This is my second time in this facility and I love it. Positive: Perfect for family and very well located Negative: The space and the location are perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Very close to Disney World. And we also enjoyed the amazing outdoor heated pool area with water slide, hot tub, and hammocks.

Positive: The location. The place was spacious and nice for for my family Negative: That we had a limit on toilet paper and no wash cloths.

Really my kids loved thy want to do it again

My children had a blast and it didn’t feel like a hotel. I felt so secured as well.

Needs a few maintenance issues fixed/cleaned but would stay again if in the area. Positive: The room location was good in the main building. Was a nice location to the pool and activities they offered in the lobby. They had free popcorn and cotton candy the two days we were there, the kids loved that. There was a nice playground at the resort. The pool was a little cool but was a large pirate ship theme pool. Negative: Getting the keys off site and then going to the resort and having them activated was a little annoying but worked. Should be able to just get the keys upon arrival at the resort, not have to go to off site lock box to collect. The unit was fairly clean, dishes needed washing and could have used a few more mixing bowls, etc. The shower in the master bathroom that is open with the bedroom, has a loud drip that needs fixing but otherwise the shower was a nice large shower. The shower head and sink faucets need a good cleaning or replacing, looked like a lot of mineral buildup.

Perfect family stay Positive: The location was perfect. We weren't too high up, only on the fourth floor so one elevator was not a problem. We rarely had another person on with us. There was a front desk and a cool pool, which we never went too busy. Parking was never a problem, even coming back at almost midnight. The front doors were always open. Negative: Being unfamiliar with Orlando and its toll system, I drove through one just by entering an address destination. I learned quickly to avoid tolls for my future driving. There is always construction in every direction so manage your time wisely.

We had a hard time going to another location to get keys. We were with 3 other families and no car.

We enjoyed our stay, which included swimming in the pool, and enjoying the hot tub. It was also nice that Disney was only a 10 minute drive from from Upstay.

Wonderful property and a fun place to stay This property was such a place for our family. We had such a great time at the pool. The bar at the pool was great and the bartender was amazing. The property manager was always responsive and tended to our needs. It is very close to Disney springs and all the theme parks. We will be staying here again!!

I chose this unit for me and my husband’s 4 year anniversary. We flew into Orlando all the way from PA and unfortunately our experience was just okay. The communication with the host was great to be completely honest. The location of the resort was also great! Many local things around where you don’t have to leave or go very far if you choose not to. The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful and pleasant. They helped us to store our bags and other things as well. The overall cleanliness of the unit was okay. Definitely could use a deeper cleaning in some areas. The bathroom was pretty much stocked with pool towels and bath towels but no wash clothes. The bed was very comfortable in my opinion and linens were clean. The tv in the master bedroom was very fuzzy but did work but no remote so we had to change the channel by hand. The tv in the living room didn’t work at all, so we had to confine ourselves to one area because there was only one working tv. The second bedroom and bathroom we didn’t touch at all because there was no need. It was only us two. The fan also did not work in the master bedroom. I thought check in would be easy breezy but it was not( not for us anyways) we did not rent a car because we didn’t plan on going far from the resort and we only stayed 2 nights anyways so maybe that was our fault BUT the key to check in was not located in the hotel where the unit it. It was located at a smoke shop about 4-5 minutes from the hotel. So because we did not rent a car we had to catch an Uber and spend more money to go pick up the hotel key at check in. I was NOT happy about that. I honestly wish we would have been made aware of the key being in a different location then where we planned on being so we could have made proper arrangements. But other than that the pool and bar outside was really nice and relaxing. The balcony was a great asset but to be honest I probably will not book here again unless some things would be updated and fixed.

I wanted to take my nieces and my daughter on a fun girls trip and this is exactly the dream place! There were lots of fun activities to do for all ages such as the 24-hour game room and the pirate pool. The room itself was spacious, clean and very well stocked with necessities! The location was great, close to all the attractions we had planned. The staff, Gabriel & Ana were all very accommodating and answered our questions promptly! It was a very easy check in - check out process. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful location, a little outdated, but it looked wonderful still. The couch may need to be updated more than anything else due to wear, but otherwise comfortable and clean. There was some mildew/mold in the jacuzzi jets, host was quick and happy to address the issue and thankful to see what was going on in their condo to address with cleaning staff. Hosts were very responsive and polite when responding to any questions or concerns. Recommended and would love to stay again.

Our time in the unit was fantastic. Great place to stay. Conveniently located and so close to the parks. The rooms were perfect and allowed us all to have our own space. Look forward to coming back on our next trip.

