The hose is an excellent choice for a large group of people. It was clean for the most part, a couple of my family members stated that the two of the bathtubs were not clean. The host was great, she took care of a Wi-Fi network problem. The right refrigerator intermittently make a strange knocking sound and NO ice maker in the refrigerators. This a family friendly location, lots of room and bedrooms. The Jacuzzi was great, but the water was a little cold for native-born Floridians. The main part of the pool lights did not work, so it was a little dark at night. Parking can be a nightmare if your group has more than four vehicles due to very strict parking restrictions. All overflow vehicles will have to park around the lake or at the clubhouse. All in all, I would stay here again.
Positive: The host was very good. He answered all the call, text or email. I really appreciate that. We like mostly everything about the house. It meets our needs. It was a Big and beautiful house. The kitchen, dining room, living room and the bedrooms were very spacious and cleaned.The pool was very clean. We really enjoyed it. . Everybody was in love with the house. Definitely, we will come back again. Negative: Thank God I ask everyone to bring their own towels I think they need to change the towels. Some of the linen had stains on them. We did not find any pot and pan to cook, we have to buy some. They have pot or pan for like 2 people not a group of 15.There were two fridges but we had to buy ice because the ice machine was not working. They did not leave any coffee, like every where I go they always leave at least a small pack of coffee. any extra towels paper or toilet paper
Family Luxury Mansion was an nice home. Positive: The house was very spacious and roomy it also was clean. Negative: The parking was awful. If I'm paying for a house that holds 20 people, the driveway need to be accessible for all parties that are staying at the house. Only 4 vehicles could be in the driveway at 1 time. This were the worse part of the trip.
Sonoma Villa Positive: We had a nice stay at the villa. It was modern and could accommodate our large group. The location was convenient to our needs. Negative: Some of our bedsheets and towels were stained. We were a little surprised that no complimentary essentials were provided, such as tea, coffee, sugar, or even a small welcome pack. A few basic provisions would have made the arrival feel more welcoming and convenient, especially after a long journey. It’s a small touch, but one that can make a big difference to the overall guest experience.
This place was just what we needed for our party of 9. Place looks just like the pictures and I love how they reached out a few days prior to verify the reservation and to see if we had any questions. Thalita was also great with responding to my inquiries throughout our stay!
Amazing house, plenty of room. We went with a group of 16 people and we were all comfortable. Mark and Lyndsey were very polite and answered all our questions. Pool was great and we hope to book this house again.

Perfect place to stay! This house was beautiful and perfectly cleaned! There are so many different room options that everyone in our party found what they were looking for. I HIGHLY recommend this property for any large groups! The house is about 15 minutes from Disney World and about 30 minutes from Universal. We found everything we needed food wise in the grocery store nearby. Communicating with the host I found to be easiest via email. Quickest response we received was via phone call. We never had any issues with the property. Overall it was an amazing experience and made our week that much more magical! Thank you to the host for having such a wonderful place to stay!
Very spacious and plenty of rooms for kids and adults to hang out in their own spaces. Ice makers don't work in the freezer, but not a big deal. Bedrooms upstairs were a little warm, but fans were provided.
Thank you so much for the use of your home. It was beautiful and comfortable. My family and I had a great time and would be back should we be in the area again. Folks this home is very spacious and comfortable. I only had one issue and is the heating of the pool. The pump burned out unexpectedly so we were unable to use it as it was cold. All in all we had a great experience.
My family and I enjoyed Thalia and Rob's listing overall. It accommodated a family of 14 easily. Every room was spacious for everyone to enjoy. The parking was a headache. For a 10-bedroom house, there were only 2 designated parking spots due to no parking on the streets. We had 4 cars and had to find parking at night for 2 of the vehicles. Neighbors who did park on the street did receive tickets each morning. The houses are really close. Although there is a rule of quiet time from 11 pm-7 am, that rule only exists for the house you are in. The neighbors next door, on both sides, were noisy and had loud music all night. Also, there were no face clothes, so we had to purchase those. The description needs to be updated about the resort. Although there was a large swimming pool, there was no water slide, tennis, basketball, or volleyball courts, or children's play area. So we were a little disappointed about that having 6 children traveling with us.
My family and I were disappointed with our fortunately brief stay at your home. Internally, the property appears to be minimally maintained and cared for. The pictures posted of your home present to be misleading and antiquated. Upon arrival my family was greeted by bugs such as roaches. The linen, pillowcases and towels are worn down. The couches are stained. The toilet seats have blemishes. We did not have access to the entire home because the garage door is broken again, falsified and misleading. I read in a recent review that the carpet was changed that simply was falsified and misleading. The carpet all over the home is filthy and worn down. The white walls are dirty. Your 10-bedroom property simply failed to meet the luxurious stay we were seeking. The comfort, quality, proof of cleanliness and freshness was lacking. Internally, your property is in dire need of some tender love and care. The space was not relaxing, and the details are being neglected.

