My stay when well , because it was my grand daughter birthday, it was all for her

Gorgeous house and excellent host Our other VRBO cancelled on us the day before a big family reunion and this host worked extra hard both before and after to help us make this location work. They answered questions before and after and were also very responsive during the stay. The home itself is beautiful and very clean. The walls are a little thin, so bring your earplugs, but everything else is absolutely perfect. The two refrigerators were really helpful for our large group and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable and there is a nice theater area upstairs that is perfect for gathering for presentations.The garage has been converted to make room for the pool table, foosball, and a video game. Having an area for the teens to hang out was awesome!Overall, our group found this our favorite reunion location so far and hope to stay here again in the future.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for a few days and everything from the stay to the communication was amazing! The host was very accommodating and very attentive when ever we needed something. The home is absolutely amazing true to the pictures! We look forward to booking with Upstay in the near future!

Myself and my family had a great time in the house, we will be booking with upstay in the future. Positive: Everything about this property was great. The movie theater setting was very nice. Negative: There was nothing to dislike about the property.

My family and I really enjoyed the place. Host was really fast with response to any questions we had. The house was as pictured and very spacious.

Everything we needed We had a large group (18 people) of several families and 10 kids under 10. and the space provided everything we needed for so many people. The pool was great, living room and kitchen spacious, a bathroom for every room it seemed, and communicative manager. A little heavy on add ons for extra charges, but I get that it's required for such a large property to cover usage costs. for instance, the grill is an extra charge, but we also cooked on it for several nights for dozens of people, so it got quite dirty and would need to be cleaned, etc. Also, a bit more to do for check in etc than an average Vrbo, but again, I understand its necessary for how many people will be going in and out of the community it is in. The entire group loved it, and several went to Disney before and after the time we had rented the house for. 30 min from the airport, and relatively close to the parks. no complaints from the entire group.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Upstay Luxury Mansion in Kissimmee, FL, from December 23-28, 2024, and it was an incredible experience. The home was absolutely beautiful, with spacious rooms, elegant decor, and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was outstanding, responding immediately to any of our needs and ensuring we had everything we required. Their prompt and attentive service really made our stay even more enjoyable. Although there were a few minor issues, they didn’t detract from our overall experience. The home was still wonderful, offering a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The price was also very reasonable for the quality and location, making it a fantastic value. We had a great time and would highly recommend the Upstay Luxury Mansion for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable vacation in Kissimmee!

Perfect for large group. Property is beautiful and located near theme parks and shopping

House was amazingly beautiful! Highly recommend for a large group especially to ease off the cost a bit. The description was spot on and the themed rooms were a very nice touch. Each room had their own full bathroom and there were additional half bathrooms. House was super spacious and we never felt we were on top of each other. Having two of each appliance was a must (Refrigerator, washer and dryer and dishwasher). We paid extra to have the pool and jacuzzi heated and used it. Overall I would stay again with a large group and recommend to my family and friends!

The home was great for our large group that needed at least 10 rooms for couples. Not everyone got a king bed, but it worked out fine with the queens. A few said their linens were not cotton, but mine were. Pretty good value for the money, at least when we went in early May. We thought parking would be an issue since they said we could only have 4 cars for a 15 bedroom home, but turned out we could park around the little pond near the home. House is walking distance to the clubhouse pool and gym. Wish we could have checked out a little later, even 30 minutes would have been nice. Some furniture was a little worn, but overall a good experience!

Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time Positive: The property was outstanding amazing there's enough room for everyone to enjoy themselves and enough bathrooms for no one to be inconvenient. We had 35 people there during our visit for my wife's 50th celebration party and we had a great time. I would definitely rent this property again Negative: It was really nothing to say I didn't like about this facility the two refrigerators both with ice makers the kitchen being a large the island being large the sink being large the rooms being comfortable and warming each bedroom has its own bathroom house there's nothing bad to say about it

My group and I had an incredible time. The home was as it appeared online. I real it 5 stars even though the house was not fully equipped with cookware yet described as a "chefs kitchen". I reached out and they sent over brand new pots and mixing bowls. Which was appreciated because I had an in home chef.The heated pool and jacuzzi were guest favs!!

What a GREAT experience, my entire group was blown away by this place, we traveled for the cruise, but fell in love with the property. The host and the entire team were responsive and handled everything at the highest level. We will definitely be back again.

