Very cool place! Great place for family or friends. Love the movie theater room!

The home is more beautiful in person! Very spacious and very well equipped with anything you could think of. But the hilight of our trip was our host who always responded within 10 minutes or less! Amazing stay, my family loved the home away from home and we definitely look forward to utilizing this team again.

This has been one of the best experiences we have had with Airbnb. Our host made our stay easy, fun and the most welcoming experience. The house was phenomenal with themed room for the kids, fantastic theatre and amazing pool area. Recommend the house or any with this host 10/10. We will be booking in the future to stay with them!

We had a great time spending a long weekend at the house! The house is decorated beautifully and the rooms are fun. Lots of stuff for the kids to do. The pool is clean and the view of the lake is beautiful. Property managers are very responsive to questions. Thank you!

Everything was good. One mishap during check in…didn’t receive the door code but was resolved quickly. House was nice and clean, rooms were clean, kitchen was spacious and had everything you could think of. There were two washers and dryers in the home. The game room was great! The movie room upstairs was awesome. The pool area and pool was perfect, lots of seating. They had more than enough towels. The couch and living room rug needed to cleaned but I understand it’s families coming in and out. The two refrigerators was s plus. My family and I loved our stay. The location was convenient and there are lots of stores close by. I could have stayed another week!

For the review:The property is definitely well-suited for a large family or group of 20 guests. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and provided plenty of comfort for everyone. The pool was clean with plenty of seating for relaxing, though there were no inflatables for the kids. The theater and game rooms were a big hit with our group and added to the fun.That said, there were several drawbacks. None of the kitchen items (pans, utensils, plates, and cups) were clean upon arrival, which meant we had to wash everything before use. Some towels were quite worn, and there weren’t enough for such a large group. There were also no hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms. The beds were uncomfortable, and one of the dish washing machines wasn’t draining properly and spilled water — service came the day before checkout to address it. The AC was limited to 72 degrees, which was challenging with our large group during extreme heat sweating while you inside the house. Wi-Fi and HOA won’t give you enough time to unload your vehicle ,cell service were also spotty at times. Parking rules watch out our car got towed .On the positive side, the location was excellent — close to Walmart, Aldi, and major attractions like SeaWorld and Disney World. Overall, it’s a great-sized property in a nice area, perfect for large families or parties, and with a few improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and communication, it could be an outstanding stay.

I gave this property 3 stars because multiple things however the home looks exactly like the pictures shown. Beautiful spacious home but the hot tub wasn’t working, the cleaning team did a terrible job cleaning, dishes were dirty, floors were dirty and not really sanitized at all. The couch in the living room is very dirty also, one of the chairs in the theater area have a live wire and almost shocked my 2 year old son that should have been covered with something. Overall the place is nice, the host communicates very well…Just needs some fixing and deep cleaning.

Fun for all ages Our family loved spending time in the hot tub and pool and we also watched a movie together in the theater. The house was spacious and full of character and fun for the young ones and the young at heart. Any concern we had was promptly handled by the management team. Thanks for an amazing trip.

Family vacation Nice except the hot tub wasn’t b working and the pool in the resort was also closed down all week. Found the closet with the extra towels and pool towels on day 5. Kurige coffee pot would have been better

Casa é espaçosa e conforme anunciada. Nossos filhos amaram. Bem confortável. O condomínio dispõe de boa infraestrutura com quadras de esporte, piscina, salão de jogos. Anfitrião sempre respondeu rapidamente e se prontificou a resolver qualquer problema. Encontramos copos sujos e cabelos nas toalhas e banheiros. O anfitrião ofereceu solução. Sentimos faltas de panelas fundas para fazer alguma refeição maior. Como sugestão, melhorar a iluminação de dois quartos, pois só havia a opção de iluminação por leds coloridos piscantes. Em geral, tivemos uma boa experiência. Recomendo o anfitrião.

Summer family vacation. The house needs some TLC, and a thorough cleaning. There were many issues from the game room being way too hot, to the kitchen sink falling out of the cabinet. The couch was soaking wet from being shampooed just before our arrival. The gate code kept expiring impacting our ability to get in. We will not rent this house again in the future.

The Upstay in Orlando OMG, where do I start. The house was so nice that we didn’t even want to go to the family functions. We were there for our family reunion and the kids didn’t even want to leave the house. It’s plenty of space for the kids to enjoy themselves. The pool was the perfect size for the kids. We really enjoyed movie night in the theater as a family. The dining room table was so big that we enjoyed every meal together. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook and prep for meals. Most definitely a 10 out of 10.

This home looked exactly as pictured l. We ran into a couple of issues with the game area and the tv in the main living room. The host responded quickly and tried to fix any problems. The pool did not get as warm as we thought it would after being heated but overall everything was smooth. I would definitely stay again. Check in and check out was simple and clear instructions. House was amazing, beautiful, quiet. The kids really enjoyed themselves. The view was amazing, very clean lots to do in the area had an amazing time. 10/10 recommend will be booking again.

We had a great time during our stay at Orlando! The house was incredible! Very much like with the pictures in the web. It has plenty of room, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for large groups. We were 20 people (six families) and we were very comfortable.Check-in instructions were very simple and the host was permanenly checking on us.Just to mention one issue, the playroom should have more variery of games. I personally would like a ping pong table, and a pool table.

