Perfect for larger groups, urban/hip feel. Very spacious and comfortable. Other than the possum chillin in the backyard. Everything was perfect. I blame the possum, not like it was the hostess pet. We will be booking this house in the near future. Thanks for the hospitality!

It’s clear the owners invested a lot of money and energy to make a unique and beautiful Airbnb. Looks just like the pictures, very quiet neighborhood, great pool and outdoor space. Worth every penny - you won’t regret it!

Definitely worth why we paid! I was in charge of booking a place for 10 people and I received so much praise for choosing this place! Everything was clean, looked exactly like the pictures and we all had a wonderful time together at such a beautiful house! Loved getting the opportunity to stay here! Will hopefully be back soon!

This house has the perfect setup for bigger groups, that are also looking for privacy. We really enjoyed staying here because of the open space, amenities and location. Would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling in for work or family/friend trip, and want a fun spot to add to the trip.

We had a great stay at the house! Communication with our host was great, they always responded quickly and answered questions. The place was well located, but it was fun just hanging out at the house - excellent space! We didn’t have enough kitchenware for a large group, and some of the pans were worn down. Also would recommend bringing a lighter/matches for the grill!

Awesome location for a large gathering like we had. Would have been nice to have larger cookware for 15 people.

Not worth the money We were a group of 15 adults in town for a birthday. We were nicked and dimed during our stay. No option for early check in without paying despite the house being empty in the days leading to our check in. The house was stocked with maybe 15 bath towels. We quickly noticed there were no pool towels despite the pool and hot tub located on the property. When we requested more bath towels and pool towels we were told we had to pay. I found that to be absolutely ridiculous considering the thousands of dollars we paid to stay there for 3 nights. You can’t control the AC, it’s set and locked by the management company. The AC actually went out and it was very hot. A repairman came to fix it and must have done so incorrectly because then the heat kept coming on with no way to shut it off. The property manager never offered a solution for this. Overall not worth the money with all the issues we experienced.

Great for a large group The house is has all of the amenities required to host a large group properly. We had 18 guys from 25-30 and everyone fit well and had an enjoyable experience with the property management group. Would recommend.

Perfect House/Location We had an unforgettable weekend in Austin and this house was a key part to the success of the trip! This house is in a great location, close to Rainey & 6th Street. The house is clean and perfect for any big group! The backyard with the pool/hot tube and turf patio makes it a great spot to chill and relax. Definitely going to recommend this house to friends and family in the future!

Amazing Property I cannot thank the owner enough for this house. We had a great time here. It easily sleeps 20 people comfortably. It is close to all that austin has to offer but in a quite neighborhood. We were walking distance from plenty of bars and restuarants. The house was imaaculate and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic that my family absolutely loved. The kids especially enjoyed the freedom to run around and play, just as if it were their own house, which added to the cozy and welcoming vibe. \n\nThe hosts were fantastic! All of our questions and concerns were handled quickly and efficiently, making the experience stress-free and enjoyable. \n\nThe only slight downside was that there were no window coverings. However, this actually enhanced the bright and airy modern feel of the home , which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a small trade-off for such a stunning place. \n\nHighly recommend for families or groups looking for a comfortable, stylish getaway! 👏

The house looked exactly like the pictures. Very attentive host checking in daily on any needs. Will def book again!

Fun place for a family gathering We had two families celebrating Thanksgiving here and the accommodations and layout of bedrooms were great! The neighborhood was convenient to downtown, UT and the activities we wanted to do. Hot tub was perfect in the colder weather. Decor was eclectic and fun and Loved the #Stay Together wall for pictures! Management company was super responsive to any questions we had.

Great House in Great Location The house was a great place for friends/family to hang out in a location close to everything in Austin. It was a perfect place for our group, and we enjoyed the amenities including the pool, video game, and outside space. The house was exceptionally clean and neat when we checked in. The only exception is that the pool was a bit of a mess. I cleaned a ton of leaves out of the skimmer and kept sweeping leaves out of the pool. Leaves in the pool are inevitable this time of year, but whoever was responsible for the pool didn't know how to clean the skimmer.