The place was beautiful, everything were clean. However, I didn't know until I got to the property that my deposit was not paid. I tried using my credit card to pay the deposit and they showed insufficient funds. However, we had been doing this back and forward for about an hour. I believed that the house wasn't ready to move in at 4 due to the guy being their working on the Air Conditioner. We also had issues with one of the bathroom upstairs know one ever showed up to assist, the pool wasn't warm . Overall if she allowed me to stay again I would love to my guest loved that house and we had a grand time celebrating my birthday. And also to mentioned I spoke with my credit Company on the following to see why my card was showing insufficient funds. They assure me that they didn't see any tractions from virbo or upstay trying to be process. It was embarrassing to have to my quest waiting outside the venue. one of my guest had to use her Credit card information to get the the deposit paid . Had I known that the deposit wasn't taken care of it would have been. I didn't find that out that the deposit wasn't paid when I was about an hour away from Kissimmee. Other than those issue with the pool not been warm, the upstairs bathroom and the issues with checking which were important to me. My weekend was great !

Birthday Stay House was beautiful love the location wish check in was earlier when arriving but over all it was great need television in each room

The property was beautiful, nice and clean. We would definitely stay there again. The only drawback, the bathrooms need to be more handicap accessible. Some of the showers didn't have soap dish nor towel holder. Some didn't have toilet tissue holders. Maybe that's not an issue for younger people but our group ranged from 50 years to 80, but overall we really enjoyed it.

My large group of teens were very impressed with the place. It was very convenient for a large group to stay and work/play during our convention. The only issue was that there was no parking in the resort for our school bus, but thankfully we had other vehicles to shuttle the bus driver back and forth.

Mother’s Day Weekend in Kissimmee!! We spent Mother’s Day weekend at this vacation home and overall had a very nice stay. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and had a welcoming atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home.However, there were a couple of things that caused some confusion for our guests. Some of the bedrooms did not have TVs, which was unexpected and caused a bit of inconvenience for those who enjoy winding down with a show. Also, while the kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishware and silverware, we were surprised to find there were few pots or pans, which made cooking a challenge.With just a few small additions, this would be a five-star stay. We appreciate the experience and hope to see a few upgrades in the future!

Greta property, clean, modern in a beautiful neighborhood. the only issue was miscommunication to get inside, I had to wait outside for over an hour, but I think that can get easily fixed. Other than that just minor maintenance details in the house. Family reunion was pleasant, I would highly recommend this pace to any big group.

Upstay was easy to work with throughout the entries process and was quick to respond if anything was needed. The place was easy to access and clean upon arrival. Very nice area with great walking trails. Only downside was that you had to drive for restaurants or shopping.

House and host are AWifi had some issues with poor signal which created TV and cell issues.

Everything was fabulous. We really enjoyed the space and accommodations.

We enjoyed the home and location. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy both time together and private time.

This home needs a cleaning and disinfection overall. The carpet was filthy and stained, dirty dinning chairs, pool area was dirty and the grill area had a black soot on the wall and screen. The 2 living room ceiling fans did not work. After speaking with Debbie she said it was nothing they can do for now. This caused a cooling of the house to be insufficient in the living room, dining and kitchen area. We went without Internet service and therefore couldn’t use the televisions or our laptops for about two days. Was provided wrong entry code to the house and the clubhouse and therefore didn’t have access to the clubhouse for about three days. Four of the bedrooms had no televisions. The upstairs carpet was so badly stained after complaining they sent someone just to spot clean and not clean entire carpet. The company that came to spot clean couldn’t believe the condition of the house. He cleaned the dinning chairs for us on his own. The upstairs also had a small table and chair unit which also was dirty and sticky to the touch. The bathrooms that had shower curtains were terribly soiled, moldy loaded with soap scum and stains. We just purchased new ones so the rest of our stay would be comfortable. Upon entering the home, the front entrance was also dirty with spiderwebs and other bug debris stained front porch. The wall decor and light fixtures were dusty. Although the house description indicate the kitchen was full stocked. It was not it only had 3 pots 1 was burned

Debbie was available to answer any questions we had and resolved issues which were very minor. The home was perfect for our stay and it was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We will book this home again. The location was awesome being closer to International Drive and stores we needed to shop. Thank you for a great stay.

We have a few issues pertaining to the A/C but the was fixed by the next day. Communication was a little slow but they did respond and fix the problem

This home continued to have eletrical issues. We had to go to the breaker box everyday to make the power come on to use the stove. Even after maintenance came out, i reported it again the next day with the same issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this Upstay Airbnb! The house was not only beautiful, but also incredibly comfortable — every detail felt thoughtfully prepared. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish place to stay!

Overall the property is clean and the community is great. Just be mindful of the listing details and additonal add-ons from the host. Was charged for additional fees for services that I was not fully aware of. Even though to admitting communication fault on their end, never refunded me. Bad business practices...
