Place was amazing game room pool plenty of room. Quiet clean. Positive: Spacious and clean Negative: It’s a great family place. Things like main pool and pool bar/restaurant close a little Early. If you are looking for on property activities past 8 you should prob look else where
We had such a wonderful stay at this location! The home was beautifully maintained and perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The amenities were amazing and gave our family so much to enjoy throughout our stay. Everything was well-kept, convenient, and added a fun, relaxing element to our trip. The host was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated how smooth and easy the entire experience was from start to finish. Our family made great memories here, and we would absolutely stay at this location again. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, comfortable home with fantastic resort amenities!
We had an amazing stay at this home with my family! Everything was truly top tier from the beautiful, clean, and comfortable home to the warm hospitality of the host. They were very attentive, caring, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The space felt like a true home away from home, and we created such wonderful memories there. The home was perfect! Lots of space to play in the arcade for the kids while we watched a movie on the big screen. Bedrooms were SO COMFORTABLE! Kids had plenty to do and the resort was only one street over. Lazy River was fun and my youngest really enjoyed the splash pad part, while my oldest played in the indoor arcade. The resort recently open so they are super strict so expect to hear lifeguard whistles the entire time.
Everything was amazing! Our family loved relaxing in the pool and movie room. Spacious rooms perfect to enjoy well needed family time.

Overall the house is definitely worth the price and its location is great and close enough to take ride shares at decent Positive: The house was located in great spot for our vacation . Gated community, nice area to walk, jog, etc…. The location had plenty of rooms for our group. Pool, game room, washer dryer, nice kitchen and outdoor grill Negative: Only a few minor things that I can complain about. The process to get the gate code was followed but never got the gate code, security could see where we did the online process 4 times, remotes to projector didn’t work (dead batteries) we asked for more dish washer pods…. Was told they would deliver them. Never got them. Dryer hardly dried clothes. the onsite amenities putt putt golf, snack stand etc were closed. Staff left early.
Our stay was perfect, the house is wonderful, super clean and the decor is super cozy, the games room is perfect and we had a lot of fun with karaoke, Luciana was super attentive and always answered all our questions and our check in was super smooth and the location is also great, there are several restaurants around and a supermarket and close to the Disney parks, 5 stars, we will definitely come back again.
DO NOT RENT! There are no amenities or resort! It is still being built and there is no clubhouse.. pool... tiki bar! there no extra blankets in house... pinball machine didn't work.. one towel per person for a week no washcloths.. expired chicken breast in fridge stinking..front gate broke and they dont give you a code so you have to chase down a security person to get in (which they did finally give a pass after day 2). I flew 4 teenagers from Ky for this... it was not cheap and what a rip off. the resort amenities was the main reason I rented this. pool is very small so I was forced to find other entertainment for the kiddos and that cost more money. upstairs is hot and downstairs is iceberg and all the bedrooms are upstairs minus one. Not my typical air bnb experience I will say that. this was not a home owner... it was some company that don't know what they are doing and don't care about people's money. and if air bnb don't make it right.. then they don't care either.

Nice spot really loved the waterpark inside the resort so no need to travel far and it was so clean and fun really loved the water slide and hot tub.

The beds WERE OFF THE HOOK comfortable! We loved them! Big time! Comfy and they smelled so clean which is a huge thing for me. I need sheets and pillows to smell clean or I get very upset. These sheets were so clean! The pillows so clean and comfortable too! Loved it

Check-in was a frustrating experience. We were directed to the wrong entrance and never received the required QR code by email. The host was unresponsive for 15 minutes (at 12:30 am), and when we called the number they provided, the call center had no record of the property and assumed we were at a location in Pensacola. We eventually used Apple Maps to find another entrance. Thankfully, a guard at the gate was helpful and allowed us in after reviewing our Airbnb reservation. Once inside, the house was nice, but we were immediately greeted by a huge cockroach in the master bathroom. I chased it around with toilet paper and eventually flushed it. Another major downside was the pool—it was extremely close to the neighboring house with no privacy barrier. In the evening, we couldn’t relax as the neighbor’s kids were playing loudly in their pool, and everything was fully visible and audible from our side. There was no sense of privacy, and it made it hard to unwind.
Overall, it was clean, quiet and pleasant. Positive: We enjoyed the pool and local amenities. Negative: I did not like the struggle I had with Booking.com and the property in regards to Booking.com experiencing a hacking situation and at the same time I was being asked to pay a $250.00 deposit, which had to be paid before we could enter the house. We drove 10 1/2 hours and I called at 6:00 AM and was told I would be sent a link to pay around 9:00 am and never received it. When arriving at 6:00 pm I spoke with JIM who tried to tell me that my payment wasn’t working because I needed to contact my bank, but in actuality it was a problem with the link he sent me. This whole process took an additional hour after arrival. This was very frustrating and demeaning. There were also no condiments in the property, such as salt, pepper.
Positive: The house was clean, very spacious, and the playroom was very nice. Negative: I didn't like that they had to wait two hours for me to make the 250 deposit at the last minute. The water park isn't located in the community. The pool could have been cleaner. The dryer doesn't work, and one of the bathroom doors was broken.
We had a great stay, the pictures displayed matched the inside of the home. Plenty of space inside the home and lots to do in the area, the home was clean and tidy. The resort amenities were great as well. Don’t hesitate to book this home!
