Over all we had a really nice time. Positive: The size. It fit our family perfectly Negative: The kitchen didn’t have several things I needed to prepare food. I had to buy a baking pan and a can opener the can opener that was there was worn out. which I left for the future guests. There wasn’t any baking dishes or storage containers to put in fridge for left overs. Most of the beds are worn out with springs popping or holes sunk in spots. The master bed was comfortable. Most of the upstairs beds needed to be replaced.

Our family of 9 adults, a toddler, and an infant loved staying at this home for our family reunion. The common areas were big enough for us to gather without feeling like we were crammed together. The ample counter around the kitchen's large island meant that many of us were able to work on meals in our own space. We each had a bedroom and many of us had attached bathrooms, so we had privacy and a place to retreat when we needed alone time. The pool was so warm and relaxing that even my mother came in for a swim. Everyone was very happy.

It was so great to be able to have the whole family under one roof. The heated pool was amazing, the kids spent most of their time in there. The game rooms were great to keep everyone entertained. Our boys loved the room with the slide! Bonus is that this house is only a few houses away from the community pool. Overall great house! Renata was so attentive and available if we needed anything. I love that she checked in on us, made us feel like we were really taken care of. If we're in this area again, I'll definitely be renting from her again!!!

This place is excellent for an unforgettable vacation. It's a very welcoming, spacious, and above all, clean place; its location is exceptional, as everything was very close by: parks, shops, and restaurants. My family and I had a wonderful experience, and I can't fail to mention the exceptional attention we received from our host, Renata, who was always attentive to our needs and made sure we were having a great time, which we greatly appreciate. If we plan to return, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay in this spectacular place again.

It was magical. This made our family celebration perfect!! Positive: Everything! It was spacious, cozy, clean and the host was very responsive!!

Check-in was easy and clear. The home was clean and inviting. The super host was quick to respond to any questions, and checked in with us as well. The pool and hot tub were clean, and the safety gate was highly appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware, utensils, cups, pots, and pans. 2 refrigerators worked well for our 2 families, and 2 dishwashers made keeping up with the dishes easy. Washer and dryer on both floors were a great bonus! It is 20-30 minutes to Disney depending on traffic and 30-40 minutes to Universal. Shopping and restaurants were close. Highly recommend Target over Walmart! Walmart was crazy busy and shoppers were rude. However, Target was a nreath of fresh air, fewer people, with all the same things as Walmart, including full supermarket, and Target is closer! Property staff were nice, and security was great.

We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodations. There were ten to my family and more than enough room. The house was CLEAN and very convenient to all the places we wanted to see. Our host Renata was great. when ever I texted her with my silly questions and she responded quickly. Highly recommend this property.

My family and I stayed here 09/21-09/26/25 and it was wonderful. 6 Adults, 4 kids, and a dog with plenty of space and privacy. The pictures are an exact reflection of the house. The kids called it “The Holiday House” and they had a blast; especially being able to swim everyday. The owner Renata and her hosts John and Carolina were all amazing from check in to check out. They addressed any and every question/concern promptly and with kindness. We did encounter a couple of weird security workers at the gate. However, I wouldn’t let that stop me from returning, and I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!! Oh, and the reviews about the worn out furniture is old. It has been updated.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful and very spacious. The kids who stayed with us loved the themed rooms and the nice pool and hot tub. We plan on returning next year for our yearly trip. Can't recommend enough!

Beautiful house, terrible experience The house is as advertised, was clean and fit our family comfortably. However, the resort is a nightmare, and Upstay is difficult and frustrating to work with. Their payment portal is not linked to VRBO and is difficult to use with threats to cancel the reservation without refund at each step of the 2 payments (bank flags transactions as fraud). There is a separate charge to heat the pool/hot tub (the pool doesn’t heat, and hot tub only heats when the jets are on so it gets too hot too quickly, but cools off completely within 3 minutes of the jets turning off for 60/day). The host didn’t provide the door code with the check-in instructions (the cleaning crew gave it to us as they exited at check in time!) The resort doesn’t have enough parking, so if you need more than 2 cars to get your family of 19 to the house good luck not getting towed- we parked a 3rd car in the driveway overhanging the sidewalk to load suitcases at check-out, and a tow truck hooked up to tow it out of the driveway mid-checkout! Also, the listing says checkout at 11:00 and I confirmed with the host 1 week in advance of our reservation, but the night before checkout the host tried to change check-out time to 10:00. The resort pool code was never given to us- the remote host kept insisting that it was a manual latch without a code contrary to reality. We will never book with Upstay again, terrible experience.

The house was beautiful and clean. When my family rents from Airbnb, the first thing we do is look at the beds for bedbugs and yes we found one. Upstay and Airbnb felt that we should get bit or find some blood for it to be a sufficient claim. So my family had to go buy alcohol and spray bottles, to protect us while we stayed. The first floor washing machine didn't work, they fixed it, it stop working again. I didn't report it because I didn't like how they handled the bedbug issue. The sink in the bathroom by bedroom 2 clogged up, they never came to fix that. The house was beautiful though. The furniture has some wear and tear.

Property was exactly as described. Perfect for our group to stay at for a long weekend. Our family had a wonderful time! The kids had a great time at the home and using the resort amenities. Very close to the main clubhouse as well.

