Our family of about 25 had a wonderful stay with plenty of space to spread out! Everything is as photographed, clean, and up to date! The host are very responsive and helpful from booking to check out and everything in between. A lot of our guest had some issues with spotty cell connection with and without WiFi with several different providers so that is something to note but otherwise a wonderful stay.

The home is fantastic, my family loved that we had our own private bathroom , we will stay again in the future. The host responded back quickly.

The place was clean and spacious as pictured. There was an A/C issue upon arrival that was quickly addressed. My large family was comfortable and we had a great time.

It was a great stay. We were there to celebrate a momentous occasion with family and friends. The house was such a perfect setting, it did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious, accommodating, lots of amenities, and just beautiful. The folks behind Upstay/Airbnb were very responsive and understanding. Their responses were quick and accurate. I would highly recommend this stay for larger families looking to gather for any reason. This home is highly sought after so, book it quick.

This place is so beautiful, clean and perfect for our needs. I am so glad we stayed at this place and the hosts are so responsive and helpful. We will stay here for our future events.

We had a leadership training retreat at two of upstate properties in the same resort community! It was perfect and they were super accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!

The house offered everything and more for my family. It is hard to get family together and even harder to find a place large enough to accommodate everyone while providing sufficient space to play and fun. We are grateful for this stay that allowed my family and I to make more memories. Each room was clean and spacious, the pool area was large enough for everyone and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful at night. Recommend 10/10

We stayed 3 nights & wouldn't recommend this property. While the space is generous, the location is great, & communication was prompt, the actual stay was full of serious issues.Our 4pm check-in was pushed to 5:30pm w/ only a few hours' notice, creating major headaches while traveling w/ small children. To make matters worse, we weren't given entry until 6pm. Offering a late check-out didn't compensate for losing the first evening of our stay.Inside, the home was uncomfortably hot; a refrigerator broken, & the primary AC unit failed shortly after our arrival. We notified the host around 7pm, giving plenty of time for a technician, & also stressed that young children were present. The host refused same-day repairs despite having time & kids being present. Temps inside hit 80F, forcing us to buy portable fans to get any sleep.Cleanliness was equally disappointing. Walking around barefoot or in socks left dark grime on our feet, dust had accumulated across multiple surfaces, & a pillowcase had what looked like dried blood stains.In terms of resolution, the host only offered to waive the cleaning fee & cover a 69 propane charge, firmly refusing a first-night refund despite the major disruptions. Only after we escalated to Vrbo did the host adjust to a 30% credit, requiring Vrbo to step in w/ an additional credit.Great features don't outweigh arriving two hours late to a hot, dirty home. A host's response to problems matters most, & here it was uncaring & reluctant.

The size of the house was excellent. It fit all 32 of us. But the parking was terrible. We fought roaches the entire week we were there. They were in the closets, coming out of the dishwasher, and in our bathtubs. They answered us one time regarding the issue and stated “oh well they look dead!” they were dead because we killed them. Some of us came home and saw them in our luggage. The pots and pans were dirty under the kitchen counters. I understand this is Florida however, if you know you have that many bedrooms and bathrooms and people coming in and out all the time you need to have regularly scheduled extermination and traps or whatever else you have to do. There’s no way you should pay all that money and have to fight bugs. Now for the good part, there was a game room and a theater room and it was nicely decorated. I probably won’t rent there again.

We did enjoy our stay here. There were a couple things that went wrong during our stay but the positive note was that the hosts were responsive. I think the biggest thing is that they noted 5 or 6 cars could park in the driveway which really isnt true unless maybe all parties had tiny cars. We were fined 25/per car for the cars overlapping the sidewalk from the HOA. The hosts did reimburse and make things right though so I did appreciate that. The house could have used better pans and there wasnt enough silverware. Some of the linens you could tell were not washed but we made things work and the hosts seemed to take in the information. Overall the space was very large and could accommodate all of us comfortably! The hosts were helpful as well and the location was great for us.

Very good experience but very cumbersome check in process and emails from VRBO. The actual check in process was much simpler in person than the digital back and forth forms and paperwork including the payment process.
