Rating: 4.7/5 or 5/5 Stars (Depending on how much the pool affected your stay) ​Headline: Beautiful, family-friendly home with great amenities! ​We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and fresh-smelling home. The cleanliness was top-notch, which we truly appreciated. As a family traveling with a toddler and a newborn, this stay was incredibly accommodating, and having a crib and a highchair ready for us made the trip so much easier. ​The kitchen was a highlight for us; it was fully stocked with every appliance and piece of cookware we could have needed. We also slept very well, as the bed was large and extremely comfortable. ​The only downside to our stay was the pool temperature. It was freezing cold, and we were disappointed that we couldn't really enjoy it. In our opinion, a heated pool should be a standard free amenity to fully enjoy the outdoor space. ​We would definitely recommend this home for anyone needing a place to stay. Had a great time and wonderful trip.

The place was great. Family friendly. It was peaceful. The host was was very friendly and responsive. I believe it was a bit pricey though.

Great size, needs alot of attention to be luxury Positive: Spacious, fairly modern, good location, quiet. Great for families, good size villa and pool. Negative: Pool area very tired, lanai had holes which led to insects coming in, had to clear the pool regularly. Kitchen under equipped for somewhere marketed as self catering. Broken furniture and brokens blinds which meant they couldn't be used. Pool table damaged and unusable as cushions sagging so white ball flies off the table.

Family of 7 people from the UK, with a hired car visiting multiple parks and other attractions for 2 Positive: The property was spacious, clean, and well-organized, with generously sized rooms and a well equipped kitchen. The app made communication with management company for arranging cleaning or check-in/check-out easy. We visited in late August; Walmart is just 5 minutes away, and leaving by 7:50 am, we reached Universal parks in 30 minutes. The location is excellent for accessing parks, restaurants, and outlets. Negative: Some bedroom furniture needs replacing due to damage, and the pool lanai has several tears. The early check-out time could be adjusted to match other locations.

Loved the home it self however, ran into more issues than I’d like to admit. Water pressure is so poor I had to wash my kids hair in the kitchen sink. The shower heads look like they have never been cleaned. One of the bathtubs didn’t drain. The kitchen cabinets had food splatter on them. The pool was full of bugs. They had a great selection of utensils however not one can opener. The dryer was so jam packed with lint that I had a hard time even removing the lint filter and once I did I was presented with probably 10 loads of towel lint. When I planned a cook out with family and friends we weren’t even able to get the grill started and when I reached out to someone they took forever to respond on top of they never helped me resolve the issue. The house it self is very comfortable and the neighbor hood is beautiful as well as location is ideal!

Classic Family Trip Positive: We loved it, everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. Negative: I didn't like that the cleaning company, says they didn't find my nephew's wallet he had over $200 dollars in there, also his Personal information ID, Ssi card, and Bank cards are now Gone.

I can’t say anything bad everything was exactly what we asked for , a peaceful vacation for my family . I would definitely book again in the future.

On day one I wake up to my dad asking me where my truck is? After calling the police from it missing out of the driveway of this house in a gated community, I find out that it has been towed and impounded! My tires were clearly parked on the driveway, but back of my truck is apparently hanging over the sidewalk and without any major warning signs posted. My vehicle got towed without any warning notes first! This ruined the first day of our vacation to retrieve the vehicle from the impound lot. The driveway of this house is too small for a short bed F-150. The house was absolutely freezing because the thermostat was broken. My daughter has bed bug bites all over her body from this house! The grill was locked with a bicycle lock! When reviewing the photographs of my vehicle provided by the tow company I noticed (and circled in the image) that one of the neighbors' cars was also parked the same way my vehicle was although for some reason they did not get towed?

The house was perfect for two families. We visited Orlando for a volleyball tournament and the house was exactly as described. Easy check-in process and the house was clean upon arrival. Had everything we needed to keep ourselves entertained. Pool was perfect and in direct sun all day. Provided linens, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Clubhouse is very close to the house and within a two minute walk. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Communication was timely and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I came in town for a day to attend a music festival. The house was very spacious and clean. It was perfect for us. We wish we had more time! The hosts were communicative and responded timely which is always a plus! Thank you!