Positive: Our family came down for our annual trip for the No Guts No Glory event at Orlando Speedworld. The house was huge. We had more than enough room. Will be booking again. Negative: We only had two issues but nothing major. The host responded back quickly.
This Airbnb was the worst place to stay at. The first noticeable thing was that the house was dirty. From the doors, the toilets, the duvets, the refrigerator, etc. We paid to have the pool heated and it was not heated. The TV was broken; it had a crack in it. We immediately reached out to the host and did not get a response. We reached out to Airbnb and received the run around. One of the refrigerators was not working. e refrigerator was leaking water so bad. We had to pull the refrigerator out, clean underneath the refrigerator and that’s when we discovered roaches. We were using the ice maker from the other refrigerator and noticed that both refrigerators had built up mold. One of the kids had an allergic reaction and we believed it was from the ice from molded dispenser. One of the bathrooms downstairs had a leak coming from the vents. The left side of the house power went out, causing wifi to go out. The linen was dirty. We had a lot more issues, but not enough space to post here.
Business Meeting Good location for Group meeting. Has very large square kitchen table 4 per side that is great for a group sales/business discussion. 10 bedrooms is a plus.
For the price carpet should be clean and we shouldn’t notice a pet smell. I informed them when I got to the house at 9pm Friday night. Sent the pictures at checkout with no resolution. Don’t feel like you should be inconvenienced with someone coming to possibly clean a carpet that should have been clean. Also if you allow pets in your home clean it so it’s not noticeable. I wouldn’t stay at the property in the future.

Cleanliness around the pool was disgusting ! Candy bar wrappers, false eyelash, and a panty liner! We were supposed to have pool and spa heating but the part was delayed and never fixed! We were reimbursed. Very disappointed! We walked into …no master suite remote, and told to look around, stair carpeting worn/ torn, dirty looking, no air hockey pucks, no wash clothes, ice machine in both refrigerators were broken , one refrigerator wasn’t as cold as it should have been, reported and they sent a repair man. The furniture was comfortable as well as the beds. This home needs attention. We reported all of the above on the first day and at best ,were given excuses except for the refrigerator repair and one could not be repaired. A beautiful home but again needs attention.
Home is not as pictured. Horrible stay. One Refrigerator didn’t work. One dishwasher didn’t work. Fifty carpet.

Positive: The property served our needs well. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was close to markets, shops, etc. Negative: There was confusion, instructions given and instructions posted were often the opposite. For example: 1. I was told additional cars were to park at the clubhouse, yet in the house it clearly says that there is no overnight parking. 2. I was told not to use the garage, yet in the house it clearly says to park additional cars in the garage. 3. The fitness center was being remodeled. 4. There was confusion as to when the pool closed. The sign at the clubhouse said 5pm, the house sign said through 11pm.
Mansion It Was NOT The house that was posted was when they purchased it. The carpet was filthy and crunchy. The floors were dirty. The 1 towel we each received were like sandpaper. 1 roll of bathroom tissue per room. The greenery in the house was full of sand and webs. We found a bullet in the kitchen… the pool was not heated or had lights. I have to mention we did pay for the pool to be heated! Unkept house. I did not enjoy my stay and it was not worth what I paid!

The bedroom linen was filthy...stained with hair left behind. Bugs and trash in rooms. The carpet was extremely worn out. Some rooms are hotter than others. The garage was broken and the property had stick parking rules that required us to park offsite several miles away with no security. It was so bad that we had to find another place to stay. I advised the owner to come and do a real assessment of the house! Pictures of the property out of date.

Loved the house and the beds were so cozy and comfortable. The host proactively provided checking instructions and rules for checking in and at check out.
We liked the house and how big was it. However, the cleaning/managing company disappointed us. There were pet hairs everywhere and the walls looked dirty. We wanted to clean it up by ourselves but could not find vacuum cleaner in the house. The mob for washing a floor looked like it was left there from 1950s. The most important thing you should know about this property is, it is not a brand new house like it is being advertised here, I think they just erase the old listing and create new one when they collect more negative reviews. The house looked like it has seen a lot for the last couple years. So please, don’t fool people, saying that, this was the brand new property. The pool was not cleaned properly also and surprisingly, the heating service we ordered was not provided for last two days of our stay. The lack of the game room is also a big flop.
My stay wasn’t too bad, I did have to send photos of all the dirty walls and the beds not being made, so I to do it, and the linens left in a bag in the counter. I just felt that if I’m being charged a cleaning fee of about 3-400 dollars then coming in making beds isn’t something that I should’ve had to deal in the first place. The host did apologize and offer the late check out that I had already inquired about prior to checking in, which was nice. But if I’m being honest i would’ve preferred them to give me back some of my cleaning fee, they outsource cleaning in I’m pretty sure they reached out with the pictures and information I sent to get either a discounted rate on the next cleaning or to get their money back for that cleaning service as they should’ve because the job wasn’t complete. The host seem like nice people and the home truly is as pictured, minus the comforters and the top of dinning table decor. We other minor issues but I didn’t want to spent my trip on my phone.