Very big and spacious house to fit a lot of people.The hosts were pretty responsive. Providing information was difficult as VRBO had a phishing scam going on. As for the home itself, The Jacuzzi was out of service, the sink was loose and needed to be sealed again, the upstairs dryer was not working.The pictures are outdated, the pool loungers have NO CUSHIONS on them and when asked they just said no there aren't any, yet in the pictures it shows cushions.COCKROACHES!!! HUGE ones everywhere.I had two in my bathroom one night. The day I was packing up and took my stuff out of the drawer, one big cockroach landed on me! Every little thing is an additional charge, for example the pack n play baby crib was an extra 40, same with a high chair, I thought it was ridiculous.Brought my own pack n play and upon leaving another cockroach behind the pack n play. It was actually a little hot at night as well. Oh and during our stay they decided to do a home tour with the realtor, without even telling us. Guess there's a reason the home is for sale.

First, let me start by saying the house was beautiful and the host was great! Now the part of this trip that was very frustrating is the fact of the parking and predatory towing company they have in the community. For us to have paid for a 10 bedroom house for us to be allotted 3 parking spaces knowing that at minimum at least 5 cars were coming is crazy. There is a parking lot across from the street which was full at all times. One of the guests in the house actually had their rental car towed from parking in said parking lot while unloading it. With the parking rules and restrictions, airbnbs shouldn’t be allowed in this community or the towing company shouldn’t be allowed in said private community. It has caused a huge inconvenience which this wasn’t stated in the rules before booking. I personally would not book this airbnb unless you only have 2 people staying at this airbnb bc what was supposed to be a relaxed vacation turned into a nightmare.

Both Pros and Cons for this property Pros: The house is LARGE. It was very spread out, had lots of room to move around, and our party of 13 never felt crowded. The décor is modern, and looks exactly like the photos shown in the description of the home. The kitchen has two refrigerators and two dishwashers, and is well equipped with all kinds of dishes, utensils, cups, mugs, etc. It has a double toaster, regular coffee machine (non-pod style), and blender. Our favorite parts of the house were definitely the pool and backyard area, the game room in the garage (the kids especially enjoyed the air hockey table), and the cinema on the second floor. The dining/living room area is very accommodating with plenty of seating for large groups. There are washers and dryers on both floors, which was great! There are three rooms on the first floor (one large suite with king size bed, large bathroom and walk-in closet, one room with a full size bed and a bathroom, and one room with a bunkbed—the Moana themed room with a full size bed as the bottom). There is a bathroom right next to the Moana room with easy access from the pool area. The second floor layout is great—there is a primary bedroom similar to the first floor with a king size bed, large bathroom and walk in closet, then two more bedrooms with queen size beds and connecting bathrooms. Beyond the cinema, there are four more rooms, and two more bathrooms but these are not connected to bathrooms—great for family or kid sharing. The house is located in a gated

International invasion We brought a group of International students from Christin Heritage School in Dalton, Georgia for a Spring Break trip. The accommodations were outstanding and convenient to everything. The staff we interacted with was so extremely helpful and made the stay super easy. We will be back!

This place exceeded our expectations. We really got more value than what we paid for. Our host was very responsive and checked on us every day. We will definitely be staying here again

Beatiful home just as pictured. House was very clean. Host very responsive and helpful. Kitchen very well stocked. The only thing people had an issue with was the mattresses being too spring. And additional parking being so far from home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Basically the quality of a low rent motel. The kitchen has the bare minimum as far as utensils or things to cook with. There was no puck for the air hockey table. I cut my finger washing a glass. I put the rag down in the glass and the whole side broke and sliced my finger. Everyone that used the hot tub or pool developed a rash. The bath towels that were provided wouldn’t wrap around a toddler, let alone a grown adult. For the price of this house, I expected much better. Look elsewhere if you want a comfortable bed or a useful kitchen. We won’t be booking here anymore.

Do not block the sidewalk should be the first words put out there when you park or when you stay here. Big and bolded! Our van was towed the first morning for parking and having part of the van blocking part of the sidewalk on the driveway. It cost me $200 to get my car back and more to get an Uber and four hours of my day. Other than that terrible issue with the neighborhoods HOA. The house and host were amazing. Just don’t block an inch of the sidewalk.

Absolutely Disgusting – Do Not Stay Here This was hands down the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The place was filthy from the moment we walked in. There were cockroaches crawling around, the floors hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long, and there was a strange, lingering smell in the kitchen that made it almost unbearable to be in there. The refrigerator and microwave reeked of old, spoiled food and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The towels were put away wet, which was not only gross but also a breeding ground for mildew. The hot tub? Constantly draining itself and totally unusable. The grill didn’t work either, which was frustrating since we had planned to use it for meals. This place clearly isn’t being maintained or cleaned properly. I honestly don’t understand how this listing is still up. Avoid at all costs unless you want to feel like you need a shower after staying here.

Was good property It was overall good experience. Property management company was very responsive. There was an issue with pool heating, for which they offered a refund for the amount charged for heating. Parking is the only catch, not a big deal, but can park only two large SUVs in the driveway and street parking is not allowed. There are other location in the community for parking. One is right across the street from home, but you may not always get a spot there

Such a beautiful home! The host was very responsive and available for whatever we needed throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!