I had such a great experience staying here. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to help with anything I needed, even things she didn’t have to do. The home was very clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. I stayed here for my birthday and she really made sure everything went smoothly, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would definitely book again. 💕

Great price for the space.

The villa was very spacious and nicely decorated. The pool it would have been good to have some sort of hand rail to enter and exit as one of our family had balance issues and the steps down were quite steep. The TV in the lounge never worked for the entire time we were there and even though 3 times it was reported and we were told some-one would come out and fix, this never happened in the 12 days we were there. Also the BBQ we couldn't get to light. The final thing that would have been useful if there was some written information that showed how the stove ,BBQ worked and also what day to put out the rubbish. But all things taken into consideration it did not spoil our holiday.

It was definitely just like the pictures ! so beautiful and clean . It is kind of pricey but it’s better to go with a crowd I feel like . it was just not really hot enough so we really couldn’t get in the pool 😖 me and my boyfriend loved it though

The worst experience I had in an Airbnb. The first day we had to buy detergent to wash clothes. The towels were full of pubic hair. The BBQ was disgustingly dirty. To use it you had to pay extra. We rented a house with a pool that we couldn't use because the water was cold. When we asked to issue payment for the heater, after two hours that we had requested it, they explained to us that the heater is not separated only for one day. It takes 24 hours to heat up, information that was not explained in the instructions. Parking policy is excessively strict. We rented for 8 people, but there was only space for 2 cars, we had to leave the cars at the Walmart closest to the area.

Our stay was overall great. The living area had a fun pool table, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. The rooms were spacious and had private bathrooms. The beds were also comfortable. The community was private and easy access, and the host was communicative. We paid for the pool heating which worked well. There were a few things that didn’t go well. For instance, the early lawn work disrupted my sleep. Additionally, there’s no fence separating the pool area from the neighbors’ backyard, but have a few privacy screening. The air conditioning needs to be kept at 72 degrees, which doesn’t allow the large rooms to cool down adequately due to the hot Florida climate. The house also requires some outdoor maintenance as all the beautiful plants shown in the pictures are dead, and the white chairs are dirty and stained. Lastly, the parking area only accommodates one or two small cars, and there are some restrictions on parking if you have guests or more than two cars.

The home’s decor is modern and looks exactly like the photos. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the comfy beds, and the pool table. However, the cleanliness was a major issue. We had to sweep the entire house upon arrival, found food debris in the kitchen utensil drawers, and the beds were dirty. Since there was no extra linen, we had to share beds until cleaners arrived the next day at 1 PM. Additionally, the maintenance needs work: the walls have mismatched paint patches, the patio needs a pressure wash, the porch light was blown, and a large gap under the front door let in bugs. It’s a stylish space, but the upkeep didn't match the price point.

The home was exactly like the photos. I felt right at home and the scenery was beautiful. There are plenty restaurants and attractions within 10-20 in the area as well which was very convenient. I would definitely book this home again and recommend it to others.

Exceptional experience! Positive: Villa was fantastic, perfect lay out, love the pool table in livibg area and the swimming pool was the best heated pool we have ever had and we have been coming to Kissimmee for 30 years! Location was spot on for Disney, Universal and all the atractions and restaurants on the 192, just perfect. Owners were superb, great comunication, instant response to any request, thank you so much. We will be back!!

Great house, great stay Positive: Great 2 week stay at the property. Mostly very clean (one bathroom had a small bug problem but not enough to report), had almost everything we needed, beds very comfortable, kitchen worked as expected, great pool and outdoor facilities (we didn't use the BBQ), pool was cleaned a couple times, washing and drying facilities great as was the AC, lots of towels. The owner was generally excellent to deal with except for one issue where the door code to get into the property wasn't included in the check in message and we couldn't get into the house until we called them (they did apologise for this however). Would have no problems staying here again or using the same owner company again. Negative: We like playing pool but the pool table needs some TLC (the cushions/rails are damaged on 2 sides). During our stay the pool lanai was damaged in a couple of places due to storms and although I reported it, it wasn't fixed and meant more bugs (and even a small lizard) got in. Not a huge problem but meant the pool had lots of bugs in (a net is provided to clean it) and it could have been easily fixed whilst we were there imo.