This house was amazing and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable, especially the king bed in the master bedroom. We had a large group and everyone enjoy all aspects of the house. From the game room in the garage, which has a/c, to the movie theater on the 2nd floor. The house also has 2 refrigerators which are a huge help for big groups. We paid for the pool and hot tub heating and temperatures were perfect at night. The house was very well kept and clean when we arrived. There are some things that probably should be looked into in the future like new furniture as some items showed signs of wear and tear but that's honestly negligible. Also, as a suggestion, to have ceiling fans in the rooms instead of just light fixtures. All in all, we paid a very reasonable price and I would say that all the past reviews are no longer a reflection on what the property is and what the management team has done with the house.

This house was a great home base for my group while we were in town for a sports tournament. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed, and we appreciated the ample room both up and downstairs to lounge and gather for meals. The double laundry setup was incredibly helpful for washing sweaty gear every day, too! We will definitely look to stay here for future visits thanks to the convenient location and roominess of the home.

Check-in is congested because you have to go through the security gate. Kitchen was great - two refrigerators (we had one for food and one for drinks). It also has two dishwashers, but we only used one. Stove worked well. Could use some bigger pots and pans when you are cooking for large groups. The host was awesome, answered questions very fast and responded to any needs we had immediately.

There were a few issues with the house. The major one was that we had no internet. EVERYONE uses the internet these days! This should have been checked before we arrived. We had no TV due to no service, until later the day after we arrived. There were a few roaches & sugar ants (kitchen). The furniture needs to be replaced (at least downstairs) due to actual tears in the sofa (I could pull the stuffing out). Door handle in bathroom (bed 4) fell off door as I simply wiped it off with a lysol wipe. My son got stuck in the bathroom. Could also use a large frying pan (I struggled to make dinner for 15 w/the tiny ones & pancake griddle). Lastly, the pool area needs to be cleaned better (chairs). There were spider webs everywhere! This is in FL so the bugs & lizards are expected. Overall, the house was really nice! Customer service was great & very responsive! 2 of every appliance is cool!! Just a few minor issues. I would still recommend!! Thanks to the people who helped me!

Our 5-night escape to this gem was nothing short of fantastic! The private heated hot tub became our nightly ritual for unwinding after long days of Florida adventures, and the generously sized swimming pool was a refreshing haven for both kids and adults. Speaking of the kids, the themed rooms were an absolute triumph, and the incredible Monopoly-themed game room was a stroke of genius and provided hours of laughter and friendly competition for everyone. The washers and dryers on both the first and second floors were incredibly convenient, and we were also so impressed by the thoughtful provision of laundry detergent and cleaning supplies – it truly made the stay feel effortless. Each bathroom was meticulously stocked with fresh towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner, just like a high-end hotel. Our experience was so positive that we're already planning a return trip and intend to bring even more family members to experience this exceptional home!

There were a few minor broken things. No pet fees were mentioned on their website and were later sent on the rules after booking but host was nice enough and waived them as a courtesy. The only thing that caught our attention and caused some anxiety was the parking. Street parking was not allowed and their driveway could only accommodate 4 vehicles. The rest will have to be parked around their clubhouse area and it’s a first come, first serve basis. It’s a matter of timing for an open spot. Or else you will have to find one that’s outside their community. All in all, there were plenty of good things- great location close to restaurants/parks/fastfood places, very spacious house. The host was excellent and very responsive to text messages.

The stay was very great. The house was very clean. The communication was excellent security at the gate was perfect. We loved everything about the house. I have nothing to complain about and the host was beyond. Great will be coming back soon.

House was very nice. Couldn’t get in the house until 45 mins after arrival because host didn’t send instructions. When we finally got in house we notice that the home wasn’t properly cleaned.. There were stains on the beds and clothes left in the bedroom. Most of the tvs weren’t working . Overall I give the house a 3 star because it did accommodate my guests.

Beautiful home

Upon checking in. Everything seemed great until we got situated and settled in. Hair on the towels. Blood stains on the sheets. The worst part was we saw 2 roaches. One in the bathroom and the hallway. I wrote the host letting them know everything. All they did was tell me where I can get new sheets and towels. And they will call an exterminator. Airbnb customer service as well as myself requested a refund. And the host denied the request. The host tried to say the roach was a “garden roach”. Which doesn’t make sense because a roach is a roach and I saw more than one in more than 1 location. I told them how I saw the reviews which I failed to do so before booking. When I read the reviews while I was at the unit. I noticed someone in October 2024 said they encountered roaches as well in the unit. If I didn’t encounter those issues. The unit would have been really nice. It’s almost like they bandaged the place because when we walked in during arrival. We thought everything was so nice.

First, let me say that Upstay is pretty responsive and available when needed. The home was beautiful and spacious just like the photos. The only issue we had was somewhat minor due to the fact we weren't in the home often, and that was the Wi-Fi/internet. The Wi-Fi didn't appear to work and we weren't able to get the TVs connected to the internet. If I could add anything I would say to make sure the Wi-Fi works and the TVs connect to the internet before guest are in the home. Also, if I could recommend anything, I would recommend providing wash clothes in addition to the towels offered. With all of this being said, these issues are very minor and I would not let this detour me from booking with Upstay in the near future. The pros out way the cons tremendously and I definitely would recommend this home.
