The location of this condo was great. It was walking distance to the convention center or a quick Uber ride depending which part of the convention center your going to. The property has 3 EV charging stations. They are walking distance from the condo. The condo was great and spacious. The movie theater was a nice touch after a long day out. The community has a pool although we didn’t have time to use it. The location is close to a Publix and Walgreens in case you need anything. Epic Universe was also a five minute drive away. There is construction going on but I didn’t hear any noises. Check in process was quick and easy. The host was also very attentive and quick to answer. The only issue was the AC can’t go lower than 72 which was a little issue for me but not the rest of my party. Each room has a fan so it wasn’t bad. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it for the price, location and safety.

We chose this location because I was attending a conference, and my spouse and kids wanted to do the theme parks. It's not quite walking distance, depending on which side of the conference center you are ( the conference center is 2 million square feet. If you are on the north/south side, it's perfect. If you are on the west side, expect to walk 30 to 40 minutes. The condo was large and spacious, and well decorated. In terms of cleanliness, I would say it was good by Dad standards, but not by Mom's standards - if you know what I mean. haha. One small thing that put me off, was that they left a big shiny basket with a little toy and candy bag for our child. however, in that same basket was an envelope for tips. I felt like that was tacky, and a bit of emotional manipulation. I tip based on cleanliness, not on whether you left a candy for my son. Anyway, I told my son not to take the treats, and we left a small tip anyway. The host was super responsive, which was helpful

Nice Airbnb close to our conference. Great communication and was able to accommodate an early check in with our early arrival.

We stayed here during the Orlando Boat Show and it was perfect. The condo was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed—from the full kitchen to the private patio with great views. Location couldn’t be better—just a quick walk to the convention center and close to all the attractions. Super comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, and resort amenities were a bonus. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Perfect location for an OCCC event. Enjoyed the pool area. Your bartenders were perfect gentlemen. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this place for 2 nights. The location was great and very convenient for traveling to Universal. The gated community is nice with a heated pool and splash park.The condo was spacious, and the host was extremely responsive. I like the fact that we had a driveway and the candy and water upon entry was a good touch. There are a few things that could use attention. The bottom-floor king bedroom is located right next to the exterior air/heat compressor outside, which is very loud when running. Light sleepers may have difficulty resting because of this. There were also a few minor maintenance issues, such as the bathroom outlet wiring and a garage light that appeared to be barely secured.The main level was in good condition overall. I appreciated that the host provided coffee, sugar, and other basic essentials to get you through the first day or two.On the top floor, the bunk beds were generally fine; however, the middle bunk is directly under a ceiling fan, and the side rails are very shallow, making it unsafe for a child to sleep there. There is also only one outlet in that room, which is limiting considering the number of beds. Additionally, one of the bathroom outlets off this bedroom did not work.In the front queen bedroom, the windows would not lock and there was a noticeable draft. Since the weather was cold during our stay, that room was best suited for someone who prefers cooler temperatures.Overall, it was a positive stay.

This place was even nicer than anticipated. Huuuge high ceilings made it feel so open. The theatre room was a hit with the kids. We made dinner in a nice kitchen and played games around the table at night. Will definitely stay here again!! 10 stars!!

Hosts were great and communicated well. The unit is spacious, plenty of room for us (3 adults 3 kids). There was a problem with the ac unit at check in, but the hosts were responsive and had it fixed quickly. The property is super close to epic universe!

Loved the property would go again just needs tlc Positive: The condo was clean and we loved how big the condo was. our whole group could stay together. The view was really pretty, you can see the Orlando eye really well. We did have a few problems with our stay and messaged back fast and did what they could to fix our problems. Negative: The AC wasn't working the first night we were there. They did fix it while we were out. It was a cool night and we were able to open the windows. The fridge seemed like it froze up. It was cool not cold. We got milk for the kids and it went sour.

Everything we wanted for a weeklong group stay.

The location was great and unit is as pictured. Service and communication were friendly. However, for the price paid, I was a bit disappointed with the overall guest experience. Bathrooms weren’t as clean as I would expect (faucets, mirrors, & floors dirty). TV remotes didn’t work so we could not use the Movie Theatre room or TVs. Let the host know about this issue the night we checked in and they said they were looking into it but didn’t provide a solution during our stay. Paid $200 extra for Christmas package that included a “beautiful tree, festive wreath, and ginger cookie kit”; tree was standing upright with decorations in totes next to it, so we had to finish setting up the tree at 7:00pm on Christmas Eve when we checked in after traveling all day. When it came time to check out, we were provided instructions to put all towels in washer, load and start the dishwasher, and to take trash out. Cleaning person left an envelope on the counter requesting tips, though.

Host was responsive. Property was as advertised. Great Location. Got a little warm at night, and thermostat set to not go beneath 70 for the AC, but fans were provided. Overall great experience.

Beautiful & Amazing home. The only thing I wish I knew was this home is bare in the kitchen. Just bring anything you need for the kitchen. the home was amazing except for that.

Loved the place. It's spacious, neat and nicely decorated. Easy to get in and out. Host is very responsive. Street parking available (you may need to walk a bit), but this is a great find. Close to many places.

Excelente place

This place was absolutely beautiful & spacious! Looks exactly like the photos! Definitely would stay here again! We could not get enough of the pool definitely one of our favorites!

The stay was pleasant, and convenient for short walks to grocery, adult beverages, Walgreens and several dining options. Items outside of owner control such as the construction site next door was awful with noise even during wee hours of the morning. House has some dated, failing fixtures would hate for someone to be held liable? Could have used a set of sheets and instructions for cable we had to move furniture to hook up.In the end would I stay again, yes, hopefully no more construction by far the worst part of the stay.

There are no ceiling fans ac is locked on 72 which would maybe be ok with ceiling fans but with the tall ceilings and no ceiling fans it is not cool enough also the theater room is a great idea although the projector was not level and distorted so not really usable kind of a let down on the rainy days House was very well decorated and very clean location was good would definitely stay again if there were ceiling fans

Wonderful condo, will definitely be staying here again! Positive: Great location, easy entry and exceptionally clean. Negative: The bedrooms could use some fans. It was a little warm in the condo and the AC couldn’t be turned down below 72. Everything else was great.
