House was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the entire family. Loved the fact that so many bedrooms had attached bathrooms. My daughter loved the private screened in pool area, and my son enjoyed the rec room with pool table. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to the parks. Would definitely stay here again.
What a wonderful house, location and management team to stay with a large family or group. The house had so many amenities and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Quick responses from the Upstay team when we had a question. We had the experience of watching a rocket launch twice from the courtesy of the patio and pool area. My family and I really enjoyed the house for the week of spring break vacation.
It was a wonderful house for many family members to enjoy together. Everything was spacious and more than sufficient in size, allowing the whole family to have a great time. Even late at night, the responses and service were prompt and excellent. The pool and lake view were also amazing.

Great Weekend Getaway We had a wonderful weekend stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent and very prompt. We especially loved the private pool and the game room, which was a big hit with the kids. Everything was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
Quick Stay With Family & Pets Ultimately a good stay, accommodations were accurate and being pet friendly was a plus. There are some areas of carpet and curtains that were stained from prior pet stays but to be expected as a pet friendly home. Overall we would stay again.

My friends and I had a great weekend stay! We needed a space to accommodate friends traveling from out of town for a Friendsgiving, and the house provided that for us. We enjoyed hanging by the pool; which we had heated, and using the spacious kitchen to prep and enjoy our meal. The host was so easy to communicate with, and they checked in on us each day.
Overall, our stay went well and the house was perfect for the group I was with — very spacious and matched the listing. However, there were a few things to note: it took almost an hour after our check-in time to receive the code to get in, which was a bit inconvenient. One of the showers wasn’t working, and another had a broken shower knob. Also, there were no extra blankets provided, so I’d recommend bringing your own just in case. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and the house suited our needs!
Mecum Auction My friends and I were pleased with the house. It was a perfect place for us to relax after spending all day at the auction.
Florida Trip The house was very large and clean, perfect for our group. They do charge separately for the pool & hot tub heat, and also charge additional fees to use the grill, which we thought was ridiculous. Otherwise we liked the house.

A fantastic villa in a great location. Positive: A spacious villa in an excellent location close to all the attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this property. We had a couple of issues however, It was extremely easy to report these and the response times were impressive, and everything was sorted out quickly and professionally. The home has an amazing lake outlook and large outside patio area - a great place to watch the wildlife including otters swim past. All interior rooms are spacious and well presented and we felt really comfortable during our 2 week holiday. All instructions provided were easy to follow and check in was seamless. Negative: Some of the furnishings could do with being changed as a little worn, however you should expect this when a property is rented out, and the cleaning could have been a little more thorough such as hair blocking a shower drain. The outdoor plastic sun loungers are really uncomfortable (and not the ones shown in the pictures) and could benefit from either cushions or replacing. This did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the property.

Would 100% recommend if you have a big party like ours. Negative: The hot tub was not hot, it had an extra fee , I think it should be hot since it is a "hot tub"
Tres belle maison, mais dommage mal entretenue, menage superficiel. Équipement pas suffisant pour 12personnes (table extérieur trop petite qud 6 chaises idem à l intérieur, lit de jardin sale et en mauvais etat, pas pu les utilser, casseroles et fait-tout trop petit ...)Pas vraiment équipés pour 12 personnes, même 10.. Entretien de la piscine laisse à désirer et on attends tjrs l éclairage de la piscine. Placard de certaines chambres en mauvais etat et voir même dangereux (porte qui se detache et faillit nous tomber dessus) Bref en conclusion belle maison mais pas entretenue c est bien dommage car elle va vite se détériorer.
The hot tub was not hot enough. The plumbing upstairs was bad. Stains on the carpet. Other than that it was super nice.

House was awesome, everything was great from communication to the house itself! In a lovely gated community with everything you needed for a lovely stay! Only 20 mins from all Disney parks with a Walmart only 2 mins around the corner and most other amenities within 10 mins! Great place

