The place was perfect for our family. We never were bored and spent most of the week on the property or at the clubhouse. We had everything we needed and everything worked as expected. We hope to come back next year!

Host was very responsive to any questions / concerns and were very helpful. We had a few family groups together for a long weekend and the house fit our needs perfectly. We will definitely be back next year.
Lovely spacious house with a few minor upgrades needed. Positive: Well positioned property in a very secure pleasant gated community. Negative: Very noisy party people in the next door but one house for three nights we didn't sleep until 5am. Dirty crockery when we arrived. No hot water to the kitchen sink, dishwasher or downstairs bathroom sinks. Paid for hot tub heat as an extra which we weren't advised would be extra until three days before our arrival (we certainly didn't need pool heat). Property advertised with a hot tub facility but is certainly wasn't clear that there would be an additional charge for the "hot" part until it was too late to change properties. The gated community had a club house facility which we were apparently entitled to use, but this wasn't advised to us until the day we were leaving which was a shame as our plans for departure day would have been far easier to make had we known this in advance. The outside furniture definitely needs an upgrade.

Excellent location and resort facilities Positive: Excellent location for parks. Size/ number of rooms to accommodate 3 families easily.Private pool . Easy walking distance to Oasis Resort. Negative: Property looking a bit tired starting to show signs of wear and tear needs a freshen up.
My stay was interesting. The co-host was amazing with effective communication and resolving issues. Now, the cleanliness was not great at all. Carpet is stained badly, sheets had stains, the railing was sticky, kitchen was not cleaned, one bathroom shower curtain had mold on it, and the bathroom in the master that led out to the pool blinds were broken. I reached out during my stay and inform her of everything. She was trying to accommodate but I think it’s going to take a visit to fix the issues. The pool wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Other than that the co-host was trying to fix issues she could like bringing out clean sheets. Pool was cleaned on day four out of five.
Nice place, only bad thing is they charged me for a broken pool cleaner that we never once used. I didn’t even see a pool cleaner by the pool
A lot of broken things both inside and outside of the home. Very dirty feeling, every single room. Everything was pretty dingy and old looking feeling. Not a lot of amenities in comparison to other homes on site. The house was very big and accommodated holding 3 families very comfortably for our stay. Would not stay in this home again:
Amazing home, no complaints, will hopefully book again! Positive: Location and layout Negative: The beds were uncomfortable and no privacy screen around the pool. The water gave us trouble, but they sent someone right out!
Nice place but needs a thorough cleaning! Positive: Good location, modern kitchen and facilities Negative: It looks like the area under couches had never been cleaned…just filthy! Black mold on upstairs vent, no plungers when one toilet overflowed.
