—clean, spacious, with soft beds and private bathrooms for every bedroom. However, several maintenance and safety issues keep it from being pristine. One dishwasher didn’t work, the Connect Four base was broken, the air hockey puck needs replacing, and the pool table lacked chalk. Worse, we found glass shards on the pool deck, the pool netting was ripped, and the theater chair platform sticks out, creating a major tripping hazard during pool games. Don't waste money heating the pool/hot tub unless it's dead winter; the hot tub barely gets warm and has no cover.The host was highly responsive, but the management company has a major weekend service gap—they won't come out Saturday or Sunday, even for toilet paper.The biggest stressor was parking. For a house holding 24 people, you only get 3 parking spaces. To fit everyone, you practically have to rent cargo vans, which some people did. If you park an extra car, you will be towed. Tow trucks prowl day and night, charging 205 per tow, and the owner cannot override HOA guidelines. Managing vehicles caused intense daily stress; we had one car towed and saw many others taken.If you want to experience this otherwise amazing property, budget for cargo vans or towing fees in advance so you can enjoy your stay without the arrival anxiety.
nice place for 12+ guests and location is idea. Host was very responsive to requests and issues.