Our experience at this property was great, except for the hot tub not working, which was a significant letdown for me. However, interacting with Oriana was a highlight. She responded quickly, faster than any other host I've dealt with previously. I want to commend Oriana for her efforts in trying to resolve the hot tub issue. Although it couldn't be fixed right away, her next steps were impressive. She offered to relocate us to a different property, just a block away, with a larger house and a working hot tub. This gesture demonstrated her dedication to customer satisfaction, as she could have simply apologized for the inconvenience and explained the need to order a replacement part. Instead, she took the initiative to ensure our comfort. Although relocating was inconvenient, it was ultimately worth it. We appreciate Oriana's commitment to customer service and would prefer to work exclusively with her for all future trips. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Having access to a functioning hot tub was crucial in helping us visit four parks in three days.
The overall stay was pleasant! The place is beautiful but on arrival the house was not ready for 4pm check in. The cleaning crew was still there and we had to leave and come back so we didn’t get to actually check in until around 5pm. The host was nice about it tho and apologized for the delay of checking in. The refrigerator barely got cold. I don’t agree with having guest to pay a seperate fee for jacuzzi to be warmed being that the jacuzzi is one of the perks of the house. But I would definitely stay again!
Positive: Loved the villa in general, its in a fantastic location just off 192, wallmart and other essential shops are near, staff at Upstay are great, it has a great view over a lake, so relaxing with a cuppa watching the birds or the otters swimming of a morning Negative: So a little dissapointed at the villa, it wasnt as clean as could be, i understand that its rented out but the villa looks very tired and its in need of a refurb, we had damaged things everywhere throughout which were reported so blame couldnt be made at us, pool table damaged so didnt use it, blinds damaged or missing, or didnt work at all, damaged patio door, the new lock that was fitted fell off, noticed a patch of carpet upstairs was cut out and repaired, 1 of the beds damaged but managed to fix myself, pool only cleaned once in 17 days but not cleaned great, alsorts of bugs still left at the bottom, we had a look at other villas around it and its far behind, so the 4k i paid for 17 nights not worth it in its current state, but i would stay again if fully refurbished

I do not recommend this property This rental is situated in a densely packed, LMI neighborhood that was excessively noisy and felt unsafe. Referring to it as a “gated community” is misleading—it felt more like residents were being contained than protected. During just two nights, I experienced nonstop disturbances: street racing, loud mufflers, fireworks in April, and booming bass from what sounded like dozens of houses. Numerous signs throughout the neighborhood warned of crime and urged people to lock their doors and hide valuables.The property management was disorganized and overly aggressive. Communication was excessive—messages every few hours for a full week prior to arrival. The booking process was drawn out unnecessarily, split into over 20 separate steps instead of being handled efficiently. Management is outsourced internationally, which made coordination even more frustrating.The home itself was uncomfortable and poorly maintained. The thermostat was locked at 72, which felt stifling in 100 heat with 90% humidity. Several bedroom doors didn’t latch properly, the carpets were dirty, showers showed signs of mold, and the beds were far from comfortable. Despite a 280 cleaning fee, guests are expected to take out their own trash. Additionally, a driveway-facing camera—undisclosed in the listing—was an unwelcome surprise.Overall, this stay felt like a profit-driven operation with little regard for guest comfort or experience.

Good house for Orlando stay Great communication with manager. House has been used a lot you can tell as things are damaged here and there but for the price, location and purpose it worked out great

We booked over a month in advance. About 3 days before, Upstay set a meeting time for a phone call prior to our stay to review some things before our stay. They never called. I waited all day. Looks like the VOIP a voicemail to my phone at 6:30 pm well after work hours. Finally, I got ahold of them the next day in the messages, last second pet fee took us by surprise, but no big deal on that. When we arrived, we noticed some cosmetic issues and the property seems poorly maintained but nothing that ruined our stay. I took photos of all I noticed on the initial walk through, and there were a plethora of things. A week after our stay, I received a robustness request of $300 for a doorknob missing a screw and some scuffs on the wall I’m sure were all issues from previous guests. Please beware they charge you for past damages/ normal wear and tear from time and don’t repair the issues even after the fact.

Great stay here, listing was accurate except for the sun beds by the pool which are hard plastic with no cushions and not as displayed in the pictures. Resort felt safe and the accommodation was clean and well equipped.
Still a good vacation home Well I’ve stayed there before and it was advertised as all rooms with TV’s . That was supposed to be done and again 2 rooms without TV’s in them. Outside of that a good vacation house.

Relaxing This is a great property to stay at. A gated community with walking trails that is close to shopping and all the parks. Pool, hot tub, and game room were throughly enjoyed. Hosts were very responsive to any questions.

Good stay, the only issue was the hot tub cost extra to warm and never heated properly. They refunded the extra cost after attempted a repair. They were quite responsive.
