Thanksgiving Family Gathering Positive: The home is beautiful and clean beds comfortable and kitchen provided a lot of space loved the double appliances (great idea)..plenty of entertainment with t.v...theatre room..overall it is a nice place for a medium crowd 😀 Negative: Did not get full instruction for check in .I was asked to give each adult name for access to the community only to have to be at the gate for 20 minutes trying to find a UR code and send to each adult...so what was the purpose in giving our name? That was a lil frustrating upon arrival.

Pasamos unos días maravillosos en la casa! La escogimos porque éramos dos familias con niños entre 09 y 11 años que buscábamos un lugar para terminar nuestras vacaciones después de los parques. Se venían días de lluvia y necesitábamos un lugar entretenido. Upstay resultó ser un paraíso ! Jamas nos aburrimos! Aprovechamos todas las instalaciones de la casa ! El cine con la máquina de popcorn 🍿 fue una experiencia única ! La sala de juegos con la mesa de Ping pong 🏓 y de 🎱 fue genial y la piscina y el bbq cumplió perfecto el objetivo! Es ideal para familias o grupos de amigos con niños !

Casa muito boa, porém ficamos sem sinal de Wi-Fi por muito tempo! Não entendo o motivo pelo qual ficamos sem o sinal da internet! Atrapalhou muito nossa comunicação e o trabalho de alguns que precisavam da internet! O checkout pedimos para ser um pouco mais tardio para compensar o problema, porém só nos foi dado duas horas a mais apenas!

Great place for an extended family We had 16 people that stayed for four nights and the house was perfect for our needs. Three generations and it was comfortable for all of us. The contact person was almost immediate on all replies. The cleaning crew must be superb because they did a great job. The house was very clean. Great instructions on how to get through the gate and into the house. Should we have a need, we would stay there again.

Awesome house and property management The house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and ready ontime. The kitchenware was provided. The 2 refrigerators was a blessing for a large group. The heated pool was amazing. The family really enjoyed the theater. Perfect location to everything.Only cons were the hot water was just hot enough to take a shower. second, as cool as the light fixtures were, it would have been nice to have ceiling fans in every room, the AC barely kept up with the large group. finally, had to keep up with management with the trash piling up.I would highly recommend this house and Upstay management. Would use them again.

No hot water not enough toiletry for the number of guests mentioned.