We had a great stay and appreciated the property’s proximity to the parks. It was just as advertised—serene, spacious, and located in a quiet gated community. We also enjoyed the pool.

Could not get into home when we got there and the host didn’t put the code for door they took forever to respond and get us access. The ac was broken it was over 82 degrees the entire night we left after the first night and I would not recommend

The home was enjoyable for the winter time. If you could offer a discounted rate for warming the pool that would be grea Positive: The property was beautiful, very spacious and very clean Negative: The parking you have to ensure that you were nowhere near the sidewalk or you will be towed. There were no instructions for how to do or control the TVs.

The house was overall a great place to stay in! Spacious, private room’s with their respective restrooms, and beautiful private location!

Overall, the property was okay. If you need any kitchen items that you regularly use, (measuring cups/spoons etc) please bring your own from home. There was a stain on the sheets in the first bed of the Nemo room. It looked like child’s urine from a previous guest and the bed was just made and left. We stayed the duration of the hurricane & I’m not sure if I was talking to just one person or multiple people but their communication was all over the place. They called me while we were at Disney and asked us to move furniture under the covered porch. We came back to the house that evening & the furniture was already moved. We were asked a second time (with 3 phone calls in a row while I was on the other line with my dad) to move the furniture under the covered porch which I explained had already been done. I sent pics the next day as there was flooding in the dining area & other damage. They bombarded me with messages & asked multiple times to come see the property & no one ever came.

There were stains on the pillows and blankets. The ants were pretty bad. Make sure you seal up your food and put it away. They got into our donuts we had on the counter. Other than that the place was great.

Overall I’d recommend this property, with minor notes to keep in mind when planning your next trip. Positive: The sleeping accommodation, open space and pool Negative: Check in time was later than most hotels and air Bnb’s, and check out was earlier than usual. I inquired about checking in at 3 and was told by an automated message that it would be an extra charge to do so. I also needed to take out my own trash and clean up upon departure. The pool area had a lot of small worms on the ground and we even saw a little snake in the backyard close to the pool area. I informed the property owner at checkout and she mentioned she would have the cleaning crew check it out.

The house is in a great location (8 mins from stores, 20 mins from theme parks). It is gated and there's always security driving around. The house itself is beautiful with plenty of space. Warning, be sure to check the pots/pans, utensils, and dinnerware prior to using them. They were sticky and had a strange smell. The water pressure in the shower was also kind of weak and the hot water ran out quickly. Besides those little things, we had a great time!

The home was very nice. Exactly as described and in the pictures. The home had everything needed. Would warn about the parking. Don’t park in grass and street is mentioned. Not mentioned is do not park blocking the side walk. We had a car towed due to that.

Tolles Haus in guter Lage zu Disney-Parks Positive: Tolles Haus mit guter Einrichtung, alles sehr sauber. Der Billardtisch im Wohnzimmer war eine willkommene Abwechslung. Der überdachte Essbereich draussen war toll, da es während unseres Aufenthaltes doch täglich mal geregnet hat. Gute Lage zu den Disney-Parks mit rund 20 Autominuten. Die angebotene, kostenpflichtige Pool-Heizung haben wir übrigens nicht gebucht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes Mitte Mai hatte der Pool eine Wassertemperatur von 27/28 Grad. Negative: Leider darf die Garage nicht benutzt werden. Bei Aussentemperaturen von 38 Grad hätten wir das sehr begrüsst. Im Aussenbereich ist die naheliegende, vierspurige Strasse (N Poinciana Blvd) zwar nicht zu sehen, aber gut zu hören.

Lamentablemente no pude usar el lugar por el cual pagué por que de última hora me comentaron que había inconvenientes, fue molestoso que a pocas horas llegar tuvimos que hacer un cambio. Finalmente nos dieron solución y nos pudimos hospedar en otro lugar similar, tuvo todas las comodidades que esperábamos, sin embargo la ubicación estuvo un poco más lejos de lo previsto. El tiempo de respuesta a las preguntas que tenía no fueron tan inmediatas, dependía de la hora. En todo caso al final nos fue bien, mi calificación final es de 4/5.
