Myself and my family had a wonderful stay at your house. The place was very well kept and most importantly your responses were very prompt and helpful. Will love to stay again if the need arises and I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Orlando especially those interested in playing golf and taking walks. Thank you
A great place to stay and feel as if you were at home. Positive: Size of the house was perfect for an adult family of 6. Very spacious and the openness was incredible. Neighborhood and location was great anything and everything in close proximity. Would definitely stay again
The house is beautiful, and very comfortable and clean but the location is super inconvenient. The entrance is hard to find, and if you plan to Uber everywhere like I did or order delivery, good luck! You have to give the Uber name or delivery persons name every time to the host so they can ok their entrance and also explain the entrance to the gated community thoroughly to make sure they don’t get lost. It’s also very inconvenient that there is no direct communication via phone with the host which makes communication harder since most of it is via messaging on the platform. I would not stay again due to the location.
Golf holiday The property is clean and in working order. Maintenance is due on some things.The main issue was the outside back area. The shadows and lack of furniture makes this area subpar.
Price worth the level quality. It will be hot inside during the summers Positive: Good communication with the property management company. Lots of space. Clean sheets and towels. Very secure inside a gated community. Negative: LOUD-house sits on the approach end of Orlando airport’s runway. On South flow every 3-4 minutes there are planes landing overhead until nearly midnight. This place is actually 3 bedrooms and a loft. Air conditioning limitations-aren’t allowed to set it below 75 degrees, which only cools the downstairs part, upstairs bedrooms are about 7-10 degrees hotter. Coming each time thought the guard shack can be a delay, waited twice in excess of 10 minutes for someone holding up upon entry. Place is in desperate need of updating. Price reflects the level of quality
Review: 0/10!!! I regret choosing this Airbnb for our stay. From the start, the experience was terrible. The host was completely unresponsive, and we were left waiting outside for two hours because they didn’t provide the entry code on time, delaying our check-in. Once inside, the problems continued. The mattresses were some of the worst I’ve ever slept on—uncomfortable and clearly old. To make matters worse, there were no basic amenities provided: no hand wash, and no toothpaste. Only 1 roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom for 8 guests! It was shocking to find such a lack of consideration for guests’ needs. The bathrooms were in poor condition too, with the tub that was clogged and unusable. To top it all off, the cleaning fee was outrageously high for a place that clearly wasn’t well-maintained or stocked. This stay was a complete disappointment, and I would never recommend this Airbnb
Great home in a gated golf community. Very safe and easy to get around all parts of Orlando. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and plenty of room for our 5 guests. Thanks again for a great experience.
Our stay was lovely! We enjoyed spending time with family and, most importantly, dropping my son off at UCF as he begins this exciting next chapter of his life. It was the perfect place to make some special memories together.🖤⚔️💛
Estadia razoável. Positive: Gostei lá localização perto do Valencia college em um condomínio tranquilo, com quadra de tênis. Deixamos dois passaporte e uma calça na casa. A proprietária se esforçou para devolver os passaportes. Negative: Achei que a limpeza deixou a desejar. Havia lixo embaixo de uma das camas (copo descartável usado) e a garagem estava suja. Os papéis higiênicos eram tão ruins que pareciam lixas. Os pratos, talheres e pratos pareciam restos de jogos quebrados. Não havia um igual ao outro e estavam incompletos. Algo tao barato que poderia ser providenciado pelo anfitrião. O ar condicionado nos quartos superiores não esfriava suficiente. Os colchões eram bem velhos e desconfortáveis. Outro aspecto negativo goi o fato de termos deixado uma calça e dois passaportes em uma gaveta. Apesar do esforço do proprietário em mos devolver os passaportes, não nos devolveu a calaça que esta junto com os passaportes. Alegou que a equipe da limpeza nao encontrou a calça.

