Would not recommend this property. Upon arrival, the internet did not work for the first SEVERAL hours, from 4pm to midnightish. Cleanliness was a major issue. We saw multiple roaches in the kitchen on several days, which is unacceptable and a serious concern. Basic amenities were missing, including washcloths, trash bags, dish soap etc. Garbage disposal also did not work. There was also unannounced construction/maintenance with loud banging that woke my sleeping baby the first morning we were there! To make matters worse, several large raccoons were consistently on the front porch, blocking us from leaving. They hissed at my family, making it unsafe, especially while trying to get a baby to the car. I literally had to run with the baby, while my dad swatted and screamed at the hissing animals(I have pictures of that for reference) The property also showed noticeable wear with scuffs and damage throughout. For safety and sanitation reasons, I would never recommend staying here.

Customer service was the best I have had in a long time! Always made sure my family was comfortable.

House was very clean and spacious. Me and my family had a blast during our stay!

This house was really nice and clean the pool in the backyard was nice. We got to grill,swim and watch television all at once in the backyard My family loved it. The community pool had a lot of amenities that me and my family got to enjoy as well. We had one problem but, once I contacted the host I got a response back and it was handled

Me pareció un excelente lugar para quedarse con una familia grande como la mía. Excelente servicio de parte de Upstay, de verdad que respondieron super rápido a una de las inquietudes que tuvimos, y siempre estuvo atenta a cualquier cosa. La casa es super grande y muy cómoda, estaba todo muy limpio y se ve exactamente igual a como se ve la casa en las fotos. Excelentes vacaciones!

One of the best 8 days me and my family have spent in an airbnb! Amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a big house with a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms

This stay was clean and comfortable for the amount of people in our group! Nice distance from Disney and close to food. I will say be wary of placing trash outside in the bin. The morning we went to leave a raccoon had gotten into the trash and tore apart the bag and put food everywhere. But it was a 5 minute clean and no problem! Nothing anyone can do about raccoons thought so I’m not mad!

Unit had more than enough room for our group of 7 adults. It was very spacious. We wish we had more time to relax there but we spent a day at Islands of Adventure. We would certainly return knowing the size and location of this unit. Thank you for the stay!

Lovely setup quick response overall wonderful trip

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The host canceled my reservation on the same day of check-in, leaving me without accommodation at the last minute. This caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses, as finding another place on such short notice is very difficult and often much more expensive. I planned my trip in advance and relied on this booking being honored. Canceling on the day of arrival shows a lack of responsibility and consideration for guests. I would not recommend booking here if you expect reliability and professionalism.

The stay was wonderful, the cleanliness of the place excellent, when I entered the door I felt as if they were receiving me, with lights on the TV with super cute instrumental music, the impeccable beds, the wonderfully white bathrooms, I fell in love with this place, and the excellent service, I recommend 100%

For one, the apartment has roaches, UNSANITARY. I messaged the host as soon as I saw them on the kitchen counter and they stated that they will have pest-control swing by. I asked for a large container for food storage to avoid anything from getting in our food. They delivered the container 3 days later. Pest- control never showed up during our stay. Two, to be able to access the amenities (splash pad, gym and pool) you need an access card. The previous guest probably never put it back in the lockbox and Host/housekeeping weren’t aware. I reached out to them on Monday and again, I didn’t get the access card until Thursday. Three, the propane tank was basically emptied and not by us. Four, the host was responsive at first and then they were taking a while to respond and nothing was getting resolved in a timely manner.

Great condo close to all the action Great condo. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfy beds. Only glitch was the door code was incorrect and it took over 2 hours for someone ti provide the correct code.

beautiful house, but very dirty. carpets were horrible. you can tell nothing has been wiped down but basically a basic cleaning when guest leave. I had foundation finger prints on one bathroom door, dust on the window ceils, couch has a couple of little stains. The house needs a deep clean BADLY! Not to mention we couldn’t access the pool because whoever was a guest before us didn’t put the key back where it was supposed to go. Reached out to host with no help at all Back door jammed so had to keep that open and house got up to 80 degrees with only 2 working fans in the house.

Nice place! Missed out on community amenities due to list or misplaced community by prior guest or staff. Would stay here again nice and spacious.

We had a wonderful time. Place was clean and neat. Plenty of room to hang out. Had minor set back with key pad but upstay was able to troubleshoot with in a timely manner.

Great location and area. The home was big and spacious. However, the home could use a deep clean. The rugs had stains and the bathroom showers were not cleaned properly. Overall a nice home, but needs better cleaning.
