Upstay Lake View Villa with Hot Tub, Pool & Resort — Guest Reviews

Great stay.

The property itself was fine. However, right at check out time one of my friends noted her camera missing. The property and her belongings were searched but it was not found. I asked the cleaners before leaving to let me know if they found it and also reached out to the host to let them know. At this time, 2 other occupants mentioned noticing their things tampered with but nothing noticeably missing. One occupant even mentioned leaving a white bath towel on the floor to serve as a bath mat for the shower and upon our return to the home after a day out at the parks, there was a partial muddy foot print on the towel and her backpack contents scattered across the floor. Management maintains that there was not unauthorized access and the cameras do not reflect anyone entering. It makes me uneasy traveling as a group of women. While I did not feel unsafe at the time, learning this makes me hesitant to book another house if safety and security cannot be assured.

Great house in a great location with a very responsive and attentive host!

Great service, response time amazing and everything was super clean. Would love to book again!

Had a great stay:) Beautiful house and neighborhood. Lazy river was a HUGE plus and not a far walk from the house. Lots of fun:) There was also a bonus pool located right next to the property if you wanted to use a bigger community pool which had a couple vending machines available. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Amazing kitchen and space for entertaining. Wasn’t too far from shops and stores like Walmart, ice cream shop, and restaurants. It was about 40 min from Universal. About an hour from the airport (avoiding tolls). Would highly recommended and fast easy communication from the host:) Thank you Alfredo!

This place was amazing! The host responded to any and all questions I had for my stay. Open space and the 2 living rooms is a plus for watching sporting events in one and movies in the other living room! The pool and hot tub was private! I highly recommend booking with them!!!

Our stay at the house was wonderful. The location was excellent, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had plenty of privacy. Most importantly, the host, Alfredo, was very helpful, responsive, and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend staying with him.

Alfredo was a great host! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and communication was easy throughout the stay. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Alfredo, was amazing! I will definitely be booking again.

We had a pleasant stay overall, and the property was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations. The only disappointment was that we paid an additional fee for the heated pool and hot tub amenities. While the heated pool worked properly, the hot tub never heated during our stay despite paying for that service. Aside from that issue, everything else was great, and we enjoyed our time at the property.
