Overall great stay as always ,I would highly recommend ❗️ Positive: The cleanliness,the location was perfect for all the Theme Parks we visited/disney . Negative: The only dislike we had was the beds 🛌. I think it needs upgrading/new ones

Host Luiz and the Upstay staffs were very responsive and friendly. They never intervene, but always a text away when in need. I'm particularly impressed by host Luiz's ability to accommodate our family needs in such short notice. Traveling with kids can be full of surprises and Luiz made it easier for me. I am giving this reservation a 5 stars rating all the way!!!!

This is the perfect spot for a small family. me and my wife had the master w an ensuite bathroom that had a soaking tub that fully used. the other bedroom and bathroom was on the side of the layout that was perfect for my teenage kids. we all had our own space. The bedding was comfortable and everything was clean. Value for money hands down. The furniture was "ikea standard" but functional and not a deal breaker as its just a rental. The amenities were perfect for what I needed. You could hear ppl walking above us late at night when we were in bed. It wasnt constantly and it didnt stop me from sleeping. I did not experiece crazy loud noises throughout the night. the kitchen had everything a family needs to cook my Prep meals for the day.

The place was a perfect size for a grup family trip very private with a Nice pátio outside.

Negative: L’isolation sonore est plus que moyenne. Bruit venant de la route principale et des voisins… Aspect général un peu vieillot, mais ça passe.

Great space with a lot of room and very close to the Disney Parks Positive: Code was sent in advance to arriving on property and checkin time. The property is huge with a lot of space to visit with friends or family. The kitchen makes it great to have breakfast before heading out to the park. The location is 15 mins away from the parks and accessible by backroads (no need to get on the highway)

Our stay here was great! Very close to the Disney parks. It was just right for our family vacation.

Squeaky clean apartment, was perfect for us and our 1 year old. Lots of space, easy to follow instructions. I give this place 5/5 stars because of how perfect it was- clean, SO affordable, spacious, great proximity to Disney and other parks, quiet nights and responsive host. Just make sure to confirm WiFi password and network name before arrival if it’s something that’s important to you, as it was a bit transient during our stay.

We liked the apartment; it was clean and very spacious. We were only 3 people and one child, but a large family could easily fit in there. The apartment is well equipped and has what is necessary and more. The only thing I think is that they should be a little more flexible with the check-in and check-out times. All hotels check in at 3 pm and check out at 11 am. I find it very inconvenient to have to leave at 10 am. It is a bit far from the Universal parks (40 minutes or so) and from the Disney parks, about 20-25 minutes( traffic). We had some problems with the dining room chairs, which I hope will be fixed soon. Afterward, it is a lovely and comfortable apartment.

This is my second time staying here, the first time was great. This time, however, felt like Upstay has degraded in quality. We received a message from a representative saying we were too loud. This is because a chair I had sat on broke when I attempted to stand up (240lbs). He let me know that the guest below me, while we stayed on the bottom floor, was complaining. When asked to clarify, he sent me the apology to the other party, never answered me back, and all he did was correct my name. Sorry Amanda for the noise. Even better, they said they would have maintenance fix it, which they never did. This time we brought our 5 month old puppy with us and the amount of dog feces littered across the grass for the dogs is overwhelming, there is almost no areas untouched. To top it off, there was black mold in the second bathroom, so I messaged the hosts about the complaints above and they said “We’ll send out maintenance.” The communication from the host felt like lip service and it shows.

Very cute and modern condo with a split floor plan and a great screened in patio. The beds were very comfortable and the overall feel was very homey. We loved that this property was pet friendly. Easy access to the stairs and out to the grass area.

Very nice. Positive: Clean and spacious! Negative: Furniture was a little bit low to the ground for my tall husband.

The condo overall was good for what we needed especially for price. Only stayed for 2 nights. Overall condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The complex and the condo had a weird smell throughout. I think maybe carpet deodorizer. As others mentioned the entrance to parking garage is tight, but I did get my SUV through.

My stay was wonderful. I was well taken care of by staff during my stay. I will definitely be renting with them when I come back in town.

We loved the condo. Only 2 complaints, upstairs neighbors were so noise and were stomping all night long. Next door neighbor dog barked nonstop.

Excellent stay, only problem was the constant noise up stairs. Beds are squeaky but other than that it was pleasant 🥶

Nice and comfortable apartment Positive: Location is good and the mais supermarkets and stores are about 5 minutes away. The place is spacious and comfortable. Our host had a good comunication. I'd rather prefer using Whatsapp instead of e-mail or Booking.com platform but that was ok.

Muito bom! Positive: Toda comunicação com os anfitriões foi fácil e rápida. O local era muito espaçoso e seguro, além disso, tinha todos os itens e produtos necessários. Toalhas limpas e macias. Cerca de 15 minutos de distância de alguns dos parques da Disney. Tudo limpo. Negative: Algumas camas eram um pouco moles de mais, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia.