Condo is outdated. Jacuzzi had mold and mildew in the jets. Shower head had rust and mold. The other bathroom tub/shower combo clogs and water submerges in the tub while showering. Very dirty looks like house keeping just wipe down. Furniture is old and outdated as well. Sofa has a sink in when you sit down as well as a permanent sink in the arm rest on the sofa. I wouldn’t recommend if you have any respiratory issues due to the mildew and mold. I feel like $180 a night I could’ve stayed in a nice place.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

The condo was clean, beds were extremely comfortable and location was fantastic. We did not like the fact that there was no ice in the freezer and no washcloths were provided. Also, the sitting area and dining was not comfortable and carpet is very dirty. Our feet were black. We enjoyed our stay, but we just recommend they update their furniture and pull that carpet out and put vinyl flooring or something that can be easily cleaned. Also an icemaker would be nice and washcloths.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was super cozy and had everything we needed – two comfy bedrooms, great AC, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location was amazing, just a short drive to Disney and close to restaurants, stores, and everything else. Super convenient! We felt right at home. Definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Orlando – we’ll be back for sure!

Positive: Location Quiet Spacious Nice people at lobby Negative: Had to drive 8 miles from there to pick up keys No ice maker in the fridge or ice cubes Not enough things for cooking or broiling, pans and pots, asked for more but got nothing. No filter in coffee maker

War gut, als wir drinnen waren und alle Infos hatten. Positive: Der CheckIn Prozess war sehr mühsam!!! Die Zugangsdaten wurden erst unmittelbar vor dem CheckIn zugestellt. Die Schlüsselkarten mussten wir 10 Min. von der Unterkunft, an einem seltsamen Ort aus einem Schlüssellocker holen UND dann am Schalter in der Unterkunft aktivieren lassen. Das Personal war nicht wirklich hilfsbereit, ich musste alle Informationen zum Aufenthalt erfragen, es gab keinen Erklärung oder Informationen, wie z. B. Internetzugang, Zugang und Zeiten Pool, Abfallentsorgung usw. Das Auschecken ging dan zum Glück relativ schnell.

The place is really clean everything with the room was good beds are comfortable kitchen very clean master bedroom has a great restroom the only problem is the people in the front desk they are extremely rude and will not help you with the key the “night crew” the day crew will help you

Perfect Positive: This was a very nice place to stay. We had all the needed amenities and the fact that you dont have to get on I-4 to go to Disney is awesome. It is literally 3 miles away. Its a clean, safe, quite place to stay and the Pizza Hut on this establishment is amazing. Always fresh and cooked perfect. I usually rent a house because of the number if people, but definitely will rent here again when it is 4 or under.

Passing on this unit Positive: The location was great awesome little community for your convenience food and personal items the pools were great hot tub was hot and cozy the bar was on point Negative: The place was filthy from the kitchen to the hot tub etc communication was poor getting the key was a hassle I had to go 10 min away to get the key at another property was notified about this when I arrived in Orlando airport when I got the key it didn’t work I had to call the owner just to verify with the desk to re issue cards it happens twice the carpet was very old with stains and rips definitely wore house shoes throughout the condo

TLDR: Needs and upgrade and a new cleaner. Unit has obvious smell and cleanliness issues. The overall location and property is amazing. We've stayed on this property with different owners and had a great time-the only drawback is their keys constantly demagnetize and you spend a lot of time in the lobby getting them fixed. Upon arrival the unit had a funky smell so we kept the door open anytime we were in the room to allow in fresh air. The carpets are super old and stained and the couch is broken in areas and sags. The unit definitely needs and upgrade. The freezer then started to leak the first night we stayed and proceeded to do so our entire stay. We had to keep towels under and around the fridge constantly to prevent it from flooding out in the kitchen. When we went to take a shower there was still hair in the stall from previous occupants and mold and rust on the shower head of the master bathroom. The owners are great at responding but offsite key pickup is a draw back..

Really close to disney Being at a resort with all its built in amenities, and being that close to Disney was incredible

What a bad experience! The keys for the check in did not work, to have a soft start, them the kitchen had some leakage that soaked the carpet and to finish we face several cockroaches at the kitchen. We were supposed to stay 6 days and at the 3rd we left. To be fair, the communication with Gabriel and Ana was nice, very responsive people, but this is not enough. Stay away of this property at least until they fix the issues…..

The whole place had roaches. The check in was terrible. We had to go 6 minutes up the road to get the key cards from a SMOKE SHOP called 535. We waited there for almost an hour before we can even get the keys. That’s how had the communication was. I also have pictures of all the roaches and plus the ones inside of the blender.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!NOT WORTH IT Positive: Location is the only good thing I can say. Negative: Roaches, mildew smell, mold on wall ,mold on ceiling, wet carpet smh definitely the worse experience I’ve ever had.