Booked for a bachelor party. The house was great and the Hosts were timely / responsive to questions about the booking. Would definitely recommend for large groups!

Came here for my bachelorette party and had the best time! There were enough beds for every girl, and the pool was the best addition for the HOT days. Centrally located for anywhere you could want to go!

We came to celebrate my sister bachelorette. Weekend in Texas. The house was spacious and clean for our large group. Everything was close and even the drive to lake Travis was not long. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Definitely enjoyed ourselves and I would recommend this house.

My Bach group slept so good in this house! We had so much fun. We weren’t far from anything at all. This is definitely my favorite trip I’ve taken so far!

We had such a wonderful stay here for my bachelorette party! The sleeping arrangements were perfect and the common areas were very comfortable for our group. If we had any issues, Valerie and Kyle were extremely responsive. All in all I would highly recommend staying at this property with a big group!

This is the perfect spot for a large group trip! There are more than enough comfortable beds for everyone, spacious common areas, and a large private backyard! The decor was fun and modern, everything was clean and as expected. Very close ride to airport and downtown bars/restaurants!

We reserved this home for part of our team during a work trip and it worked out wonderfully!! Everyone who stayed there kept talking about how much they enjoyed it, and the jacuzzi was definitely a favorite after long days. It sounded like the house had plenty of space and was a really comfortable place for the team to recharge at the end of the night!! The hosts were also fantastic to work with!! During our stay there was a small leak and they were extremely quick to respond and very respectful while addressing it. Their communication and willingness to help really stood out. On top of that, one of our team members accidentally left their iPad behind and they made the process of getting it returned incredibly easy, which we really appreciated!! Overall the team had a great experience and spoke very highly of the property and the hosts. I would absolutely recommend staying here!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our second time staying here, it is the perfect space for me and my coworkers!

We had a customer group there for the F1 weekend. When we got to the house the neighborhood around it is not the greatest, but we were thankful to have a place rented. The property itself was nice and the inside worked out well. When we got to the property, we were greeted by a police officer with a citation because the property is not zoned to be a vacation rental. That was very embarrassing due to having customers there to see this happen. I messaged the host and ask them to call me, but it was several hours later before I finally heard from someone. t was not until late that evening. I talked with a host that was very hard to understand and all they said was they would take care of the situation and they were sorry. I never heard back from anyone else the rest of the weekend and we did not have any more issues. I never found out what actually happened, but I just thought the whole situation was very unprofessional, especially considering how much we paid to rent the place.

We had a great time in Austin! This property IS located in a very central area, but do be aware that it is a transitional area. That being said we did not ever feel unsafe, but we did feel we had to be aware. The house is well layed out and has room for everyone! We did have some problems, with the AC in one of the rooms, and surprisingly the primary bathroom doesn’t have any windows coverings?! BUT the communication was awesome and problems were addressed right away. House is modern and fun, but everything is just a “bit” worn…nothing that will interfere with your fun or your stay, but just be aware: again location is awesome and close to everything! You can walk to Rainey street very easily through the river trail! We visited Paper Boy, Phoebe’s, Jeffrey’s, La Barbeque; and so much more!! Would recommend all and they are all close!! Enjoy your trip!

Stayed here for a good friend’s bachelor party. The property was nice and comfortably fit all 20 of us. The pool and backyard was very enjoyable in the Austin heat. Great location, 5 min walk to Rainey Street.

We had a group of ten aged 18-81 and everyone really enjoyed this property. Big rooms, comfy beds and great outside space. Close to downtown and good restaurants. Would definitely recommend for your group.

6 couples had plenty of room and privacy This house is a perfect place for couples who each want their own private bedroom (6). Also looks to be great for groups who can share rooms (as several rooms had 2 queen beds). 1 room is the guest house- with a private bedroom and bath. We had a great time using the pool and the kitchen had plenty of supplies. (We would have appreciated a couple umbrellas for shade on the balcony and backyard…but OVERALL The house is exactly as it presents- cute and clean and comfortable! (Great location too!)