Do not trust the professional photos or description.Community security for the house is for show only, w/ the resident gate stuck wide open, flanked by low-income housing & sketchy individuals lingering nearby. The house is directly in the flight path for Orlando Int Airport (4 miles away from the runway), so there is constant rumbling & shaking with every takeoff that required us to turn the TV volume higher than we liked.This 1990s house is not remotely modern & suffers from severe neglect. The yard had overgrown grass & weeds pushing through bushes. The inside smelled heavily of pet urine masked by cheap air freshener. The carpets were filthy, stained, & snagged to the point we left our shoes on as much as possible. There was also carpet in the primary bathroom wet area. The host installed a sign on thermostat stating AC temps below 75F will damage the unit & the guest is responsible for repairs instead of fixing it to operate correctly. This is suffocatingly hot & oppressive in Florida’s stifling July humidity & most likely the cause of the musty odor & dark discoloration around the vents. The BBQ is only available if you pay for the propane, which we've never seen in our years of VRBO use.The final straw was the failing fridge holding at 60F. The host refused to send a tech, bring a cooler, or call a 24/7 repair service. We were able to get our reservation cancelled since the host refused to provide emergency maintenance. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

It was very comfortable and cozy at night It had a nice amount of kitchen utilities Negative: Not much of a dislike. More of a note You can hear sounds of airplane landing during the evening (not so much at night) It's not loud. And it didn't bother me or anyone in my party.

The host was very friendly and responsive! The house is perfect as it’s very roomy and big. There were some imperfections like little stains on the couch and sheets, and a hole on one of the doors. But other than that, I loved staying here and might even come back to stay again :)

Specially for golf players. - Very comfortable house with main room on the ground level convenient for my older parents that traveled with me The only issues - Because it’s an older house drainage from the upper bath tub not working well and furniture in bedrooms. need to be updated. Something I found annoying but it’s good to be aware of, since the house is located, in a closed neighborhood is complicated To get food delivered or just have someone to pick us up Need to talk to the gate or host to get permission but it worked out.

Communications with host were great but house could use a little TLC. Entire screen panel missing on patio along with numerous other holes/tears. Really only 3 bedrooms. Fourth ‘bedroom’ is a loft, so no door and overlooks living area.Some mattresses not very comfortable. Missing some basics - dish towels, dish soap, one dirty pot holder. Need to bring aluminum foil, sugar, salt, salt pepper, oils. Typically some basics are provided at other vrbo properties.AC says not to have lower than 75 but host said to set so we are comfortable. Good location and comfortable just can use a little TLC.

Schönes Haus, sehr gross und hat alles was man braucht. Die Torwärter sind leider Kompliziert, besonders wenn man nicht fliessend englisch spricht. genug Platz für Autos und relative nahe an den Freizeitparks. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für den Preis absolut vertretbar. Wenn das mit den Torwärtern einfacher (und freundlicher) wäre würde ich sofort wieder kommen. Upstay war jedoch mega freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. :)
Overall, we would likely stay again, given our needs and the bright, spacious home with good bones. Pros High ceilings, big windows, screened back patio with grill and table, open plan with stocked kitchen, pleasant space and neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. Cons Pictures did not show that fourth bedroom is actually a loft space with twin beds in the open, pictures showed a pool, tennis courts, and golf course, but small print says they are not available to renters unless over 30 days, very hard to get into the complex, noticeably dirty and stained carpet and linoleum floors that makes your feet black, somewhat sticky surfaces that don’t feel well-cleaned, walls with dings and stains, so feels very used and not that clean. We aren’t that picky so we would stay again but would do our own cleaning when we arrived and bring products to make it more pleasant. There are towels and soaps, but it’s all low quality so best to bring your own if you want nice ones.

For the most part, the house was plenty adequate and reasonably equipped with dishes, etc. The house was clean although there were a couple of plates put away dirty which was very disconcerting
5 star stay! Very nice and clean place. Private, safe area & secure check in. Host was incredibly available, friendly and responsive to help with any issues. Would stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay. I had looked at a lot of properties and this was the one I went with and honestly I'm so glad I did. The communication was incredible, everything was exactly as listed and stated, and the check ins through my stay were fantastic. Will 100% use this location again in the future, and highly recommend it.

Dissatisfied with the response to our problem. It took them two weeks to tell me they would refund $45 for the inconvenience of having a house that smelled like marijuana for our four day stay.

Great location - close to airport, parks, and my daughter's college. Negative: I wasn't giving information about the guardhouse prior to my arrival. Also, I was given the wrong door code for the washer and dryer. Otherwise everything was great!
Some things need to upgrade What's up toilet seats is broken and needs to be changed in the upstairs bathroom. Not enough washcloth for everyone but other than that everything was good. We'll stay there again

Lovely house in a nice area. Positive: Very clean, nice modern living and kitchen areas. Well stocked. Loved the ping pong table. Negative: The 4th bedroom is actually not a bedroom but a loft, which was not disclosed in the description and the pictures made it look like a bedroom. Would have liked to know that. Needed more towels as well.
