It’s one of the largest places we have stayed at so far I cannot believe how many bedrooms and they were big bedrooms and how many bathrooms there was! It is a really nice place. If you want to order something like from Walmart or pizza place you’ll want to give them the front gate address on your order but then in the notes put down the house address because it might not show up on their GPS but other than that it was great and like I said that’s not no fault of the Airbnb or or our Host the place was very beautiful inside plenty of room for a large families it was pretty fancy and the pool and hot tub was very nice too! The next time we’re in that area gonna make sure to take my grandkids there they will love the place with kids rooms are decorated! The Host would respond in about 10 or 15 minutes of you message them! If you’re looking for lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and large table for dinners. This is a place for you very clean very beautiful!! I would love to come back!

This place was awesome. Accommodated my whole family. Enough spaces for everyone to sit and relax and enjoy themselves. Inside spotless. Our flight was delayed and the owners had no problem extending our check out. Great experience.

La casa muy linda, espaciosa! Tanto los chicos como los adultos se divirtieron mucho en el cuarto de juegos, la piscina espectacular! La calefacción estuvo perfecta con el clima! No tuvimos que llevar nada solo la comida! La cocina estaba bien dotada de todo lo que necesitamos, muchas toallas disponibles! En general excelente! Volvería con gusto a disfrutar con mi familia en el futuro, la anfitriona súper atenta y responsable!

This home was everything we were looking for. We have a huge family & it fit all of us perfectly. The home was clean & tidy and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool and game room were the highlights. Our host Renata was very responsive. The downsides were that we didn’t have any skillets in the kitchen and the hot water took a while to heat up, but it does! The hot tub heater wasn’t working either. The neighborhood was very busy and parking was a disaster. We carpooled as much as we could but we ended up having 6 cars. The house has 5 parking spaces and the club parking is a gravel parking lot that was full our entire stay. We ended up getting towed TWICE. We finally figured out that we could park the 6th car horizontally in front of the 5 in the driveway. If you park here, stay off of the grass & the blacktop! Other than that, it was a great stay!

The house suited my needs. The Host was very responsive and courteous and could even say AWESOME. The pool was very clean. The only issue as always was the parking. My family loved the area and the house.

Disney Family Vacation Beautiful home and great location to accommodate my family of 24. Home was very spacious in a great location close to everything. Home wasn’t cleaned well prior to our arrival. The carpet going up the stairs was really dirty and a couple bathrooms needed some TLC. We also had to scrub some pots before using them they were filthy with burnt food in them. Home was also not equipped with essential items like wash clothes so bring your own. I was told due to sanitary reasons they don’t provide them. We had to purchase some because not everyone travel with their own. We also purchased a baking sheet, cleaning supplies, tissue and garbages because it wasn't much extra of anything. Overall our stay was good but we had to do some TLC to the home and purchase essential items because we didn’t want to bother management we just wanted to have a good time!

Amazing The property was exactly as described. The host's communication was amazing. They were always quick to respond. My family and friends absolutely loved it. We literally didn't have to leave the home for anything except to go shopping. Loved it!

Celebrated my son’s 18th birthday/Christmas with family get together The place was spacious, clean and bathrooms galore. Everyone was comfortable and the host answered any question I had. Checking in was a breeze with clear instructions given by host. We could not have chosen a better location! We will definitely be back when in Orlando!

The house was amazing and accommodated our big family! Please note parking is for only five vehicles not six as stated. You will get towed if you park on the side or the grass!

This home was amazing!!! The hosts provided clear instructions to get to the home and gain access to the property. Plenty of space, well equipped with daily essentials, and very nice decor throughout the entire home. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, and entertainment are all within short driving distances. My family and I felt like we were home the entire stay.

I highly recommend this beautiful home for your vacation stay! The house is very tastefully decorated, spacious for large groups, fairly well equipped (more on that later), it has a beautiful patio and pool area with plenty of seating, and it was very clean and comfortable! Renata, our host, was very sweet and responsive. We did have a few issues, like no large non-stick pan for making scrambled eggs and the Keurig coffee maker did not work, but she ordered and delivered new ones to the house by the end of the evening. We also had issues with the pool and hot tub not heating, which was reported early in our stay, but did not get fixed until 5:00 PM on our last night. However, after a some messages with Upstay, they did refund the full fee for the pool and hot tub heat. It was unfortunate that it wasn't fixed sooner, which is the only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars, but I'm glad it was fixed for the next guests. There are a few minor things to note when booking this home. We were provided with only a few kitchen garbage bags and a small amount of dishwasher detergent, so we had to buy more. Garbage is picked up daily, but the guests before us didn’t bag their trash, so make sure you do that. There are plenty of dishes and glassware, but the pots and pans weren't great for cooking. The pool cleaner dumped a lot of chemicals so we couldn't go in the pool for some time after that. Overall, we had a GREAT stay, just make sure to ask about supplies before arriving. And enjoy!!