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean with good communication from the management. My biggest complaint would be that the living room sectional sofa was filthy. It is white, so I get it…but it was far past time to have it cleaned or replaced. Red drink or liquid spilled and splashed all over one large section, and just generally dirty with stains and simply dinghy all over. We used every extra bedsheet and pillowcase we could find and covered every cushion and pillow to even feel somewhat comfortable sitting on the sofa. Completely unacceptable! Last, master bathroom while lovely, needs additional privacy screen on part of the smaller windows, as is done on the large window by the tub. Other than that, we would certainly return if the sofa is thoroughly cleaned or replaced.

Great home and location to Austin

The house was spacious and matched the photos, with a great backyard for hanging out. Hosts were responsive and helpful throughout the stay. That said, a few inconveniences made it feel overpriced- showers didn’t drain properly, the A/C was freezing and difficult to control, and the WiFi was out for the first two days. Overall an okay stay, but wouldn’t book again at this price point.

We rented this specifically for the pool which was too filthy to use. Approached host within 1st hour. They never sent anyone in our 2.5 days to rectify the pool issue, nor any other issue we communicated. Most unresponsive host I have ever dealt with 😡

I enjoyed the location and the size of the rooms. I wish the living room was at bit bigger and open but that’s my personal liking. Then the AC seems to be only working upstairs and on a scheduled. It would work at random times downstairs but then rise back up while upstairs stayed at a decent temperature. Would’ve been excellent if the AC worked correctly throughout the house.

Great home with everything needed for a fun and relaxing stay. Despite some sketchy houses nearby it is safe and clean. Near to downtown was nice too. Loved the decor, the pool and the separate pool house/bed room too.

So much space! Wow!

Had a place booked and paid for months in advance. A few hours before check in I got a call that we could not stay at the originally booked place because of a “power outage”. They moved us into a place with less bedrooms and space. They said they would give $220 refund for inconvenience and still have not seen it. Very sketchy process overall.

Great host and beautiful home we enjoyed our stay !

The check in and check out process for this house was difficult. They said they would email me the instructions the day of and they did not. I had to message them to get answers for almost everything. Usually there is a binder in the house with everything that you would need to know. Also, this host tried to charge us for something we did not break an entire WEEK after we left. Also, they claim this is in walking distance to everything downtown and it is not that close. I do not recommend this place.

Such a fun space. We wish we were staying longer. Had almost everything we needed in the space. Host had great coffee provided. The pool was so relaxing!

The house was fun and exactly as pictured. However, when we checked in, the bed sheets in nearly every room were dirty and stained. There were also some dirty dishes in the kitchen. Fortunately the host rectified the situation and brought in a cleaning crew the following day. It’s a great house but pricey given the issues with its cleanliness.

This was possibly the best airbnb I have stayed at. Interior design was beautiful. What these people have done with the place is incredible. I honestly don’t know what it is, but I had better quality sleep at this place than my own house haha. Owners were nice. Hot tob was incredible in the cold. I will 100% return to this airbnb everytime I visit Austin. Cups, plates, tissue, whatever you need, nothing is missing at all. It truly felt like home. Thank you Valerie and Kyle

Pros on this place We came here for the pool and jacuzzi. THAT WAS THE MAIN REASON WE RENTED THIS PLACE. We were lead to believe it was clean and accessible once arrived. They told us that it would be pre heated prior to our arrival. Which it was not. We arrived to a very dirty pool with green build up. Also a very dirty and unheated jacuzzi. We were also told after making the complaint that the pool guy just serviced it and that it should be good to go. We then were asked for pictures, we provided them immediately. which then they provided another excuse for why the jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned. I think all around this place was a great spot to stay at! Peaceful neighborhood. Unfortunately for the price we paid we don’t think it’s worth the dance to rent a home that gives false expectations and is unreliable when it comes to making sure their home is ready and safe for us to enjoy.

Valerie and Kyle’s place is in a perfect location at downtown Austin, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Valerie and Kyle’s was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

Great house! Check-in and check-out were seamless! The house is in a great location - within walking distance of the river trail and some great coffee shops and food trucks!

3 Day Getaway No gas in the rental so our plans to cook dinner for 2 nights was botched. Showers that we took were freezing due to no gas. No immediate response or resolution was given. I didn't get the experience I was looking for due to these issues but the house itself is beautiful and a lot of fun!
