This was an amazing stay. We had a short stop with my kids and were so happy. The place was better than the picture, super clean and spacious. My kids and I really enjoyed the pac man machine lol. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay here again.

Luiz was a great host. Very responsive and was flexible on checkin. My family and I appreciated that. The place was very nice and clean. We felt right at home. Anyone looking for a nice place located in a nice area and not far from all sorts of restaurants and shopping this is the place for you. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

Spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located—ideal for a family Disney vacation. Positive: We are a family of four—two adults and two children—and we usually stay in standard hotel rooms with two queen beds, which means we’re all in one room and our different sleep schedules can affect each other. This property was a wonderful change for us. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which gave each of us enough personal space to rest properly. The full kitchen was a great bonus for preparing simple meals, especially since we stayed for 15 nights. The location was very convenient for visiting Disney parks and nearby stores. The kids really enjoyed staying in a spacious home—it made the trip feel more relaxed and fun. Negative: There wasn’t really anything we disliked. Everything worked well and matched the description.

Positive: Fotos coincidem com a descrição do site, o acesso é muito fácil, não tem burocracia nenhuma e o contato com o hoster é rápido e ele é atencioso. O local é tranquilo. Negative: Não tirou 10 por detalhes mínimos, como uma banheira sem a tampa, pouca pressão de água em um dos chuveiros, mas nada que prejudicou nossa estadia, apenas detalhes que impedem o 10, o custo benefício vale muito a pena.

Was a good spot, plenty of room for our family. Does have a hotel type vibe which worked out because my kids love staying in hotels. There are a lot of great amenities on the property such as a game room, large gym, pool, etc. unfortunately we only stayed one night and didn’t get a chance to use them. Master bedroom is nice and has 2 sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. I will not generally use a bathtub at a hotel or STR but it was very clean so I felt comfortable actually relaxing and taking a bath. The bunk bed room was great for the kids they loved it. Our older teen stayed in the 3rd bedroom and was also comfy. Place is clean. Keep in mind that if you look up this property(without the unit number)- you will see mixed reviews. That’s because it’s condos. I saw some reviews saying some units were not as nice etc but you have to understand they are individually owned so you can only go by reviews based upon the actual unit.

the location was near all of the vacation destination attractions, also very near good restaurants shopping and whatever you needed. churches were also very close. the location is excellent for your visit to Florida.

Great location in Winter garden Florida, but close to Disney. Condo was well maintained, located in a nice secure community. Highly recommend this location and specific unit. Owners were very nice and pleasant to work with. We will definitely book a future visit with this exact location and condo. Thanks again Bryan

Traffic noise is bad, good location for Disney.. no attendant on site. Positive: The space and lay out of the condo is good. Free parking was good. Negative: The traffic noise was awful. There is no one there, and I didn't get my room number or entry code until I had been there searching for someone to talk to for 20 min which caused me stress and much frustration. There needs to be a check in person on site.
Good place to stay Positive: The area nice an quiet didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool and hot tub because of the weather but I love that fact that it was available. Negative: Everything was good except that mole was in one of the bathroom

Great vacation property Positive: Very clean and beautifully decorated. The unit had everything you need for your stay. I was able to communicate and speak to staff without any issues. Everything I asked, was answered in a timely manner. I will definitely book again. Negative: The tv's didn't seem to work. Except for one. The rest didn't have batteries.

Frustrating!!!!!! Negative: I was never provided arrival instructions after repeated attempts for 3 days to both Booking.com and the complex itself. The phone number given by Booking.com for the complex was ALWAYS busy and no response via email. We left hoping our answers would be provided upon arrival. There was no one to check us in at the unit. Sometimes later someone showed up and got the door code for us. She said she did not recognize the phone number given to us by Booking.com. All this caused us to be late for our important dinner meeting. The unit itself had issues. We had to go out and buy batteries for the TV remotes to get the TVs working. There should be some restitution for our bad experience, and you should correct the issues.
The art deco was the best part of the space. Positive: It was clean. Negative: No way to transport luggage upstairs Traffic was abysmal Noise level (kids running up and down the hall at 2 am) Bare bones kitchen None of the tv remotes had good batteries Sheets were cheap and pilled The floors were sticky
This upstate apartment was everything I could hope for not only did it have everything listed in the picture but as well had some amenities that we didn’t know about such as the game room and the pullout couch everything was perfect and I really appreciate the stay
We loved our stay, place was just like the pictures and far enough away from the main strip to have peace and quiet but close enough to grab morning coffees. Hosts were proactive and so responsive!
Host was great, location and cleanliness was lacking. The broken elevator, dead animal in the parking lot, and unpleasant odor in the unit made the stay less than we had hoped for. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper, as the street traffic can be heard all throughout the night. We booked three nights and only ended up staying less than 30 hours. Definitely disappointed overall.

Very proactive and responsive hosts! The condo and common areas were nice and clean. So much extra space to spread out! Ample parking in the underground parking area during our visit. The unit is on the street side of the building so there was some traffic noise if you are sensitive to that. Overall a great value for the area!