Great layout for a large group. It was nice to have multiple appliances like 2 refrigerators, 2 coffee makers, toasters, etc.It was nice that the back yard leads to a green space which added a little more privacy.

Although check in was not as seamless as we expected, I would stay at this property again. Beautiful space with plenty of my group of 13 adults. House exactly as depicted, beds were comfortable. Community had a nice pool and decent gym. Location was good for a group who wanted to commute to both Orlando and Disney. Would absolutely stay there again!

Had everything we needed for a 20+ person trip. Parking was a bit of a logistics issue but it's whatever.

I found this house to be just what we needed for 16 people. I was impressed at how everybody had their own room and bathroom and two spacious living rooms and the two washers and dryers the two refrigerators two dishwashers. all of my guests were very comfortable there very roomy for all of us. love the hot tub although it was a little too cold to use the pool. I would recommend this place to anybody who had multiple guests.

The house was conveniently located to the Disney parks and ESPN world wide of sports. The house is able to accommodate large groups. Pool was great.

Our group of 10 people were extremely comfortable with plenty of space to spare. The property location was close to all the restaurants and Theme parks we were looking to visit. The Pool, hot tub and patio were the perfect place to relax and enjoy our downtime from Theme parks. I highly recommend booking this property and we definitely will be back again.

Big and beautiful house good for big groups. We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect, its near shopping centers, groceries and restaurants. Its about 20mins away from Disney parks.

The home was beautiful and clean. The host was very responsive and nice. We loved the size and space. It was decorated for an adult crowd as compared to some of the more disney themed houses. The only negative is the parking. Only 5 cars can park in the driveway and there is limited guest parking. They towed a lot of cars during our stay.

A great house that made for a great week away. Positive: The house was a great size, lots of bedrooms and more than enougn space for socialising. Renata our host was fantastic and always super responsove and helpful. Negative: Unfortunately the hot tub heat just wasn't there. We ended up only using it 2 nights out of 10 and those were us being stubborn. It was mentioned but we were informed there were no issues. It was really the only aspect of the house that let us down.

It was an enjoyable trip. I would book again. Positive: Breakfast wasn't offered. Negative: Communication with host. Lawn wasn't done. Old food was around doorway when I first arrived.

Positive: Location Negative: I was not happy at all with my stay especially for the amount I paid to stay here. Firstly we arrived to check on at 16:30 and found the cleaner still on site even though check in was from 16:00. Further to this even though the cleaner was there none of the beds were clean, towels were dirty and the floors did not look like they had been vacuumed. When I raised this I was just bought new bedding which we then had to replace ourselves. This is so unacceptable and I would have just expected every single bed to be remade that next day. There were many broken items some that I mentioned and some that I hadn't mentioned previously. I would have expected better from such a high priced rental. Also they gas can was clearly not filled for our arrival as someone came the next day to fill it. The pool was serviced during our stay and there should have been a warning about this as the chemicals were very harmful to people's eyes. Overall I would say that I would not choose to stay with upstay again and I would not recommend this company to anyone else. Thank you

The house itself is quite nice and offers plenty of space. Unfortunately, our check-in was delayed by an hour as the cleaning was still in progress. We expressed our disappointment and requested either compensation for the late check-in or a later checkout time. We were informed that this would require communication with the property manager. We have not received any updates on how or if we would be compensated. Also, please do park on the grass or street! You would be towed.

The house was in excellent condition, and the price was reasonable. Communicating with the hosts was also easy. However, the parking situation was inadequate for a house of this size. There are only 5 parking spots available in the driveway, and the clubhouse has limited parking spaces for a big neighborhood. We arrived on a Friday and were not able to find a parking spot at the clubhouse. The only option offered to us was to leave the car overnight at a nearby Target, which we didn't find safe. If the hosts can solve the parking situation, it would make the house perfect for future guests.

The hosts were very responsive! We had a great stay!