The place was spacious and clean, the furniture in the living area is not as the pictures show. The couch and chairs are low quality, very small and uncomfortable. The neighbors upstairs were loud from very early morning to very late at night, it really sounded at times like they were dropping bowling balls and wrestling. The fire alarm went off late at night, when we stepped out to the hall all we smelled was pot smoke. Learned my lesson that I won’t do an Airbnb that’s in a condo/apartment style anymore.

The space was more than adequate, location was great, and parking easy and plentiful. I am most grateful for the team being extremely helpful when I left the unit after forgetting some important items. They quickly and efficiently got everything back to me. Thank you!!!

Pros: close to Disney. Beds comfy. Cons: Charge for early check-in. We asked if we could check in a couple of hours early if the unit was ready and were told that we could but would be charged on a sliding scale according to the exact time of arrival. Never had that happen before--if the unit happens to be ready, we have always been able to check in early without extra fees. If the unit is not ready until check in time, then we don't check in early. Do not appreciate the extra fees, regardless if the unit happens to be cleaned early. The furniture was broken and the kitchen chairs were unusable and unsafe. I got a cut on my leg from sitting down on the cracked plastic chair seat. No serving/mixing bowls or serving utensils. Had to beat eggs in a pot for breakfast. No baking dishes for casseroles. Oven in need of attention--grates slant down. Was given the wrong network and wrong password for WiFi. They responded quickly but still gave the wrong wifi network info but we figured it out.

The condo was very clean! The only potential issue would be that there are no blackout window treatments in the second bedroom. The condo faces east so there is strong morning sun. Other than that issue, it's a very nice place.

Enough space for the 4 of us, and loved the balcony area. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place! Everything was clean, beds were comfy and the rooms are super spacious. Gabriel responded to my message even though it was very late at night and on a Holiday! Thank you for being an amazing host, would totally book again. 👍🏻

Host were very helpful and very prompt responsive to every detail and immediate. Very clean and very spacious. Amenities were great and adequate. Magic kingdom was close so Universal. Great place to stay!!! Definitely will stay again!!! And of course will recommend!!!

Everything was nice just like the photos, the only problem was that the building has a lot of humidity and it smells weird.

Open and functional. I liked the quick access to the garage.

Everything was great and the location was awesome.

We loved our stay here. On top of Gabriel and Ana being super helpful and amazing host. The people that live in the building are really nice and amazing people. We felt welcomed and right at home. The place is super close to all the Disney parks, and made staying off site a breeze for us. I would 100% book here again.

The place was great. Matched the description and looked like the photos. Universal Studios was 40 minutes away with traffic. Magic Kingdom was 20 minutes away with traffic but that was due to the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween event we attended. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Gabriel and Ana were very quick to respond and helped a lot when needed.

Gabriel y Ana estuvieron pendientes y en todo momento fue fácil estar en contacto con ellos, el lugar es cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Tuvimos intermitencia con el internet de la casa, pero se solucionó.

Overall a good stay , I had a slight issue with the wifi but the host was attentive and communicated to me in a timely manner. The complex had a weird smell in the hallways but the apartment itself was clean with no smell. The apartment also came equipped with most things you would need when staying from home.

Positive: The apartment was spacious, near to restaurants and grocery stores. Available parkings 24/7. It was clean and the kitchen was full with everything you need Negative: The air conditioning wasn’t good at one of the bedrooms and the wifi isn’t fast. I think if they would improve these 2 things the place would be excellent

Positive: Nothing , this was an absolutely scam. How booking can be so neglected posting these kind of properties without any previous checking? Negative: Location, cleaning, building, customer services by the owners, time of resolution, we spend the all saturday morning waiting for a response to leave that awful place... all was awful

Positive: Room was spacious and clean. Location was about 1/2 mi to 1 mile from shopping. You definitely need a car. Beds were comfortable. Negative: Wifi needed be fixed. They took care of it. Living roo. Furniture was a little sparce, but okay. 2nd bedroom gets a little warm at night.

O local é como nas fotos, cômodos grandes. O estacionamento tinha vagas. Nos quartos uma cortina blackout ajudaria para dormir melhor, as camas são confortáveis. O chuveiro traz um bom banho. Na cozinha uma cadeira estava quebrada, avisei na chegada, a mesa é um pouco pequena. Na sala tbm achei o sofá pequeno. Mas foi bem legal ficar lá! Somente não me hospedaria novamente porque tenho rinite alérgica e o carpet deu alergia. Usei a escada porque o elevador era longe e piorava minha alergia. Mas foi tudo bem.

Great place, lots of space and very clean and comfortable! We didn’t take advantage of all the amenities, just the pool. Just one thought, it is quite a walk from the elevators to the condo. If you can handle stairs, there is a flight right next to the condo. My husband has a bad knee so we stuck with the elevator but the walk to the condo was about a football fields length which was a challenge for him. Otherwise, highly recommend!
